Alison and her team are always available for questions about all types of insurance. I have been with Alison for over a year now and I continue to get great service each and every time I call. Overall Allstate has been nothing but helpful. Ive had great responsiveness from them on a number of occasions. They even got back to me on a Sunday afternoon when my windshield broke from a rock. They even will periodically call or email you to make sure everything is going well. Ive recommended them to a few people. So far Im happy with them and the prices are fair.
