2 years ago John cold called me, which usually results in a hang up from me, but i agreed to meet with him to discuss our insurance and I am VERY glad i did. after that meeting, John showed me we could switch ALL of our commercial insurance policies over to BHI, and increase coverages, as well as add some that we did not currently have and still save money.A few months later one of our trucks was involved in an accident. On my way to pick up our driver i called John to let him know, and he said Im not far from there, i will take a ride by and see if he is ok. The next morning he handled everything for us and minimized the down time from not having that service truck on the road.This year we had to call upon them again with an issue that is by far the most stressful one i have encountered the entire time weve been in business, and so i picked up the phone and again got in touch with them. John said Doug, relax. Remember when we went over all of your policies, and tweaked them? You are more than sufficiently covered.
