Very unprofessional. I go there to relax and when they try to rush me out and try to do my manicure and pedicure at the same time I asked for them to do one at a time so I can relax and get a chair massage comfortably. They didn’t listen and didn’t care and decided to do both anyway after I asked them not too. Then they started to talk about me and they would continuously look at me and laugh amongst each other. I can tell they were making fun of me and my cousin. To top it off one of my nails is rough and looks unfinished I told them about it and they didn’t care to fix it. It was my first and last time there. I heard they have new owners and they were very unprofessional as well.

Disappointing... was here to relax... very rushed and pretty much got taken for my money...

BEWARE! Its a GAMBLE! How do I give 0 stars. They must be paying people to write good reviews. Will you be one of the customers treated right or not and the job will be so terrible the nails peel off the same day you fly to see your husband? Shocking! Unstable business.

I love JV NAILS!!! I have been a customer for a few years now! Hannah is my nail tech and she is beyond amazing! She takes pride in her work and she cares about her clients. JV is a welcoming salon that they make you feel welcome and they are always aiming to give the best service they can provide. I can sit back and enjoy my service with a glass of wine and with good conversation! Everybody that works here is fantastic!!! I would recommend JV NAILS to anyone and I do! If any ladies are looking for a nice nail salon with some of the best! Look no further!!!!!!!!

Went here for the first time, Oct. 12th. It was great! First place Ive gone too where they actually do your nails as asked. Even help with choosing the color and all. I will definitely go back and am super content with my nails. Its a must go to salon!

I have been coming here for four, almost five years. Hanna is always accommodating to my schedule and knows what I need. Today I got the hot stone pedicure ($41) and 5 minute shoulder massage ($5) and a refill ($35). Nancy did my pedicure. She does a strong massage which I prefer and my toes look great! Hanna refilled my acrylics in a lilac and white ombré and they look stunning. They also made me an iced Viet coffee and provided a bottle of water. Given the recent mask mandate was lifted, everyone still wore a mask which made me feel more comfortable that they are mindful of customer safety. There was a lady without a mask but they do adhere to social distancing guidelines. This is my go to salon for all my mani pedi needs. Just call ahead to be sure there is availability. Weekends do get busy.

Not good. They tag teamed to get me out and one was training. They lost my polish between painting and a wax. Then had to redo my toes with new color. Wax was old and dry.

My wife had a horrible experience today! The manager was not nice at all!

Hannah is the absolute worst! Not following Covid guidelines!!

I love coming here! The staff always makes me feel welcome. They are very friendly and you can tell they want their customers to leave feeling relaxed. They are great with dipping powder and pedicures. I come her at least every other week!

Hannah and her entire team are amazing! They pamper you and make every visit a relaxing experience! I have been going there for 5 years and have never been disappointed!! I highly recommend them!!

Hannah is your go to gal! She does fabulous work! If been going for about 8 years to her salon and it’s always clean and welcoming! Now with Covid protocols it’s ready to receive you at the door with hand sanitizer and face masks.

All started off well, when one of my nails smudged while drying it seemed to be an inconvenience for the nail tech to fix it. When she did “fix it” she simply painted over the smudge, leaving me with a bumpy textured nail and an obvious blemish. No gloss was reapplied causing the paint to smudge off within the time I got home. Would not go back. Also witnessed the staff disrespecting and laughing at payed customers as soon as they walked out the door. AVOID.

They only had really old nail polish. My nail polish washed off in the shower the very next day. It was inexpensive but not worth it.

Good depending on who you get. Some girls are just plain lazy regardless of the shop! I despise going and having a terrible experience because it is one of my treats. I work hard for my money too! I wish the managment would get that when looking at their customers! I only go see one gal at this particular salon which is the pits as I can not recommend any of the others in all good conscience. I will not take my teens to any of the others either as the youth are not really very respected. in addition...it ticks me off when they are talking viet to their friends when working rather than focusing on the customer. I pay to be ignored because they opt NOT to speak English?

JV Nail Salon is the place for 💅and pedicures, and the environment is always 👌 I get Treated like a Queen 👸 massage while having 💅done ✔🙌 and serves refreshments at no extra cost. They are like family now me and my sister walk in and they all remember us and greet us by name!!! We have the greatest time and have the whole place laughing in no time - 30 years of Nail salons, but worth it
