We were met right away at the front door, and seated AND ATTENDED too in LESS then 5 minutes! This place is SO PRETTY, clean and HUGE I loved it! My mail tech was Sophia, she did a GREAT job on my feet and the conversation was good as well. She was a very sweet person and gave me all her attention. I’m from out of town but I will DEFINITELY only come here when Income back to visit my family. 5 stars from me!

I love Helen. She always get me right when I push her limits and ask her to give me something out of the ordinary The receptionistis friendly and always has a smile. The rest of the staff actually hold conversations with all the clients. Im pleasantly pleased with their service.

This business took it upon themselves to add money to the tip I left. The pedicure was not good, they rushed through it and just did a really poor job. I still left a generous tip but when I checked my credit card statement the next day I discovered that they had added money to what I tipped. Very dishonest. 100% do not recommend.

Mani/pedicure service, nicely done, time well spent, friendly staff, competitive prices.

The lady did not wash her hands in between customers and did not wear gloves. She did such a poor job on my pedicure. Never will come to this place again.

I’ve been here two times in a row and can’t wait to go back for a third. The atmosphere is so relaxing, the music is like a lullaby that puts me to sleep. The price is about the same as the previous nail place I was attending so no complaints here, worth the price.

Very friendly and beautiful atmosphere. It’s kind of a hidden gem because it’s One of the nicest salons I’ve been in. They had relaxing zen music playing and no one is breathing down your neck or pushing you to get anything extra. I hate that about a lot of salons. Their prices are very reasonable in my opinion, You pay for what you get and I’m very satisfied. Sally did my French manicure and she did great! Attentive and thorough:) I’ll definitely be back!

Not the most professional salon I have been to. I go with fiance from time to time and have always been greeted by a host or hostess. Then that person asks what service you would like because as a walk in they may not have time for some of the things. None of this here. We were greeted by one of the women doing nails but then no one said anything to us until they looked at the list. The ladies were nice, but the one who did my pedicure, did not do anything with my calluses. My finance was asked 3 times about getting a flower on her toe. Once is enough. And I realize its a nail salon and most are run by Vietnamese folks, but they should always have a greeter who can speak English. Very clean though! I was impressed by that. Just some small touches to improve and they could be great.

My second pedicure here. Both times were totally amazing. Drove from Downtown Houston, where I live. Totally worth it, both times. I recommend Tracy!!!

The nail techs were thorough and sweet. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The environment is relaxing & the massage chairs were a great. A little pricey, but worth it!

Yes!!! My new favorite place. The women do their best on all their services & make sure you are happy & comfortable. Ill definitely be returning. I came on a Sunday afternoon & they were busy but they were so efficient I didnt wait long at all.

Good experience,and fast. For a fill, fix, and gel polish it was $38, which I feel is a bit expensive, cause at my salon its $24, but Im also from Cali so it might just be more expensive in TX.I was on a trip and stopped in cause two nails were lifting. The technician was fast almost rushed even though there was only 1 other person in the shop. But maybe they had appointments scheduled. She was patient while figuring out nail color (the one I wanted wasnt was in the labeled bottle).And I did have Almond shaped nails, but the fill I ended up with is more basic, being round shaped then almond, which Im okay with.Would have been 5 stars but when applying the gel polish she wasnt careful, and I ended up with gloppyigger sections or uneven surfaces, even though when it first happened, I asked for it to be corrected, and she did, but then wasnt careful with the rest.All Im all, if Im back out here Id definitely go back provided they hold up(update to come)

Took my girlfriend here for what was supposed to be a quick in and out taking her tips off and getting natural nails colored. The nail technician ripped off half of one of her nails and did a sloppy job otherwise. Will not be coming back here.
