The nails my sister and I got were very poorly done after 1 week they began to chip and lift from the cuticle. We called the salon and let them know. They lady we spoke with told us to come back in and a different person will fix our nails. When we came in the attitude from the lady in charge was horrible. To the point where we didn’t even want our nails fixed anymore we just wanted them off! Never again coming here and I will make sure everyone I know, knows the horrible service we received from here!

These are my nails 24 hours after getting them done here.. i got a mat coat and its peeling off. They are very flimsy my thumb nail broke in half while i was sweeping. I get my nails done often and never have they been this sore or looked this bad. 0/10 quality

This is a classy, quality, and friendly place. The service they provide is top notch. Get a pedicure, have cocktail, and finish it off with a neck massage.

These are pictures of my nails as well as my daughters nails less than 24 hrs after visiting. They refused to refund my money and only wanted to “fix” them. That’s a hard no because what about my child’s nails? How am i going to know you won’t mess them up AGAIN!? My nails are sore and on fire, i have 4 different shapes, polish is all on the side of my fingers. It’s awful.

If i could give this place a 10 star rating i would. so peaceful at the time i went! mike did my pedicure, he did amazing & took his time… definitely went above & beyond to make me feel good. ann did my nails & eyebrows, so detail oriented. i will definitely be coming again 😍 ps: you’re a great singer mike!

Teck was not helpful with color choice. I have bad vision. He did not want to be bothered. Then when he applied my nails he never covered the whole side with the colors when I call back they tried to tell me I didnt know what I was talking about I will never go back there again they were rude

I am from Mississippi, We have been traveling alot lately due to having family here. And I am absolutely impressed! I love the environment here at Ora Nail Bar!! Peter and Sarah really took good care of me both times!

I’ve been here many times but the last time I went the pedicure massage did not last long, I feel like they are over priced compared to other places in the area. the male nail tech had an attitude the whole time and he tore my real nail which started bleeding.

I got an acrylic manicure done, I thought it was okay until about 30 mins after - and then when I woke up my nails were throbbing in pain-Ive discovered only happens with a cheap manicure. It was then that I started to see all the flaws, the acrylics were at a downward slope and are catching on everything, the edges arent smooth and the end of the nails are already popping up after less than a week. I paid $65 for a $25 manicure....not impressed. Staff was nice and welcoming, place was clean and sanitation was up to my standards but will not be going back.

This place was horrible from the moment you walked in. Everyone just looks and no one spoke until I was looking around like who do I talk to. I felt so uncomfortable I had to walk out. Don’t waste your money on horrible customer service, you’re left wondering what to do the whole time! Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I never leave bad reviews, but people should know what they’re walking into. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I went here june 12th and I asked “angel” the manager if she had a nail tech that could do this specific design she looked me in the eyes and said yes thank called the nail tech, we than chose the colors and I told her powder would look better and she saidNo shellac would be better so I agreed, the nail tech herself looked at the design and said she could do it. She then started to do the nails. And messed up she had to start all over. She got polish on my expensive shirt and all over my nails the shaping was bad the ombré looks messed up. I tried to likeThem and my mom saw them and my family told me to go back today june 13th and the manager couldn’t do nothing she said I paid 75 for very very bad done nails totally don’t recommend

I will NEVER give this nail shop any of my money again! I went on yesterday and was one of their last “paying” customers. Although I showed the nail tech exactly what I wanted he decided to do his own thing which I didn’t even ask for that color considering we pick out our own colors. When I advised him that I didn’t like them he had an attitude when it came time to changing it. I felt he rushed my service. He didn’t even thank me for my business nor wished me well once I was completed. I had to ask him for the oil because he just got up and walked off. Well I came back on today because a few of my nails were peeling already and it hadn’t been 24 hours. The owner was there yesterday when I came and pretended to be sooooo concerned but when I came back today for them to fix the problem she advised me there will be a refill fee although this was a rush job that HER technician did. No way I paid $115 and my nails are already peeling in less than 24 hours. I will never come back here. I’m a hairstylist of 15 years, I have my own business so I’m well aware of customer satisfaction especially when someone is paying their hard earned money. The fact this man didnt even acknowledge me after he finished further let’s me know our dollar is all that’s important to them, customer service and courtesy means nothing

Lovely salon, well appointed.However; the technician never introduced himself nor spoke a word.Job was amateur work. Gaps on side of nail edge, rough edges, wavy surface, uneven edges at end top of nail. Attempted to match acrylic color. To my horror, I found out later that night, the powder he selected was glow in the dark.I would not recommend this salon for acrylic / solar nails.

I was a loyal customer and purchased a gift card. The nail salon refused to accept my gift card as payment and accepted my $160 for the gift card without providing ANY services!

Will not be returning. I did a glitter dip on my nails. The nail tech rushed through the work. She cut and filed my nails crooked and my nails are all different lengths. My nail is also showing under the glitter. As soon as she finished she was not even concerned with the work she did and just rushed off.

Customer service is not the focus of this Nail Shop. I will not be returning. I have been going every two weeks for several months. Today, when I was paying for my nails the owner noticed that I didn’t like the color on my nails. He asked me if I wanted to change the color, then he proceeded to tell me it would be 15 extra dollars. I was puzzled because I hadn’t left the shop or even completed my payment and he wanted to charge me to change my color. Not to mention each trip in the shop is over $90. I shouldn’t be surprise as another customer had a issue today and he disregarded her concern also.

My favorite nail tech is Cindy! I love her technique and attention to detail! Her work is always perfect!! I used to live in Dallas and once I discovered this place I started driving monthly. Worth every drive! Also I did ranch work while having her set and not one nail lifted!! 10000% recommended!!

I kind of don’t want to tell y’all about it but they deserve the credit. I love this place! They are always so sweet and do an awesome job on my nails. Typically I bring my husband to get a pedicure and in addition to a foot massage and exfoliation, they also give you a little neck massage. Just an overall great experience. Go! Just not too often... save room for me :)

Very disappointed...I went in earlier today, picked out my colors, sat and waited for a technician to do my nails. Finally, I was seated with Tony. He began with my right pinky nail and pressed down so hard with his grinder that it made my nail burn and my natural nail broke under the dip coat. Instead of stopping, he continued. He seemed to be in a huge rush and I told him that if he was too busy to take it slower then I could wait. At this time, someone else came over and said something to him and he just jumped up and left to go to the back. I waited for a few minutes and still no Tony. Then I asked the cashier/receptionist to place me with someone else. They said they would but after waiting almost 5 more minutes I just got up and left. They were not incredibly busy...they are just very rude and will get to you when they want to.I might give them one more chance but it wont be until after my finger doesnt hurt anymore and my nail grows out some. What happened today was pathetic customer service. If you go there, beware of using Tony.

I was going here consistently for about 6 months and was happy with the service, drink options, and environment. However the last couple of months I have found the workers to have more of an attitude when greeting customers, the drinks are less than par, the music is loud, and most importantly my dip manicures do NOT last. I appreciate their week long guarantee but I don’t have time to continue to return multiple times to fix my nails. Maybe one day I will return but am taking a break for now.

I do not reccomend this place. Tried to get a manicure and my nails done. But that cannot be done at the same time. I was never asked if I wanted a drink. The pedicure chair was uncomfortable. Once all of this was done I get home and the polish on my toes just slid right off. Waste of my time and money. Only giving 2 stars because they offered to fix it after we called. But I am not willing to waste more time at this place.

Very disappointed in the service. The pedicure was rough and painful at times. The tech was not friendly. I also did not get the 10 min leg massage and 5 min neck massage even though I requested the $35 pedicure. I have a baby and was getting some quiet time using a gift card I received for Christmas. It was a disappointment what I received.
