Car is nice. No radio for the last 40 days only had it 45 lol. I called and asked about it. They made me an appointment for the middle of the day, I work with know other help from anyone else I let them know this. I continue to call and ask about the sound (no blinker sound no bing bing when u start the car nothing) they told me basically owell! Since I work they can’t get me in I have to keep calling back to try and get in. Ok fine. This is the first car I have ever bought on my own. And they have put me in the mind frame that all car dealers are shady. They knew that amp was going to go out! It took me 5 min to google the problem and the answer. Do your work before you sell a car. If you know the car has issues let it be known not b shady when someone come back and try and have it fixed. Moving on keep going do not collect 200 keep riding pass

Amazing! Dealers always claim to get people approved before coming in. Well C&J actually approved my husband with a bank and locked it in within an hour or so and next morning we test drove and signed papers! All within a half hour. Awesome place. Anyone can get approved but in a matter of how much down or co signer. We needed 500 down and no cosigner. We are beyond happy! And they worked with us :) thank you so much from our family!!! We love our 2010 town and country and so do our little ones! By far amazing and quick service. Weve dealt with numerous places and only people we will be buying from is C&J. Also! Very nice people. Bought a 98 Honda civic 3 years ago and was very pleased with my purchase. This is a above average car dealership.

Very disappointed. Did not return messages, very unorganized, spoke rudely toward me, and screwed me over last minute. I came in with $1000 ready to put down and a bank-verified credit score of 721 and was given a 5% interest rate. They refused to drop the price for me - a girl - but when my fiance came in and told them to drop the price they did. Gave me the runaround the whole dealing process. Dealer flat out told me he knew nothing about cars mechanically, making him highly untrustworthy. Was willing to sell a vehicle that had a malfunctioning airbag - very unsafe. Came in at 10 AM as he requested one morning to purchase the vehicle, sat until 11:30 AM waiting for him to get through to the bank. Bank told me last minute I needed a cosigner. I told the dealer I wouldnt be able to get a cosigner, he told me to get out of his office and that he didnt want to sell me the car anyway. Might be good if youre in a bind, but I wouldnt trust a dealer who admits knowing nothing about vehicles and sells cars with malfunctions posing imminent danger, and then is rude to someone with great credit whose willing to pay a vehicle off in two years. Very unimpressed with the unprofessional, untimely, and dishonest service.

Amazing car buying experience. I called and talked to Larry about a vehicle I was interested in. I live 2 hours away, so Larry did a walk around over the phone and honestly told me all about the vehicle. The next day we made the drive and picked up my new truck. Could not be happier with the staff and the prices and selection. Good cars and good people. Well worth the drive. I did my credit application online and Larry worked with me over the phone, He was awesome and provided me with excellent customer service. He was able to get me the vehicle I wanted at a payment I could afford. I went in that afternoon to test drive the vehicle and purchase it. I would definitely go back if I needed another vehicle!!

Great guy but lack of communication and you should stop by he has a lot of nice cars well after buying a SUV from a dealership in Perrysburg Ohio not only did they payoff my car and I guess the difference between CJs auto and a dealership probably was why we didnt get to make a deal I called my current bank and they said they would pay off my car and I was approved for a 2019 SUV with 10 miles on it but we noticed that the banks that CJs goes through are just looking for a way to make you pay way to much for a car or SUV I would probably say that the 100 present guarantee financing is very misleading and I would have to question that because you are guaranteed if you put a down payment on a car or truck maybe 5,000 dollars but you can go to most dealerships offering so many rebates on new cars or SUVs for less than 500.00 down payment and about 8% financial charge

I was initially ok with the experience I had at this place. I loved the vehicle I had gotten from here and everything. This was even after test driving a few different choices. I’ve had my truck for only a month and a half. Now even before now, I had a couple issues with the thing but having it looked at by the owner, I was under the impression it was going to be ok. Fast forward til now and I take it to a shop only to find out there are transmission issues. That bank they got to finance me has a warranty contract with me and they act real messed up about what they want to pay. I believe I was sold this car knowing there was an issue with it! I’m a single mother of two kids. I work 7 days a week just to make the money that I do make. I am nowhere near in a position to just buy cars or loan them whatever the case may be. I’m totally disappointed with this outcome. Less than 2 months. I should not be having any issue with this car I’m sorry! Hopefully this so called warranty I have will cover this thing smh. If ya get something from here the thing better be brand spanking new

I just bought a 06 Ford fusion went in there stated are needs to fix are budget the salesman got me a good quote on the fusion in my price range in 10 mins then from there it was just paperwork very stratified this far well be back for repairs as needed and I do recommend you check them out if in need of a ride

I took my suv to cjs to replace a head gasket...my vehicle needed repair, but was still driveable...they told me it would take three to four hours...three days later, I got the news the engine was RUINED. The mechanic, Jason, admitted to me that first day, near closing time, that he put on the wrong parts...he said Auto Zone gave him the wrong parts, and afterward it began taking on water and blowing out black smoke as he put it...then Saturday he told me it was nearly done...after waiting hours again with no word, I finally walk down there- to find them CLOSED and my suv locked behind a fence...of course, they were closed Sunday too...in the meantime, I had run out of everything at home (with sick kids too), including my asthma medicine- which I told them i needed desperately...they didnt even bother to call me! I had no ride until mid Sunday, to go get anything...Monday came, once again I had to walk down there to find anything out...Jason told me they will work on it again...said he lost his temper Saturday while working on it, throwing tools around and such...so he calls me Monday afternoon and tells me he has bad news....my engine was DONE. I asked him if it was worse than when i brought it in...he says yes...I go in and still have to pay for it - because they said they DID change the gasket, after all (can you believe this?)...here I am, a single mom with major health problems and kids with health issues too...and they did this to me! Over three hundred dollars I had to pay...I barely made it home, the motor wasnt even put back together correctly...there were things hanging down from under the front of suv...you could smell plastic, rubber, all kinds of smells burning coming back....then I read the paperwork they gave me...they stated that the vehicle was already like this when i brought it!!!!!! Nothing could be further from the truth! After I paid for this I looked the owner in the eye and asked him if he thought it would make it down to the store....we needed everything...he told me he wasnt sure, and actually had the nerve to hand me a business card for towing! I could tell Jason felt bad for this, as his head was down and it was written all over his face...but the owner was cold, callous, and unfeeling...I think he thought i was just stupid...but I kept my feelings to myself, at that point. After all, one day each one of us will ultimately stand before God and give account for every single deed we did in this life, no matter good or bad...no matter what we, individually, believe in...it WILL happen. Im thankful I know Christ and also know He will get my kids and I through yet another crisis...while people like this so-called business owner will not fare well in the end. I firmly believe everything we do to others comes back to us, both good and bad.

Im from northern Michigan. Ive been looking for the right truck at the right price for a while, and ran upon CJs Auto Store web site. After a few phone calls with all my questions answered, I purchased the truck last week from CJs. It was a great experience. The truck had a couple of minor things I wanted fixed before the purchase. CJs Auto Store is the best place to go if you are in need of a vehicle. Larry and Jason were the BEST!!
