Terrible Terrible Car Dealer. He literally tried to sell me a vehicle with a busted exhaust manifold after he said nothing is wrong with it and his mechanics checked it... The engine itself looked like someone dumped oil all over it. You couldnt even take 30 mins to clean the vehicle... I would bring a mechanic with you to check everything before buying or I highly recommend NOT coming here. just dont go here. Told us it had a warranty and to find out it was AS IS. Im going to assume hes goes to the junk auctions and buys these junk cars and resell them AS IS without repairing them or cleaning them. Hes trying to make a quick buck without putting any work into the vehicles he gets. Be EXTREMELY careful purchasing a vehicle from this place !!!! absolutely no.

Car was purchased in November and sale went smoothly, but after that they stopped doing anything. Bank never got the title, still dont have plates after 4-5 months. Staff is useless and apparently the boss is never their and only he has any information. Getting a call back will not happen as I havent received one since December.

Wonderful staff and got a nice truck at a good price. Would recommend this dealership. I drove about 55 minutes.

No one came out to help us.In response: I looked in and there wasnt anyone in the office. So whoever was there was somewhere else. We were the only customers on the lot and as I mentioned I didnt see anyone in the office. But its ok, maybe next time.

Do not waste your time or your money on this dealership. The way they get you is by having nice LOOKING cars on the lot. Not RELIABLE cars. The picture is from my brake, which was 5 months after the car purchase. It was cotter-pinned together, which should by no means pass safety inspection. The dealers are very shady about the paperwork part of the sale. They said I had a warranty, but then actually didn’t give me one or “couldn’t find it” when I called about it. They also lied about who my salesman was, and even told me they didn’t have a salesperson. I drove this car back to Athens for the first time and immediately got a check engine light. I’ve had this car for 6 months, and have had to put over 1,200 into it in fixes. You might as well go to Yark. Great dealer! Purchased a 05 Chrysler 300c on May 9th from here. The dealer is a friendly guy, lets you view the cars on your own, he had no problem letting us bring the car to Goodyear and putting it on a lift to have it inspected before we purchased it. We found some minor problems he was unaware of and he split the repair costs with us. Also said he would do it cheaper than Goodyears estimate.

Stop in just to look at cars. They were nice and friendly people.

A neighbor and I visited the site after hours. I did not know about the site. Fortunately, some vehicles were open to be able to see how the third row seats laid down. We saw the vehicle from another site the day before. Interesting site closer to where I grew up.

Wonderful mechanics, and friendly staff... very easy to communicate effectively with. They quickly identified the problem and corrected it at a very fair price, and I am a car guy. Had a wonderful experience buying our car at H4T. Justin sent us out on a test drive straight-away on the vehicle we had come to check out, and even had another vehicle on stand-by that he thought we might like as well. He worked for us all morning getting paperwork ready, dropped the price for us, and handled several other customers and problems that came up at the same time, all ON THE MORNING OF HIS WEDDING! Bought a vehicle from here a couple months ago. They definitely went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase, and that all my requests were satisfied. Met and talked with their mechanic, salesman/manager (Justin), and the owner. All were very friendly and honest. They also have a service center for all your vehicle maintenance, and I have been given some really aggressive quotes (for work on another vehicle I own, and on a friends car). Also I was told they would get me killer deals for work/maintenance on the vehicle I purchased from them.... which is a nice bonus. Havent had to take them up on that yet though.Check them out, definitely worth stopping in.

I was drive far to get the car from there. The owner and sales person both are nice but I didnt get any minimum warranty from them. Only problem is I found there is a tire warning sign on dashboard but they didnt tell me that its broken. They told me to reset but later I found its broken and the car Trunk handler was broken. I wasnt aware about that. I will suggest to buy vehicle from them but before that check everything properly.

I am so please that I dropped in this place on a whim while car shopping. Justin worked to find a great car in our price range. They went out of their way to ensure it was a solid car. They even put brand new tires on it before we purchased it. We also left our other vehicle for maintenance. They did a great job, telling us what did and did not need to be repaired. And when a new part failed, they did the right thing and replaced it free of charge. Very kind people and trustworthy.

What a pleasure it was to buy from H4T. The salesman Justin was informative, courteous and very personable. Since my new ride needed a new battery, the owner knocked off that cost without me even asking. All in all a very good experience!
