We went in to look at a 2015 Edge. Now was a great help! We bought it about a week before everything shut down. He was very fast getting the merand title to us as soon as dmvs opened, very great customer service! Only a few minors things wrong with the car we bought... but I can’t complain, we got it for a steal!

WHEN VISITING THIS PLACE I WAS WITH SOMEONE WHI WAS LOOKING FIR A VEHICLE. NO SELECTION. A LOT OF CARS HAD NO BUMPERS AND NEEDED COLLISION WORK. NOT A GOOD LOOK.

Purchased a car with some know issues, minor or cosmetic things and the SRS airbag light on. Was ensured the SRS module just needed to be reset, so I unfortunately decided to buy the car.After needing the car for a few weeks, I took it back to Elite Auto to have them handle the SRS module reset. After 1½ weeks they told me the reset was done, but the light was still on. They had the car for an additional 1½ weeks and I was told his electrical-guy had spent many hours on it, but they couldnt fix it and I was told the error is high resistance or open loop in ground to SRS module...Well no wonder theres high resistance, the ground wire was completely broken to the module and a second wire was partially damaged too. (See picture, brown and blue wire towards the center right).Edit/update:They are working with me to fix the issues.

I had been talking to moe for a few days about buying a Van we finally agreed on a price and I told him in the morning I would be their 1st thing after work to come and purchase it .he said there is a 2nd vann I had been asking about was pending he would call the people to see if they were coming to get it so I could look at both but I told him I really wanted the 1st Van we had discussed I called him again around 2:00 p.m. said I would stop at the bank get the cashiers check, asked who to make it out to and he told me the exact price, fees, tax, title and everything. So I get off work stop at the bank get the check show up at the lot For him to tell me he sold that Van around noon today sorry he forgot. I was so upset he showed no remorse no sorrow just said sorry and shrugged his shoulders, Told me I could look at the 2nd Van but it is still pending for the next few days, A had scratches dents and chipped paint all over it he kept insisting that was just adhesive,im not stupid I know what clear coat chipping off looks like, So I have all my money wrapped up in a cashiers check to him and the bank is now closed he said, oh just return it its no big deal,its a pretty big deal when you had agreed to buy a car and have to start all over again, he said he would call me by the end of the day that day to let me know the status of the 2nd van if they were comming to pay in full, that he would try to make this right, well its been 5 days now and I still havent heard from him,I even left a message and no response yet, dosent seem too concerned about making anything right, I do not reccomend this place!!! What a horrible experience!!!, I see the reply, and I understand that, when. I spoke to moe the 2nd time at 2pm he told me who to make the cashiers check out to, how much price, with tax and everything would be, never once mentioned he sold it at noon until I showed up, why would you tell me everything I need to purchase the vehicle and to bring a check in if it was sold!!! This place is a joke I returned the car over a month ago and got a call from a prosecutor saying that I never returned the car that I clearly returned and they were going to press Grand theft Auto charges on me when they have the car on the lot and on the website DO NOT GET CARS FROM THIS GUY THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING they are a big scam you will regret anything from there
