Awesome service! With automotive services and being female, I went in expecting to at least be mansplained a little, but they were professional and very courteous. Service was quick and friendly, with 2 tires patched in about 50 minutes despite the 4 customers ahead of me. Bob was very quick and to the point with pricing, and I felt very valued as a customer. There werent any hidden fees or service charges, and I paid 20.59 in total. Definitely will be returning as needed.

2nd time I have used this location and I am still very pleased. Customer service is top notch 👌Bob and Tyler make a great team up front. The mechanics did a great job. I will return for future service.

They did a fast job. However, they misdiagnosed the problem with my van. Replaced water pump and $500 later I still have the same issue and horrific noise coming from around engine. The front desk rep/mechanic was very customer friendly but I didn’t need friendly…I needed a real diagnosis for my van. Also, I didn’t notice a vending machine for those long wait times.

Scheduled for oil change, with other shops around the city booked up surprised I was able to get it same day! Done within an hour. Amazing! Definitely recommend

I have to say, Paul is the man... guy does beyond fantastic work.. put a aftermarket muffler on my car and it sounds awesome!! Tyler is great as well, anything you need talk to him! Thanks guys!! Ill be back!!

I dropped my truck off for what I thought was going to be an expensive repair... The found the main issue which really was not a huge issue and even told me about a few things to keep an eye on . So since my repair was not going to be expensive I went a head with the few suggestions instead and still walked away with half the money I thought I was going to have to pay. They had my truck in and out within a few hours. Hands down great service. They tell you honestly the best routes to go.

My exhaust line broke apart after sliding over a concrete parking block. They were able to get me in the same day (within an hour before closing), and were INCREDIBLY friendly, informative, and fast. The people were fantastic, and I am a customer for life

I have been coming here for the past 3 years for all of my car needs. They have always been super kind and knowledgeable. The man at the front desk does an excellent job at relaying what is wrong without using jargon. I highly recommend them.

Not Impressed with this place at all!! They charged me an arm and a leg to have my back end worked on! And there is a 2 hour wait for my vehicle to be worked on!! I do not recommend this place and I will not be coming back at all!!

Trust the Midas touch...... I had a new exhaust installed and had very nice chrome tips on the the one the car had going into the service that I had spent hours and hours through the years polishing that I requested that I wanted to keep them and don’t throw them away. They blamed it on a random person walking into the facility that didn’t work there stealing it. I hope someone is enjoying them.

I had to get my car towed to this location and I dealt with a gentleman named Tyler. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly! We discovered that they couldnt help me so he waved the fees and directed me to a business that could.

I used the free air pump! I really needed it. My tired was low. With all the high priced air machines and some dont work, I really appreciate theirs. I appreciate what they are doing for the community when you need air and short on 6 quarters. Thank you Midas!

Very professional however kinda pricey for what I needed. 950 for exhaust and muffler with labor. Looking around.

The waiting room was dirty and had an unpleasant vibe to it. The appointment I made days two days before was 50 minutes delayed because they were backed up. My personal experience wasnt very good.

I really feel this location is run by honest and reliable staff. For the most part, charges are reasonable. They are very understanding about how expensive car repairs can be, and are very good about communicating all the options. I never feel like they are trying to push me into an unnecessary expense.

Excellent Service! I needed my muffler and pipe hooks fixed ASAP on a Saturday morning. I was driving from the AAA center down the street and decided to give this place a shot. I gave a quick call and they luckily placed me in their schedule without an appointment! Within 20 minutes they brought my car into the garage and diagnosed the problem. They had all the available parts and the process only took an hour and a half. The staff was very kind, timely, informative, and helpful. They saved my weekend from a potential car disaster! Next time I have a problem I know exactly which Midas in Toledo to go to! I was very grateful.

I went to this Midas this morning for an alignment. I did not have an appointment. When I walked in and talk to the guy at the counter he said they could do the alignment today and it would be about 45 minutes before they could get me in. To my surprise it only took about 15 to 20 minutes they had my car in and explain what was wrong, fixed it and I was out of there within an hour. I appreciate the Speedy Professional Service that I was provided with and now my car goes straight down the road

Called ahead and explained my car problem. Asked if they would charge me to diagnose problem and was told theyd figure it out for no charge. Made an appointment. Took the car and spent almost an hour there and they decided it must be a brake problem but to know for sure they needed to remove the tires and that would cost me money. Left there with no idea what was wrong having completely wasted my time

THEY LIED TO ME!Bob at the counter said I needed a new muffler, cost $289 for a direct fit muffler from the flange back. I asked if he could just cut out and replace the muffler since the pipe was still good. He said no. Not having time I said ok. After almost 2 hour wait (most of the time waiting for the muffler to be delivered) it was done. He apologised for the wait and said he saved me some money, total bill $254. When I got home and looked the old pipe was cut right in front of the muffler and a new muffler welded in. That is not what I was told I was getting, and is a ridiculous price to pay for a muffler I can buy for under $40 and a half hour labor. When I called to complain about being overcharged the manager offered me an oil change. They have lost my business, I dont appreciate being ripped off!

When returning the cage they could not find my info papper & there was another person there that they could not find her info papper.They need a better filing.The vets are great & do a excellent job.Its just the people in the front office are very disorganized

Great service! I called on a Friday evening and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day.They secured an aftermarket exhaust that I had installed. I was quoted $20 to $30 when I called. After they finished I was given no bill. I was not expecting to receive something for no cost! Greatly appreciated!

Made a list of what I wanted done and what I had done to the vehicle myself to help them narrow problems down. The biggest being a clunking noise on the front end and a shock that rattled in the rear. They found 800 dollars worth of stuff that needed fixing. Blamed the clunking on my lift kit. Said they fixed the rear shock. They didnt fix either. Didnt torque anything or grease anything like I asked. That was obvious by the old grease on the zerks and the fact that when I got the jeep home I discovered what my clunking noise was. That being a loose sway bar link. Something they easily wouldve found had they torqued things to spec like I asked. This place is a cash grab company. The receptionist puts on a smile and lies repeatedly in my experience. A very expensive experience. Do yourself and your car a favor and Go elsewhere. This happened on the third week of August 2019.

I just left, so I cant comment completely on the service yet. but Bob, who works the front desk at this location made things very easy and was a pleasure to deal with. Will repeat.

Exceptional mechanics, a really great team of guys. I have taken my car, and my family cars here for years, they always do good work. Many times they have gone over and beyond to repair my car. Their work is excellent and their prices fair. They will have my business as long as I live in the area. You wont go wrong taking your car here.

This is where I get my oil changes. They have always been very honest with me about my car and I feel like I can trust them. I have also had them do other work because of the trust I have for these guys, however I do think it was expensive. They did a good job but I definitely paid well for it.

These guys are awesome! They did a free inspection on my cars brakes and found that the squeaking noise I was hearing wasn’t due to old break pads but a bracket being bent and fixed it for free. They were very honest with me and very friendly. 5/5 highly recommend!

I went there to have my muffler checked this morning, I talked to Sean and he checked my van. am not here to talk about my van and what was wrong with it, am here because I was so amazed at the high level of customer service that I experienced, I have never seen a customer service that would even come close. I would recommend this business and will for sure be going back. thank you Sean, you made going to the repair shop a pleasant experience.

This location provides great service in an industry where the principles of customer service are typically inexistent. Bob was a pleasure to work with, and both Bob and Paul were completely transparent with me showing me exactly what was wrong with my vehicles exhaust system and how much it would cost to repair. I could not afford the major work at that moment, but they were never pushy and did not use fear tactics. They listened to me and understood my concerns. I would recommend anyone in the area go to this Midas location.

This place is a great place for car repairs and oil changes.

After hauling my car my emergency brake was locked up. I called them to see if they can take a look at it and they said sure. They had me in and out in 15 minutes and didnt even charge me! They didnt try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Thank you!

Professional staff and fair Prices. I got an used vehicle inspection for just $22 including taxes.

I am leaving this review for 2 reasons. The first is that they are at 3.9 stars and I hope mine puts them up to 4.0 because this is a great place to take your vehicle. Secondly, I saw a lot of 1 star reviews from people that gave a bad review because they had to wait for an oil change. People they get busy and they can not control how many people come to their shop. I have only had to wait one time and they gave me the oil change for free. I own a fleet of vehicles and take they here because this place is legit. Are they perfect? No, but either am I so it works out. For transparency the company I own does do work for the management/real estate side of their business, but they does not change the facts I stated. #GoldenTouch

So, I have been going to Midas for about 2 years to get my car serviced. Of all the times I was going, I was under the impression that they were checking my fluids in my transmission. Every receipt that I have states that my transmission levels were fine and they checked those boxes! So wouldn t you know it, my transmission is now gone because of dirty fluid. I had another mechanic check my car and the fluid was just filthy and like slug. So I go back to Midas and asked why did they lie on the receipts that my transmission fluids were ok. Now I find out that since I have a sealed transmission, they didnt check it, nor were they required to check. They never told me that my transmission was sealed, nor did they take any responsibility to my transmission going out! I will never let them touch my car again. This is costing me over $2000.00 to repair and I religiously took my car in to be serviced. They had no problem telling me I needed tires, a battery. Why couldnt they just tell me the darn truth about my transmission. Whats worse is that they marked the boxes like they were checking them. When I took the documentation to them, they feel no responsiblity to my dilemma. Be careful of who touches or services you automobile or youll be like me with a $2000 major repair!

I have been coming to midas on Alexis for several years now. I trust Blake and Bob, with my vehicle. They all do a great job. I have has several big jobs done on my vehicle, and work was awesome and price was fair! I trust them more than the dealership! Keep up the good work!! I was not happy at all with the performance. I went to get front brakes done, pads and rotors. It took about 2-3 hrs and they were not ground down so it felt like the brakes were engaged while I was driving after installation. I had to go back the next day and wait another hr and a half for them to fix it. They didnt charge for the fix at least but it shouldnt have happened in the first place ya know. Wont be going back and wont recommend. Tireman is my go-to now.

Quoted 45 min wait time for an oil change. Was told they had the filter in stock. I’m here 2 hours later and they just got the oil filter dropped off because it wasn’t in stock. Why didn’t you tell me at the beginning that you didn’t have it in stock? I’ve watched 5 other customers arrive after me and already be serviced and leave. Ridiculous.

Took my grandsons truck in and they gave me a quote,,, it was going to take all day so they drove me home and it was finished by end of day and we wer happy with their work and they were all very friendly and helpful

Went there for a quick oil change that took over a hour. They said I had a crack in my transmission pan never had a leak before .....now leaking terribleCoincidence maybe, but reading other reviews I think not .

Got an oil change. They broke a part that caused me to go to deal for 800.00 worth of repair. Midas did pay that bill but did not pay the loss of income or the hotel stay caused by their employee. Will see them in court for the rest off the money soon.
