It’s hard to leave a bad review for anyone, let alone an agent who use to be much better at providing customer service. I am picky and I do expect a high level of support from an insurance agent, but even with this in mind, I am troubled why an insurance agent support staff would question or get upset when you do not understand billing changes/charges. This happened TWICE, I feel like this was unprofessional at best and this was what made me finally find someone else. The reason for my review is that in leaving, I informed them that I had found someone else and needed to switch right away. So my policy was to be cancelled with my new one in place and this did happen. Because my policy wasn’t canceled correctly, I was sent a notice that I owe the insurance company money. This is pretty serious to NOT CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMER ASAP to tell me I owe money?I DO NOT recommend unless you are someone who never needs to talk to your insurance agent. If you’re in auto pilot and you never have changes or anything at all then yes they can be great. Other than that no!Thank you!
