A lot of people don’t see the importance in a local agent and would rather save a couple bucks to work with a call center. We’re not those people. Alec and Cody have been our agents for the past two faithful years and never did we think we would find local agents as knowledgeable and personable as they are, especially for their age. They are honest, straightforward, and friendly. We can tell they are passionate about what they do by the way they take care of us. We appreciate the call we get before every renewal to simply check in with us and make sure all is well. If we god forbid do need something, they don’t seem inconvenienced by our call. They were more expensive than our last company initially, but Allstate has reduced our rates almost every renewal since we started. Regardless, these young men have our business for life because this good of service does not exist elsewhere.

For any major brand insurance, I would recommend Merit, a licensed agent of Cody Ickes. His complete honesty and ability to understand financial situations, and NEVER corner you is amazing. I have been in so many situations where I, as the consumer, know nothing. Merit speaks clearly in human language, and not that of a robot reading a script. He ensures you understand what it is that you are buying.Guys and gals, there are multiple opportunities for insurance and commissioned-based agents to sell you products you do not need. Sometimes, they will belittle you, insult your intelligence, and take full advantage of you. In this day and age, its hard for me to say Oh, call this guy, hell hook you up, hell take care of you. I hate that terminology. Nobody hooks anybody up, because nobody in sales cares.But not Merit, which I can assure means not Mr. Ickes either. Merit has my full recommendation as a consumer. I always say Go for the right product that you NEED to provide for your family. What you NEED is what you get from Merit. Period.

My only complaint is your auto insurance is way more than everyone else’s! As soon as I find someone to match your homeowners I will be switching!

Unfortunately, I reside in Cleveland OH and have not had an opportunity to travel to Toledo. AllState staff has always treated me with a very professional attitude.It’s really nice to speak with the AllState staff as they always speak to you as if you have known them for many years personally. GreaT JoB AllState!!!

Multiple Allstate employees contacted me. So many, in fact, that I found they were overlapping with each other. Different people kept repeating the same information. The bright spot was the actual insurance adjuster, Jarrod Boles. He was very professional, timely, and knowledgeable.

I have no idea who these people are. They continually spam my email. I have asked them to stop. I have unsubscribed from the emails. I don’t get it. PLEASE DELETE MY EMAIL FROM YOUR SYSTEM!!!!! I DON’T EVEN LIVE IN OHIO!!!!

WOW! Ive literally had issues with almost all insurance companies, wether it be with my policy, or even rude staff and I am so amazed and blessed to come across Cody Ickes with Allstate! Every person I have talked to is very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. They answer everytime I call and are happy to help. Im happy to give them my money thats for sure. Thank you!!
