Tim goes above and beyond to make any insurance process easier for the customer. Super quick and efficient responses and always friendly.

All started out great... made getting everything situated and set-up very easy. Folks were all professional and kind in the office. However, after about a year, our car insurance (two cars insured) monthly premium raised 3 different times in about a 5 month span. I know one of times was likely do to a claim from an auto accident but was unsure why it raised the other two times. I tried contacting Tim on several occasions just to simply get clarification. I never received a response back and still haven’t heard back to this day. I just ended up switching to State Farm and cancelled through Allstate, which saved me about $100 a month. State Farm’s price was about the same as my original price with Allstate before it increased the three times.

Thank goodness we have not had to use our insurance due to a accident! But have been happy with the service provided by our agent, Tim Wyrostek, whenever we need to make a change on our policy or have a question. So we would rate Allstate Insurance as being satisfied.

Tim was easy to work with. I put a new roof on and he was on top of getting my policy updated in a timely way. Great experience overall working with Tim for all my insurance needs.

So far its been a wonderful experience. I have not had any issues or concerns and the app has been a life savor. Super easy to use and love the option of the good/safe driver checks that we get. Im very happy with Allstate and glad I made the switch.
