We contacted our Insurance Agency to let them know we had traded our car for a new car. We thought that was the end of that, but within a couple of days we received a personal call from Arrow Dickerson one evening. We had just purchased a new car. She went over all the coverage we had, but with the purchase of our new car, we wanted to know that we have enough coverage. After talking to her, she explained that we did not carry enough insurance coverage. The cost of medical care is SOOO expensive and that 25 years ago, what would have been adequate coverage then...it is NOT enough coverage in todays standards.After thinking about it, we decided we had too much to lose in case we accidentally hit someone or if someone hit us that was uninsured or underinsured .We decided to go with the umbrella coverage. The peace of mind is immeasurable .Thank you Arrow...we really love the fact that our Agent is being more proactive. An Insurance Agent Needs to look out for their clients needs because they are ever changing. We also like the personal touch we are receiving from her Agency. My husband and myself highly recommend All state Insurance with the Agent Arrow Dickerson.
