After living and paying the highest rates in the country(Michigan) my whole life. The rates are unbelievable, the coverage outstanding. Hurts to think how money i wasted. I now get full coverage for far less than the bare minimum PLPD I paid for in Michigan for the last 25 years.

Unless your a curret customer, or they think they can make $$ staff is RUDE! Especially the old guy who looks like his midlife crises carried on long into the geriatric stages. And the markup is far above that of other area agencies who offer much better coverage and response. Id avoid the experience and pay less for a more reputable name. You can see where the stoner comes from in relation to the ownership.
