Stacey Johnson was awesome! This was mine an my husbands first year filing taxes with our new business. And she answered all the questions we had she went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t feel overwhelmed with everything! We will be going back to her each year she really does quality work and super friendly !

Staff is very sweet! Stacey J. filed my taxes, she was very helpful & knew exactly what she was doing. I was out of there in about 30mins! She explained every question I had and went out of her way to help me with an issue from last year. (Not by them) Highly recommend!!

My husband and I originally went to another location for our appointment, and upon arrival learned that all reps had left for the day. We called Jackson Hewitt’s help number on our confirmation and got connected with Dee. She was kind enough to stay at her location until we arrived and accepted our paperwork to begin processing. She reached out shortly after to have us come in for signatures and completion with Stacy. Stacy was clear in her communication and helped us understand our final documents. The entire process was made very easy for us and we were presented with a solution immediately instead of being pushed off. I really appreciate both of these women helping us! We will be coming back next year :)

She didnt put our e mail address in correct. Our deposit took 6 days from the day promised. Didnttry to find more moneys that we qualified for or didnt recomend anything. Service is diffrent for Hispanics.

I went in to this location just now and the tax prep wanted to file my taxes a completely different way than I wanted her to. This store does not know about promotions posted in the window and she completely did NOT know what she was doing. Thankfully I walked out. Filing taxes is Already stressful and this store needs better tax agents. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER HERE.....
