A+++ SERVICE!! I called Harford for advice on computing penalties for late AMT payments, planning to schedule an appt. Not only was I offered immediate assistance over the phone, she helped me figure out that I had overpaid and needed to file an amendment. With her guidance I was able to complete the correction and will be getting a refund for overpayment from the state. Im very grateful and super impressed with the service I received, and will absolutely be calling Harford for my future tax service needs!

Hey everyone!I just recently tried filing my taxes with Harford tax services and it was an amazing experience. All the work was done for me except for the signatures! They got me the largest refund I was entitled to and I definitely recommend using them. They are friendly, easy to work with and they don’t cost a fortune, like some of the tax filing sources around here. Please, take my word for it and give them a shot; you won’t regret it!

My wife and I used him for our 2013 taxes and had to file an extension since we owed and paid for the extension and when it came time for him to file we called him to file and said he would. Come to find out a year and a half later he never filed and now are stuck with over $5000 in penalties because of his mistake. He is not a licensed CPA. He does not return calls or emails if ones are left. Do not go to him for taxes you will be completely dissatisfied.

Do NOT go to Ken Harford. He messed up my return and I caught it the same day and asked him to hold off submitting it. He insisted he was right so I took my return to two other accountants who both agreed he messed up. When I told him about the other accountants he said they didnt know what they were talking about and it didnt matter anyway because hed already filed, AFTER I told him not to. I ended up having one of the other accountants amend the return and even with their fees I got about $400 back.He also charged more than any person I had used in the past, and he is not accredited with the state and is not a CPA (CPAs dont know anything more than he does according to him). His website has a link to National Association of Enrolled Agents, which is funny because he is not one.One more thing, hes only in Colorado during Tax season then goes to Florida for the year, so good luck getting ahold of him when the IRS comes knocking..
