I have gone to Lisa for both my 2018 and 2019 taxes. Our first year working together was a bit rocky for various reasons (some of those reasons were completely my fault), but Lisa handled the situation very well. I decided to return to her for 2019 and she went above and beyond to show how much she genuinely cares about what she does. She is very knowledgable and an extremely hard worker. I 100% recommend Trusted Tax and Accounting to anyone and everyone. There is a huge difference between someone who does a job for a paycheck and someone who does a job because they enjoy doing it. I needed a CPA for a trust accounts tax return. Unfortunately when I took all of the tax backup to two different accountants I was told they didnt want to complete the taxes because it was above their pay grade. Fortunately one of them recommended Lisa and she completed the return: 140 pages. I therefore highly recommend Lisa and Trusted Accounting and Tax Services for anything tax related. She really knows the tax requirements and laws and she also offered to talk with the IRS if we receive any mail from them. We also appreciated how friendly and efficient Angela was with answering our calls. I definitely was very pleased with all of their services!

Finally I found an accountant and bookkeeping services that is reasonable and knowledgeable. Lisa fixed my state tax issue that I had been struggling with for weeks (cant get through to the office) on my first visit! Lisa knew all the answers to my questions immediately. I didn’t know what to expect but Lisa made us feel very comfortable. You can tell within two minutes how experience she is and Who doesn’t like to go with someone that can actually do your taxes correctly? I was with them for over a year and the work was decent, other than some minor clerical errors. What drove me away was the constant lack of communication. It got worse the longer I was with them. As a business owner communication is of the most importance to me and that’s where they fall short. I would also recommend using your own quickbooks subscription since removing Lisa as master admin and switching the subscription is surprisingly difficult if you ever chose to do so.

Five stars does not do it justice for the amount of help this company has given me. When you get behind many years or just seems like its really over your head taxes the government all of that is extremely scary and I couldnt be more happy then whats the services they provided for me Im so grateful I prefer everybody to them thank you very much and I just cant say enough good things so thank you!
