Everyone is so nice and helpful. They even redid one of my past years and corrected it. The taxes are accurate. I have never had any issues. Whenever new rules or taxes or changes happen, Kurt always reviews the changes and answers any questions.

H&R block has been my tax place for last 3 years. All the staff I worked with are really awesome. We just had most wonderful experience with ANDREA ROBISON. She has all the answers of my questions and she was so professional and friendly.

Don Dellos is the best accountant --he answered all our questions and explained the tax returns to us in a thorough fashion. Doing our taxes with Don was an enjoyable experience.

I Had a great experience and my tax person was extremely helpful. I was debating on going to turbo tax because its cheaper and then decided to go with H&R after my experience with my tax person. Because I felt the fee was very worth all the help I recieved.

I have met with Kurt Flickner a few times now. He is very good at what he does and helpful to me in financial decisions.

The tax expert was great but I have filed my taxes with since I was 17 with h nr block. In the past I have been approved for all advances all these years. The new bank that you use has denied me for all advances since you switched over. My reason for having this relationship with h n r block is the convince of getting the advances so I dont think I will be back.

First time doing my taxes at H&R and definitely will be returning. Dropped off all my paperwork, returned 2 hours later to have all my taxes from two years completed in one day. They were also very mindful of cleanliness and social distancing. Quick and kind, Kurt Flickner knows his stuff!

We were audited for our child tax credit, the IRS took our federal and state returns. Our tax prep person had us get so many letters and forms to send in, our notice of the audit said we had 30 days, our tax prep person said oh, they say that but you have 60 days and now we get a letter stating we get no refund at all...Did the information really get sent in? Idk because the communication was almost nonexistent. But, our bill got sent, they remember who owes them thats for sure... We will not return to H&R block next year
