This shop is wonderful! After having spent 16 years in the Atlanta area, it’s refreshing to find an automotive shop that still has hardworking and conscientious staff. They had my new tires on in less time than it took us to go grocery shopping!

Got two new front tires, more than three days the front right tire was completely flat so I thought it was a bad tire and two weeks later, I was finally able to take it back up there and it turns out that it wasnt a bad tire, my hubcap has somehow rusted and gotten scraped to the point the air was actually leaking from in between where the tire meets the wheel and within three days it would be flat so the really sweet black man whos been there for many many years, he primed the surface and put some glue substance on the Wheel so the air would not leak out anymore. I gave a good review the first time and was upset about the tire but it turns out it was not their fault. Maybe the guy did not know it was rusted to begin with but I know a lot of people in this area go here and there happy with the service. Im new to the area but Ive been very lucky finding the best places to go! This being one of them!

They did everything they could do for me, they were very nice, respectful and helpful. The guy even put the spare, leftover Tire that I wanted to keep, in my front seat with rags so it wouldnt mess up my seat. Im satisfied!

HT&A always does top quality professional work. So far I have purchased 5 sets of tires and three brake replacements since moving into this area. In each case, their work was impeccable. The only drawback Ive detected so far is their reluctance to be forward personable. What I mean by that is, talking to them is somewhat akin to talking to a post. They will answer your questions but with terse response. They seem to think you know as much about tires, brakes, etc as they do. That tends to make me, the customer, hesitant to ask questions. The only suggestion I have is pull your head out and talk to me as your neighbor, not like a subordinate.

Radiator went out on my Ram truck while working out of town (Im from central Al). Got me fixed up in a few hrs, and was reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend!

I try to buy my tires here exclusively. The employees are helpful in getting you the best tires for your needs at the best price. Once, years ago, I stopped in and explained that I was low on money and I needed one used tire, just to get me till the end of the month. I didnt care what it was, or how it looked; as long as it worked. They did not act like I was less important than anyone else. They werent condescending or snobby. They found me a tire I could afford and I was back on the road quickly. The next month, I came back to replace all the tires and explained that I needed tires that I could get up forest service roads with, but also smoothly drive on highways. They knew exactly what I meant and they got me what I needed. I also asked them to check the alignment. They showed me the read-out and told me, honestly, I shouldnt bother with alignment just yet if I was off-roading that weekend. I appreciated the honesty. The honesty and respect is what makes me keep coming back.

They do not back their work, even if they damage your vehicle while working on it.On 2/12/2020 this vehicle was brought toHolloway Tire & Auto Service405 N Center St, Thomaston, GA 30286to install a new wiper transmission assembly.2000 Mercedes C280 W202When they finished their work, the vehicle would not start.Rock (the technician who worked on the car) could not start the vehicle due to something he had done during the wiper repair so he went to alldata.com and got some instructions on how to bypass this situation. What he ended up with is a vehicle that would start, but the C1 connector on the Drivers side fuse and relay module had to be pulled. This of course disables all features you need for a street legal vehicle like lights and turn signals, horn etc...They have taken a working vehicle and bricked it.They refused to repair this situation they caused because they said the vehicle was too old.

I had a tune up and a check for other areas. Under 200. Only took less than an hour. The mechanic test drove my car to check for areas of improvement. Thw base rate of turn ups starts at 180. Then it goes up if parts are needed.

I was out of town and I had and roofing nail in my tire I called them I didnt call them I went by my Google them and went by there but they said it was going to be a 45 minute wait I drove a little further down the road and got seen right away theyve got to be good because they were really really busy

Ive had them replace shocks, put 4 tires on, and just had front brakes on a Mazda. Very happy with their work. Found them fairly priced and friendly.

Had brakes done over 6 months ago. Took it back twice. Guy came to my house to check which were squealing. Took it back again and they are still screaming even after the second brake job. My brakes were old, but did not squeal until the brakes were done by them. Will not be going back.
