I think they need to train their staff a little bit better, provide them with some kind of classes or training. I went to get manicure pedicure today, and my nails looks like some kid did them. They were not filled properly, cuticles was barely touched, I’m not even talking about paint all over my fingers and all around the nails. You can see the difference between all layers.

This nail spa is the best of the best! It’s so clean, and has the most relaxing atmosphere. I love to come and unwind with a glass of wine while getting a pedicure. I highly advise seeing Stacy, as she is the best technician I’ve found there!

I had gotten my nails done at a different place the day before but I hated the color so I decided to pop in here for just a color change. I get acrylic nails with shellac polish on them. My nails did not need any work because I had just had them done. I just wanted to change the color. I asked the girl at the front how much it would be she asked someone behind her and then quoted me $25. I said okay and decided to just keep it simple and get French tips painted on with white shellac polish. The entire service took about 15 minutes total. I was very happy with my nails and proceeded to the front to check out. When I got to pay the girl tells me it’s $45. I’m caught off guard because she had quoted me $25 and now it was all of a sudden $45. She asked the tech why it was $45 and she comes to me & says $30 to change color and $15 for design. Honestly I felt completely ripped off. She never told me it would be that much. I feel like she should have at least mentioned it. I would have opted to either not get it done or just picked a regular polish. All in all I’ll probably never come back.

Mickey is absolutely amazing! She has been taking care of my hands and feet for several months. Employees are friendly, although they chat a lot to each other. Hughes Landing location is always clean, however, their bathrooms could use a bit more lighting.

Will never go their again. I came with 3 of my friends got the French tips. The man acted like he didn’t even know what they where. He rushed them yes it was close to closing time. But if you didn’t feel like doing them or didn’t have enough time. You should of just turned us away. My nails are bulky not smooth an uneven. I get my nails done frequently. This is unacceptable. I still tipped because I myself have worked in the service industry. Gave him 7 when he really deserved 3. My friend didn’t even get her nails cured properly an they where still sticky.

I chose the basic pedicure service $ 32 additional I ordered French shelacc and paid $ 25 in total $ 57 Before applying it, they should consult the prices anywhere. The price seemed very high to me, almost double its original price.

The last 3 visits were bad but this 4th visit was the worst!!! So I decided to never go back here again. This 4th and final visit, I came in with my own glitter acrylic since they were out of the color I wanted the last two visits. When I sat down this time, I told the nail tech that I bought my own acrylic. She looked at it and thought it was glitter and told me she was going to charge me extra for a design on each finger, to sprinkle what she thought was glitter in an ombre style on each nail.I asked her why, told her again that it was acrylic and asked why she would charge extra for a regular acrylic service. She looked at the product closely, didnt believe me, and then stood up out of her chair and yelled, you are going to have to pay me more money! Shocked and embarrassed, I pulled the product up on the website to show her it was acrylic, she could use it the same way she would use any other acrylic powder.The lady calmed down and finished the service but she had an attitude the entire time and she was rough, jerking my fingers around while doing my nails. Still trying to keep it polite, when she was done I complemented her work and told her thank you. Instead of saying youre welcome, she actually complained that my glitter acrylic contaminated her solution... Even though she didnt deserve a tip, I tipped her $10, I always tip! Only because Im African American and I dont want them to write off my complaints because of racial stereo-types. I will never go here again!

I used to love this salon. Since they have placed an employee smoking bench right by the entrance, it has become really smelly. You have to walk through a cloud of smoke, the entrance smells like stale cigarettes and it is awful when you get a technician fresh in from a smoke break. Even my N95 mask did not filter out the smell. Even though I live walking distance to this salon, I drive elsewhere to get my mani/pedi.

I am very pleased with my experience at Venetian The Woodlands! I had an appointment and as soon as I walked in, they were ready for me. I got a manicure and Tiffany did my nails. She was very patient and I could see her taking her time and double checking that she did everything right. I have honestly never had my French nails look so good! She was very kind too!The interior was very beautiful and clean. The only thing I would change are the prices, as I thought they were a bit high but not too bad.I will definitely be coming back! Right on the main floor of a large high-rise building. Easy to see from the main road. Parking is a little difficult in this area but there is parking behind whole foods in the high-rise parking lot. A nice clean area feels safe. A very large salon and spa. They have a variety of colors and a variety of styles for your hands and feet. it was my first time here and I will come back again. I highly recommend this to anyone. A basic manicure is about $20. Then you add more for the hardener. End of tip. If you like my reviews please give me a thumbs up. I was able to walk right in and not needed a reservation.

I received an infection!!!My friend and I went to this location on 1/1/2020 to receive manicures and pedicures. We usually go to the Vintage Park Location, but since the drive was closer we decided to go to the Hughes Landing Location. During my manicure service I noticed my nail technician utensils/equipment were rusty. I asked the nail technician to use a new pack on my nails. I also looked over at my friend and noticed her nail technician used a new utensils pack to complete her manicure. Once our services were completed, I inquired with the front desk to see if their salon policy required their nail technicians to use new equipment/supplies on each customer. He told me they do not require the nail technicians to use new utensils, but they do require them to sanitize after every customer. Once I received this information, I told the front desk that my nail technician’s utensils were rusty, and I was not confident that the utensils my nail technician used on my manicure were up to standard. The front desk was not very apologetic and did not offer any recourse.A couple of days later, both of my pinky nails began to hurt. On Saturday November 14, 2020, I took my fingernail polish off and noticed my two pinky nails were discolored and lifting from my skin. On Monday November 16, 2020, I made an appointment with the dermatologist to be seen. I was seen by the dermatologist on Tuesday November 17, 2020 and discovered I had an infection in both of those pink nails.This is very disappointing and I will never go back.

I have been going here for years and I just absolutely love it. I have never waited a long time at all. Even during this pandemic the spa is staying very safe.

Visited this nail salon one week ago today, my nails are lifting, they are nude at the bottom so you can see it really good.. $75 for a full set the nails are all different sizes and they are lifting already a waste is my time and money! Update... gave them a call and was informed that they need to see my nails in order to tell me how much i will be paying to have my nails fixed, the for the 4 nails i now have popped off.. and the other 6 that are lose.

Was able to book same day. Trina did a wonderful job on my dip nails and they have every color imaginable to choose from. I also had the Venetian pedicure and Vivian did an amazing job.

They sat me down and I waited for over one hour until someone started working on my nails. I’m usually very patient, but I had gotten there at 3pm and they didn’t start working on my nails after I had been seated until 4:15. If I had known the wait was going to be so long, I would have gone somewhere else. I was pretty disappointed with the service.

I usually go to the Vintage location but had a great experience today for dip and a pedi. Professional, beautiful salon with friendly staff and all the amenities you could ever want. Venetian Nails is always the best choice.

I have visited this nail salon 3 time in the past year and every time I must say I am disappointed by the service. The customer service is mediocre at best. I felt as though the girls rushed through my pedicure/dip manicure. My nails were not prepped and cleaned prior to my dip manicure. I purchased a upgraded pedicure and did not receive hot towels, wax, and the massage was no longer than 10 mins total. Normally, I wouldnt mind but since I paid extra for upgraded services I expected to receive them. After spending $100, all my nails (that had dip) had broken/chipped off not even 5 days after service. This is not the first time this has happened after going to this salon. The salon is clean, and always seems busy-but am shocked to pay such a high price and leave so disappointed. I will likely not return to this salon and take my business elsewhere.

We are here for a special birthday weekend visiting from Dallas. My nail tech Julie was the sweetest. I’ve never been to a nail salon this welcoming & with such a kind genuine staff. My nails turned out amazing! I highly recommend this salon & I will for sure come back the next time we are in town.

This is the second time in a row they have overcharged me thinking I won’t notice. I was charged $55 for dip that costs $40. When I asked about the extra $15, they said that “the price varies based on what you get.” I had gotten short round acrylic nails with dip. I asked, “what did I get that made it cost extra?” and she immediately took off the extra $15 charge because obviously I did not get anything “extra.” I went back this week and the same thing happened but with a different service. I was charged an extra $8 for my pedicure with no explanation. When I asked, they took it off. I think that they are overcharging people who look like they won’t check their receipt. So tacky.

I had Trina do my nails last time and she did the most beautiful perfect job. I will not go to anyone else. If you can get an appointment with her take it. Her professionalism is incredible she has a great attitude and her work is perfection

I’ve been coming to this salon now for 3 years and they never disappoint. Had a little birthday celebration with 11 ladies and the staff made us a priority and helped us celebrate. Very professional and they go above to make sure your experience is wonderful. Highly recommend.

The overall experience was okay but painful in the end. I was left with half of my toe nail gone. Also the cleaning of my cuticles was rough.The place was clean and people were friendly. Just seemed rushed.

I’ve been going about 2 months. Every time they charge me something different. I originally was paying $40 for a full set. Just got charged $55. I asked them over and over why I was being charged more and they gave me random things I was being charged for that I previously hadn’t been charged for before. It’s dsveltive and sketchy. Never going back.

Tracy did a FANTASTIC job w/ my pedicure this evening. I’ve been doing endurance events & putting my feet thru a lot the past 2 years. She made them like new! Sweet, sweet lady. Loved this place & her!

The place was great BUT watch what they charge on prices. Yes a normal pedicure is $27 BUT a manicure gel is $35 and yes yesterday they told me $25 for a gel. That’s double price than a regular manicure and if they told me $35 I would have done no gel. That’s way over price. Just like the reviews I had read better watch they quote different prices.

I’ve been here 5-6 times, and I’ve had a pleasent experience each time, but today I found the nail technician I’ll continue to go back to. Ask for TANNER if you have any “designs” anything more than a basic full set/ polish or gel. My nails look great and I’m incredibly happy. $35 for a refill is 100% worth it. Also, they have wine, sooo you know that’s 6 stars by itself 😅

I almost left a 1 star rating 6 months ago. I had been 3 times and each time the staff was SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. Yesterday, I needed a color for my nails that I knew they had. Reluctantly I went back. David completely redeemed my experience. He was sweet, personable, and it has been years that my nails have looked so good. I love David. And I willl be back to see him from now on.

The massage I received with my pedicure was great, though she didnt paint the sides of my toes near the skin. My dip manicure looks decent as a finished product if you dont look too closely. He glued my nails on crooked, then shaped them unevenly, and also didnt massage or lotion my arms or hands at all. My bill was $75 dollars and since it was a Mothers Day gift from my fiance, I didnt complain too much. I just paid the difference after using the gift card, tipped, and went on my way. For some reason they charged my card $110. I will see how they handle the overcharge once they open this morning and update if it affects my rating.

Ive been to Venetian Nails Spa before in Hughes Landing. The atmosphere is beautiful and appealing with soft music to touch. The Women here are very sweet and meet your needs to your manicures and pedicures.

Toxic chemical smell is unreal. You’re guaranteed to leave with a headache. No one should have to work in an environment like that. To management: there needs to be better ventilation and protective gear for the people inhaling those fumes all day.

This place is conveniently located, however my rating is strictly for experience. My technician was very friendly and amicable, as well as other staff in the salon. However my manicure was terrible. I got powder manicure and it only lasted a couple days before it started looking awful. After 1 week I HAD to get my nails removed because they had started chipping. The power was put on too thin. They could really use some improvement and training the technicians more would not hurt.

I found a great new nail salon. This place is beautiful and clean. This salon is very big so you feel like you have your own space. The mani/pedi felt amazing and the polish came out perfect. Everyone was attentive and I didnt feel rushed. Definitely will be coming back soon. 

My lady was not good. She cut three of my fingers, causing blood to run on to my unfinished nails, and then proceeded to remove the blood with nail polish remover. This caused my nails to become rough and messed up. Some nails are not completely covered, and others are uneven and lumpy. I have heard really good things about this place, and I’m super upset with my personal outcome. My mother’s hands look fantastic, even though her guy was extremely rough.

Very clean and upscale salon. My girlfriend got a mani-pedi combo for $43. They did a pretty good job, were both satisfied with the outcome.

I got light pink shellac nails for my birthday this weekend. It didnt show up on my nail when they applied it. I am kind of upset. I would like to get them in white instead to match my toes.

I had high hopes for this place! Sadly, it was a total disappointment. I mean, it was fairly expensive and the work was so poor. I had a pedi and mani. My toe nails are jagged and snags on everything, the massage she literally rubbed lotion on my legs but... there were steaks of lotion left- she used so much. My nails.. well lets just say I told her 4 times and showed her what I wanted and still didnt get it. Again the arm massage was poor. She applied a very thick layer of lotion on my arms. No massage just rubbed a blob on. Then left the excess lotion on my arms to dry. It started to itch. So I took it off myself and she said she wasnt done. Well- after 15 minutes of letting it crust on my arm? Yes, you are done. I hate leaving bad reviews, but my word! I wont be going back.

I made an appt thinking that would be better than just being a walk-in. When I made my appt I asked about the price for healthy nail fill-ins. I was told we dont do that. I pointed out that it was on the website that you do - I was told well we dont. We remove everything and start over ($40). I made my appt and arrived about 7 minutes early and proceeded to try to pick out my color. While looking, the man at the front desk came over and said the price would actually be $5 or $10 more depending since I wanted a french healthy nail. I asked what the depending was - he said he didnt know - and said it would just be $5 since he couldnt say ($45). I said that was fine and proceeded to continue to look for a color. My nail technician then came over and told me the cost would actually be an additional $10 - not $5 and I needed to go and soak my nails so we could get started ($50). I still hadnt chosen a color (only 2 minutes had passed - still prior to my appt time) and she told me to just bring a couple of the rings with the colors so she could get started. I continued to look instead and finally found a color while she stood there behaving quite annoyed. She put my hands in a solution of acetone with a cotton ball and told me to soak my nails and rub them on the cotton ball and she would be back. She was gone for 10 minutes while I was left to remove the previous nails myself. She finally came back and got started. The nail tech seemed annoyed throughout the whole process and barely spoke (there was no language barrier). My nails looked nice enough when finished. On my fingers were remnants of the powder color from my previous time. She made no effort to remove it. She told me to go wash my hands and when i came back her chair was pushed in and she was no where to be found. I stood there for a few minutes before i asked the gentleman at the table next to me if I was done. My tech did not indicate one way or the other. For $50 - even if the job was done badly - I expected a little more than the extreme rude behavior by the nail tech. I will never go back there again.

Jennifer always does a great job on my nails, and they never cause me any pain when removing my acrylic ones either. They also do a great job waxing eyebrows here

Make sure not to ask for Simon. He was over 30mins late to my appt. what’s the point of an appointment at that point. To top it off he didn’t even finish my service. Don’t bother wasting your time and money for this horrid place.

Definitely wont go again got a full set told her multiple times exactly what I wanted she took my nails and did them the way she wanted only thing right was the color. She shaped them terribly,made them to short and I have bubbles in them.....

Very expensive and the nails, paint jobs, manicures and pedicures were badly done. You buy a certain package yet they didnt give my daughter and me three inclusives that came with the package. Not a friendly atmosphere at all.

The manicurist Yen cut my cuticle terribly. Now I know accidents happen but she had a bad attitude from the start. Ive been nicked before but this cut is unacceptable.

Really tried with this place. I finally found this place after searching the woodlands for months. The atmosphere is relaxing if they are not busy. Their chairs are close which is ok as long as they dont seat someone next to you, then its a little cramped. After going through 4 or 5 technicians i finally found a good couple. (Vicki is great on my hands and goes the extra mile.) Heres the reason for the low rating and why I will never be returning: I get my nails & toes done every week, same day, same time and always make sure im on the schedule before walking out. I arrive to my appointments on time to find that nobody is available to take me and I have ended up waiting 20 mins 4 or 5 times. Each time with no real genuine apology. Finally I talk to the owner who promises me it will never happen again. Fast forward 2 weeks and again, neither of my ladies are available. I was told by the manager that if someone comes in 10-15 minute before my appointment she is not going to make them wait even though they will not be done in time for my appt. Basically, we dont care if you have an appt, we will make you wait. Vicki is on vacation so I had a new girl on my hands, when she asked why i was not getting shellac today i told her bc you do not respect my time so why would i spend more money here, she laughed and thought it was funny that i was disappointed with their service. I will not be back or be recommending them to anyone in the future. There are plenty of other day spas in the area. I am a weekly customer, who gets pricey services and tips well, if they cared about their customers they would not show it like this.
