Wonderful Day at an incredible Spa! Worth every penny! Lovely time, will be back again

This was my second time to Woodhouse Day Spa in the last 5ish months. First time I had a massage, facial, and pedicure. This time, my husband and I had a couples massage. The prices make me feel like it should be the best services I’ve ever had. My facial was great, pedicure was mediocre, massage was good. This time, my husbands deep tissue he said was great (not the best) and my Swedish massage was a 4/10. The staff is nice and the facility is clean and beautiful. The hallways are always chaotic and the lounge is way too small for the amount of guests they have. I’m glad The Woodlands has a spa like this now but I wish the services were better for the pricing. It’s annoying when you check out and they say “would you like to add 20% gratuity” because it puts you on the spot and their staff isn’t great enough for them to assume that’s the starting point.

Woodhouse Spa is the best!! My hubby treated me with a wonderful vichy spa treatment for my birthday! Amazing service--highly recommend Emily! And when my services were done, they had a cake and glass of champagne waiting for me!! Truly an amazing touch and made me feel EXTRA special!! Chose to come here for your spa needs, they will not disappoint! Professional, friendly, and go the extra mile to make you satisfied.

I think Woodhouse has impeccable hospitality and attitude from the hostess and technicians. They treat you very very special. The place is simply like a dream visually and sensually. You feel like ur in another country when you come here. I didnt give it 5 stars for a few reasons..The wrong pedicure service was booked by them, when my husband set it up 2 weeks out for my bday. They didnt send confirmation email to even catch this. Although they took 50% off the wrong Pedicure they booked. . It was very very mediocre and not worth the full price they were originally asking ($80). The spritzer manicure was not worth $50..very very under par for the price..no hand exfoliation or massage included. The polish should be top notch and it wasnt.. I wasnt even offered gel shellac by the tech even though it was available.. My acne refining facial made my skin look great, the experience was wonderful, however for the price, I expected more extractions to be done.The cashier at the end of service makes me really dock points because of her manner of asking about 20% gratuity.. It says gratuity is discretionary.. And she expected and assumed I should... By her way of saying it. I paid for the expensive services but that doesnt mean Im obligated to tip even though the service was sort of under par for the price. When I told her I tipped concierge or the hostess she looked offended and sort of mad. The host was amazing.. She deserved it. If I spend about $300 on services.. Each service should be top notch. .. Thats why I didnt tip. I paid for the service.. Its fair.

Such a wonderful spa tucked in the Woodlands Market Street area! The welcome entrance and cute gift shop are just the tip of this full service location and all that it has to offer. I highly enjoyed a Lazy Day treatment that included a scrub, soak, and Swedish massage and anticipate Ill be back very soon to try out some of their more unique offerings such as the light therapy service and amazing facial services. I would highly recommend this location; the staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable on all their service offerings. If you are looking for a tranquil and quaint gem of a spa, look no further. I look forward to coming back soon.

AMAZING experience! From the moment I entered, I felt so welcomed and completely relaxed. They started with a quick tour and the entire place is adorable. They have a luxurious locker room to change into a robe and slippers and from there, you can wait in a little living room complete with a fireplace. They offered me a drink and there were lots of coffee table books to enjoy while relaxing. I had a massage and a body sugar scrub, both were really relaxing. The entire staff was extremely professional and maintained a relaxing environment throughout my entire experience. I didnt tell anyone it was my birthday, but I did write down my date of birth on my intake paperwork and my massage therapist noticed it was my birthday. At the end of my services, the attendant escorted my to their little private room for some time alone to relax and have a piece of birthday cake that they provided. It was the sweetest touch and I was extremely impressed. I will definitely return and highly recommend this spa if you are wanting to treat yourself to the ultimate spa experience!

The Woodhouse Day Spa welcomes every visitor warmly and treats them like theyre home, with comfort at the top of their list. They offer drinks, snacks, relaxation. Ive been twice and will definitely be returning!

I dont do reviews but I am for The Woodhouse Day Spa The Woodlands...it is the epitome of a luxury day spa. The Lazy days renewal ritual treatment is my recommendation...The detail of comfort and pampering is like no other. Not only do they think of everything, there is always a spa professional near for every need. They have an adorable boutique, an delicious charcuterie board, the details never stop.I cannot explain how amazing this spa is...I already booked my next massage...I highly recommend this spa....highly

Went there today to book a day for my wife ! Amazing people, very nice people ! Ready to serve. They took me in a tour to see the whole place. Presentation wise was perfect ! I’m a salesman myself and a presentation like that wins everyone’s heart !& I’m sure they will do a nice job.Highly recommended.

Truly enjoyed the experience. I love how much attention to detail they provided. And although there were other people they made it feel like we were the only ones. They plan well with the space and I cant wait to return!

This place may be a dream for some, but for others it is quite the nightmare. The manager looks down her nose at the concierge employees. She belittles them like they are beneath her. She hired 3 new people and in one week had run everyone of them off.Their services may be okay, but why in the world would you give your money to someone like this?!No thank you. There are MANY other amazing days spas in the area.

Came here for my birthday and it was wonderful! They were very welcoming and friendly. They give you a tour of the spa. You can get drinks while you fill out paper or wait for your appt. I forgot what massage I booked for but it was amazing. I almost kept falling asleep. Also the robes are very comfortable. I would recommend going!

Updated: after going through my list of of last Complaints, the owner quickly got back to me with a response and worked diligently to get our group in at another time. My girls were super happy with their treatments and totally enjoyed their services. Thanks for fixing the issues and bringing in the extra staff.I set up a group appointment for them and they overbooked it and now I dont have a place for my staff for something Ive planned out for several weeks because they didnt bother picking up their phone for a call to confirm. They didnt come with a solution or anything better than, oh sorry you didnt get an email. Extremely unhappy. Ive been there before but with this I wont try again

I love the nail spa and technicians they have been wonderful both times. The receptionist has always been nice. However, there was a new receptionist that checked me out last time. I had a 10% coupon for my birthday they sent. I had a nail service and an additional service . She applied the 10% coupon only for the addition service therefore only $1 was taken off. I asked if it could be used for the entire service and she was quick to answer no. My entire spa for my nails was definitely over $100 and only to have $1 off is a joke .

The Spa is beautiful! The staff are amazing. You are pampered from check-in to check-out. I will be going back soon.

Had an amazing experience at the new luxury day spa in the woodlands. Its a beautiful spa with friendly and professional staff. I did a spa package which consisted of a massage, facial and pedicure. Fabulous! All of the treatments were top notch - when I was done I felt like I was floating on air. All the services ran on time too, which is much appreciated. Lots of little touches too that made the day extra special, like having your name on the locker door in the changing rooms.

My girlfriend and I went for a couples massage for our 1 year Anniversary. They went above and beyond in commendation, to congratulate our first year together. Overall awesome service, establishment was clean, organized, and well managed. Brittany did a fantastic job and is great at what she does!

Love the team at Woodhouse-the woodlands! Trysti and Hillary go out of their way to ensure you have the best luxury spa experience from check-in to your departure. Highly recommend them for facials and massage services. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing, the robes are so cozy, youll want to take one home! They do a great job concluding your visit with recommendations for things to continue your relaxation at home. Its always nice to bring a small piece of the spa home with you! The whole team from ownership/leadership to the therapists are too notch.

Everyone there goes above and beyond from entry, You get a guided tour, escorted to changing room, time in the relaxation room with beverage options & music, a well-explained treatment, and back to the relaxing room. Ahhhhhh. Everyone is so pleasant. No wonder working in such beautiful environment!!!

Heaven on Earth...das all I got to say

Was excited to see a Woodhouse Spa in The Woodlands as they were a favorite of mine in the Ft Worth area. I had been wanting to replace some oils for my diffuser that I had purchased but when I tried to enter a little after 6pm this last Friday, the doors were locked. There were people still in the store front, it appeared to be 2 employees and a customer, but I couldn’t get the employees to acknowledge that I was there. The sign on the door clearly stated they were open until 9pm. Being closed early was annoying, but completely ignoring a customer who was obviously confused about being closed early and looking for acknowledgement (signing you closed early, anything). I don’t know how long this location has been open and maybe it’s a training issue or growing pains, but I hope it improves since I was so excited to be getting a Woodhouse nearby.

Absolutely-the-BEST spa experience I’ve ever had. From the beginning to the end, Pamela was the first person to come across and she took extremely great care of me from the point of assisting with my appointment to the tour, to the exit!! She wow’d me with her kindness and professionalism. Brittany was my massage therapist, can we say wow again!? She is fantastic! Very thorough and pays close attention to details and my needs. Marsha was my esthetician, I had my very first organic facial. Such a sweet woman and she knows her stuff!! Both ladies had me so relaxed that I fell asleep (and I’m sure I was twitching! LOL)The manager also came out to great me, which stands out with a business. This shows the quality of customer service! I love seeing managers greeting clients. I did not catch her name but all I can say is that this business is glorious, clean, relaxing, SO attentive, and they will definitely see me soon and I’ll be referring others here!! ... one more thing, the robes are lined with.. heaven! So darn soft!!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Ive only been once but almost immediately scheduled my 2nd treatment. Its so relaxing and the staff genuinely seems to care about making sure you enjoy your time. I had probably 7 mimosas during the 3 hours I was there 😂 I highly recommend Brittany for your massage... Shes fantastic!
