The owners- Lisa and Tim- are amazing. Lisa has been doing my nails since I got extremely ill in 2017. In 2017 I was diagnosed with 3 autoimmune diseases that caused me to be in and out of the hospital for 2 years. I was constantly in unbearable pain. Getting my nails done was the only thing that made me feel beautiful when I was so sick at the age of 20-22. Lisa, Tim, and Kim specifically have taken such good care of me in regards to my health, but of course have always made sure I have amazing nails 24/7. They have seen me struggling into the store in a walker, slowly starting to walk on my own, my first solo drive after regaining health, and everything in between!! Every time I reached a milestone of regaining strength they cheered me on and looked at me with such pride and excitement. It was as if they were truly becoming my family and now they are my family. They also prayed for me, gave words of wisdom, and words of encouragement once they knew I was a believer 😭🥰 not only did my nails help my self esteem, but seeing them and having them be so kind made a world of difference! When I finally regained health and went back to college and Dallas they would consistently ask my mom to say hi from them and ask her about how I was doing. Every break when I came in it felt like a family reunion. It’s rare to find such good people, but Lisa and Tim are amazing people.To this day they still ask about my pain and health and remind me that my health and life are the most important things to me, my family, and them. Lisa often reminds me that my health is far more important than peer pressure to finish college quickly. Through the years they’ve also opened up and told me about their children, their vacations, they’re large extended family, and even now how COVID-19 has impacted business.Ive also known Kim for years! I saw her throughout her pregnancy with her second daughter and she always keeps me updated on her kids and shows me how they’ve grown through pictures! Lisa’s husband Tim, is also so kind and loving! He is so joyful and makes you feel like family even on your first visit. After all the years, they have basically met everyone in my family haha 😂I also want to note that they take precautions for Covid-19 VERY seriously. As someone immunocompromised, I worry about anywhere I go during this season, but because of their love for this community they have made amazing accommodations to their layout. They only allow a certain number of customers at a time, require masks, all employees wear masks, they use plexiglass walls with a cut out to place your hands through, they use hand sanitizer, they give you hand sanitizer, and after you get out of the chair they spray the chair and both sides of the plexiglass with cleaner.Lisa and Tim are amazing members and small business owners in our community. They care for our community and go far above just giving a great salon experience and service. They will invite you in and treat you like family. I could not recommend them more.

This was my first time here and im extremely disappointed. The people were nice but the quality of the work is beyond awful. I got a set of nail shellac and an eyebrow wax. My total was $72 dollars- $77 with a tip to the pereon who did my nails amd i have glue all over my fingers and the underside of my nails are incased with hard dried glue. She cut me twice and you can visibly see it. I did take pics of it all. My eyebrows are not the same. And older lady beside me had to asl 3 different people to fix what was wrong with her nails. I will never recommemd this place or come back. Also its very cramped inside not a good flow or comfortable place.

AMAZING! the nicest staff! I have been going here for years. The nails are done nicely and there are hundreds of color options. If you break a nail and come in soon after your appointment they fix it for you no charge! Again the nicest staff and the prettiest nails!

Went there with my mom and she got an amazing pedicure and medicure for Thanksgiving. The staff was friendly and inviting. the wait was short and they helped her choose a color of her liking. Would recommend to anyone who looking for a relaxing place to get their nails done.

My MIL and I came in to get a pedicure (for me) and Dip for her. My pedicure was supposed to last 35 mins, and only last 20-25 and her nails took 2 hours. She didn’t take all the old polish off her nails, and when my MIL said something, she blamed it on MIL wanting her nails to be thinner. She didn’t file underneath and left nail attached to the dip powder. Never going back!

First off the front desk girl unfortunately has absolutely no idea whats shes doing. I told her I simply wanted my toes done in gel and a kids nail and toe painting. She had to get the manager to have this explained to her. I checked out with the front desk girl and paid cash, i immediately realized I had a coupon, and told the front desk girl. She went and again got Vicky who told me she could not honor the coupon. I paid in cash it would have been very simple.

Love this place and my nail lady Tammy does an amazing job. She makes my pedicure look absolutely perfect after. Such friendly staff and prices are reasonable. Check it out!!

0 stars if i could!! i drove my little sister (i am 17, she just turned 14,) to this nails of america, so i could buy her acrylic nails as a gift from me. the workers were impatient when she was choosing the color that she wanted. she chose a light pink color, and medium length. the little spinner brush thing was being pushed way too hard on her, and me.(i was getting acrylic nails too) when my sisters nails were done, they were longer than she wanted, and not the same color, and filed horribly wrong. there was so much paint in her cuticles that the worker didnt even bother to clean it up. as for my nails, i chose short, bright white. when they came out, (done by the same lady) they were way too long, and were a tannish brown color!! the annoying thing was that i spent $45 for each of us, totalling around $90, and we couldnt even get a refund! i am very disappointed and we will not be coming back ever. $90 wasted

If I could rate this place a -5 I would. The person doing my nails couldn’t even understand what I was asking for. These nails were supposed to be for my baby shower and they’re completely uneven & the acrylic powder isn’t even placed evenly. I wanted a simple blue baby foot on my ring fingers & the guy told me he couldn’t do it. So I said that’s fine just put the finger blue with sparkles & so he did & sent me out the store w/ 2 wet nails, didn’t check on it to make sure it was dry so I paid 81$ for terrible service. They think they’re slick handing you their pedicure menu turned to the backside showing you the most expsensive ones thinking there isn’t one cheaper than 38$. I will never go back to this place.

Anthony is my favorite! I have very dry skin on fingers and toes and he is great. He gets rid of the part that needs to go without causing me pain. I always ask for him and if hes not available, Ill wait until he is available.

Ive been going here for the last 10 years. Very nice people and have done great work for me. If you have very sensitive feet and need a pedicure, ask for Mia. Shes wonderful.

I honestly don’t know I ended up paying $69 for this subpar job, my mani and pedi were both quickly and sloppily done, polish is left all over my cuticles and skin...sadly I have to give this a low rating even though the receptionist and the man who greeted me at the door seem very kind.

If you go here, which I don’t suggest you do at all after reading the reviews, do NOT have Jenny do your nails...unless you want them to look like a 5 year old painted them. There is gel polish all over my fingers, hangnails and pieces of skin hanging off that she didn’t trim and there are actually spots in the polish that you can see through. Pathetic. I am completely disgusted that I paid $62 dollars for my nails to look so horrific and that this salon employs people that do such poor quality of work. I’m sorry if this review is harsh but paying customers deserve to know what they’re paying for/getting themselves into. If this is the kind of nail technicians this company employs, I will never go to a Nails of America again. Disgusting.

Average work and overall good atmosphere but some of the female workers are exceptionally rude. I was constantly told that a polish and service that I WANTED would be extra even though o repeatedly told this woman that it would be completely fine and I would pay extra for what I want. It seemed as if she felt like I couldnt pay or afford the service for my daughter and I which was extremely off putting and upsetting to me.

My nails are terrible and cost me $39. My friend got Disney inspired nails and wanted a Mickey Mouse silloutte and instead got a fidget spinner. The nails were un-even and honestly just a mess, I will never return !! 😡

My daughter and I went for a pedicure. My daughter also wanted a manicure. The gentleman at the front who greeted us was very nice and helpful. We didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes. The lady who did my daughters mani/pedi was great! She was patient and kind. The man doing my pedi asked me what kind of pedi I wanted and handed me a menu of services. I chose the deluxe pedi that was $41. I also wanted shellac knowing that it would be an additional charge. The place I normally go charges about $15 extra for shellac. The pedi was nice and relaxing and the gentleman was also very nice. Fast forward to check out...my pedicure alone was $73! I questioned it and he told me the additional charge was for the shellac. $33 for shellac!? This doesnt include a tip! I couldnt believe it! My daughters mani/pedi was only $26 which is about what I have paid other places for her. But never in my life have I paid $73 for a pedicure with shellac. I wasnt going to short-change the people who did our services and gave them a decent tip. It is not their fault the man at the front (I am assuming he is the owner by the way he acted) ripped me off. But I will not be going back for any services.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The woman was rude, way over priced, did not remove my calluses even though I paid more for that package, my nails are uneven and look horrible. Even my husband noticed. $175 for a mani pedi eye brow wax and upper lip wax. My daughter got a childs mani pedi and eye brow wax as well and it looks horrible. I will never return to this location EVER

Receptionist was very rude. In the midst of speaking to her regarding the wait she just walked off. Glad I didnt give them a dime.

The acted like any customers were an inconvenience. They rushed me through my pedicure and manicure. Will not be back.
