I went to Doris and she’s AWESOME both as a Cutter and COLOR Expert. She has extensive experience and she’s fast. She LISTENS which is also very unusual and she can style. I’ve had some terrible past experiences - SHES the One to try! Don’t expect to save money going to POSH it’s upscale but you want your hair to look good! Right?!

I called asking to be booked with a stylist who I had done research on. However, she was out of town but I needed my hair done before a weekend trip! So I called and I was suggested to Dorris because she “had over 20 years experience and was great.”(And was available) I showed her a picture of Jennifer Anniston, with a very simple cut I thought. But what I got was a choppy, very layered, uneven bob. Additionally she said she could match my natural color with the old blonde I had left over and she tinted my hair red and told me it matched. (My hair is actually a dark dirty blonde) Will attach pictures for reference. The pictures do not capture it well, but every person I’ve showed has told me it looks terrible.Am embarrassed to have paid $135 for this.

There is a lady that does facial her name is joseffa and she is very unprofessional there, the staff at posh are polite but just that one lady that kills everything, and she was late for being my first time getting my fácil done with her. I’d never get my facial done with her ever again, she even wanted me to reschedule for another time because of an excuse that she had.

Yesterday I had an appt for full highlights with Xenia and she was amazing!! She was so sweet, professional, and the color came out out amazing. She helped me find the best colorand was able to tell me what she could get my hair color too in one session without too much damage. She has boosted my confidence. I came into Posh salon tonight devastated. I just moved from Ohio and I had my hair done somewhere else and the stylist messed it up terribly. Posh salon was so kind to me. They listened and did their very best to help me. They hooked me up with Xenia!!! I can not say enough about how great she was. I had tears in my eyes. She is kind, professional, and great at her job! I found my hair stylist from here on out. Yay! It was all worth it to have found her. Went to Doris because of the good reviews. I’m now sure they must be fake or coerced. Went in for a cut and style. Didn’t get what I asked for at all. First off it’s not appropriate to ask what a person’s ethnicity is. Very unprofessional. After that inappropriate small talk that’s when she began to chop it off. So if I’m not mexican you’re going to ruin my hair. Please monitor her so you can experience for yourself what I’m speaking about. I may talk to an attorney about this because I feel very discriminated against.Overall the salon is good it just has that very bad apple in it. That bad apple will create a major lawsuit and issue if not addressed.

I have difficult curly hair that is hard to manage Xenia gave me an EXCELLENT hair cut, COLORED and did a KERATIN treatment the same day and the results were AMAZING. The Keratin controls the freeze and softens the curls. I am so happy with the results. I recommend anyone with especially difficult curly hair like mine to come see Xenia. My hair is soft. This treatment is perfect if you still want the curls in a manageable way without freeze.

Ashley does an excellent job with color, extensions and cut!!!ColorMy hair is thin and frail. She uses extra olaplex at no charge to protect my hair from damage and it prevents breakage. I usually get highlights in red and blond and it is very difficult for many cosmetologists to do it correctly without bleeding. However; she does an amazing job! She is passionate about her work and finding the perfect colors in advance to the appointment. Today she put 4 highlight colors in my hair; platinum blond, red violet, chocolate, and red.ExtensionsShe does an excellent job with extensions! Today she put in black wine (red violet) and ash blond Donna Bella brand 18 inch extensions in my hair. It looks and feels great!Ashley is very flexible with your schedule needs. Above and beyond most in her industry.

My first and last visit to this salon. I made an appointment with Doris because she had some good reviews on Yelp. I went in and explained that I did not want to be as blonde as the previous hairdresser had made me. She discussed putting low lights in my hair. Great! I also explained that due to having fine, thinning hair I wanted long layers and to keep as much of the length as possible. Doris said she understood and that I would also benefit from a hair treatment with Keratin in it and would love the massage that I would get when she washed my hair. I guess I should have questioned why I was not facing the mirror while she did the low lights and cut. The massage was basically her pulling on my hair while she washed it. The chair for the shampoo was so uncomfortable, with my legs dangling off the edge, high in the air. She fixed my hair and then showed me the end result. I was more blonde than when I walked in! She talked me into buying products, keratin treatment and an oil spray that she used on my hair for shine. By the time I made my 20 minute drive home, my fine hair was laying flat against my head due to the oil. I washed my hair and looked at the layers she cut. They are horrible. Doris tried to get me to do my review before I left the salon. I am so glad that I didnt. Overall a terrible experience and I will never go back. Oh and well over $200 as well! Now I have to wait for it to grow out before I can get it fixed or go short.

I saw Jenny today, and walked out more relaxed and with an absolutely fabulous head of long, swaying layers and meticulously cut hair. I could have fallen asleep in her studio (especially after a scented head massage), and havent appreciated a cut this much in a quite a few years. Jenny is fantastic and Im super happy. Thank you!

I recommend Ashley Wrinkle if you are looking for a new stylist and wanting to try out Posh Salons! I used to have normal everyday hair and she transformed it into a work of art. If you dont go to her then you will definitely be missing out and regret it after your hair appointment for a cut and color from someone else disappoints you! Ive sent her many clients since meeting her and all of them say the same!

I don’t know about any other stylists at Posh but I can unequivocally say Lanae is amazing! I moved to Spring six years ago and was desperate for a stylist who could understand the needs of my natural blonde – baby-fine hair that I insist on being vibrant red. After admiring a friends color she insisted that her girl was the best, especially with bright colors so I gave her a call. Best decision ever!! She has meticulously maintained the health, integrity, and color of my hair while making sure my cut looks great. She is not limited in what she can do. In 2014 she gave me a perm so that my stick straight hair had some volume. We were still able color my hair with no chemical reactions and my hair stayed healthy throughout. 2 years later and I still have curl from that perm!! Even my very particular husband used her exclusively for his haircuts. I cannot recommend her services enough and it breaks my heart that I’ve moved out of the area so I can’t come as often as I would like. But that’s ok, I’m more than willing to make the six-hour roundtrip drive just so I can have a little hair therapy while she works her magic. If you want amazing color and a style that has people asking you where did you get your hair done…then come see Lanae, as you won’t regret it.

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE-Posh Salons does not right their wrongs!! It has been two weeks since I visited Lanae at Posh. Lanae was rude, crude, and unprofessional. She and Posh have ignored my messages and phone calls. Long story short, Lanae had a horrible attitude from the beginning. I sat in her chair for over an hour, as she (IN FULL DETAIL) told me about her ex husbands affair, her newest heartbreak, and the man she is now sleeping with (To find herself, as she says) She told me details about her ORGASM, her drunken bar fights with current fling, etc....I was BEYOND UNCOMFORTABLE and upset to sit through that. I tried to change the subject several times, but she would speak over me and continue. Finally I gave up and couldnt wait to get out of her chair. Half way through putting the foils on my hair she informs me that she would not be finishing my hair. I wanted to be blow dried and flat ironed, as I wear my hair straight, she knew this. She said it was getting late, before my appointment I asked if another day would be better for her, she assured me to come in. It was too late, the dye was in my hair, nothing I could do. After rinsing my hair she puts me in her chair and begins to blow dry my hair, I figure she changed her mind and was going to finish my hair, she tells me she is only blow drying some, to see the color. She left my hair dry and straight/wavy on top, and wet/curly on the bottom!! It came time to pay, without saying a word she puts out her hand as to say she wants to be paid, completely rude and unprofessional!! I remind her I need to use her ATM, she tells me there is no money in it and gets frustrated with me. I remind her that we just messaged on fb about this, and prior to my appt says that I could use it. She tells me that I can follow her to Chase bank and pull out the money. 1. Chase is NOT my bank 2. It is out of my way home. I suggest going to my bank a few miles up the road and she snaps THATS OUT OF MY WAY I end up getting the money for her... I go home to see my hair is GOLD SILVER and almost BLACK at the ends.. I wanted Blonde with caramel lowlights. When I tried to get my hair fixed she deletes and blocks me from FB. I contact POSH and they are NOT doing anything about the situation. They will not refund me, I also offered taking half. I do not want to process my hair AGAIN, as it is damaging and I am in the process of healing it from the past. Posh has washed their hands of it, saying that Lanae is not a part of Posh, she just rents a booth in THEIR SALON. STAY AWAY because if anything goes wrong, you will be stuck with it!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
