I just moved to the area and was looking for a tech I can stick with. Natalie made suggestions for my nails on the first visit and my nails hasn’t stop growing since! These are 100% my natural nails! I will not be going anywhere else to get my nails done 😄

I love this place. I like getting something different and Jessie never fails to surprise me. I went to a different place with my daughter in love for her wedding. Not even 24 hours the nail polish started to flake off. Went back the next day and they redid my nails. 2 days later the finger nail polish started to flake again and my nails started to Crack and break. Went back to Urban Nails to get them redone. Jessie did a perfect job and repair so now I am happy. I would highly recommend them. Atmosphere is clean and friendly.

I went and had a pedicure here with Tony and it was a wonderful experience! He was very friendly and attentive. My pedicure was SO relaxing and it didn’t feel rushed or impersonal. And my toes look great too! Definitely look forward to coming back to this salon again in the near future!

I absolutely LOVE Urban Escape Nail - Spa! I have been going religiously for the past 4 years!! Natalie does a FANTASTIC job on my toes and the dip powder on my nails.

Today was my first time at Urban Escape and I found my new pedi spot! Amy did a great job on my pedicure, I felt pampered, the pricing was great, I didn’t have to wait long (as a walk-in) the establishment was clean and very spacious and from what I saw the workers seem to actually have bonds with the regulars. I will absolutely be back and will be referring friends and family!!

Came here on a Monday. Did a mani and pedi by two different techs. My pedicure was fine. But my mani... such a disappointment. I showed a picture of what I wanted, and still my nails look like a botched knock off version of it. I wish I was more outspoken. The color was too light so they did put another color on top to darken the red, but the design was still not what I was looking for. The lines are sloppy and way too thick. Ok whatever, I got over it. But now four days later my gel manicure is peeling off badly. I use gloves while cleaning and doing the dishes because I rarely do my nails and wanted it to last. The techs had pleasant personalities, no personal issue there. But the manicure was just so upsetting. Don’t think I would come back.

Ms. Natalie always does a fantastic job. All of the staff is professional, friendly, and sweet. Great job abd very reasonable prices.

Natalie does beautiful pink and white powder nails. Love the way they turned out. Ive been using acrylic products for many years but Natalie convinced me to try powder. What a great change!! Love it. Natalie is so knowledgeable and talented.

Scheduled an appointment for after work. Got there earlier than expected. I decided I wanted to get a pedicure in addition to getting my nails done. No problem got right into the pedicure chair. Had a lady come to start soaking my nails off while I’m getting my pedicure!! Work smarter not harder!! Very friendly and wonderful service!! I found my new nail shop!

I was out running errands and wanted to try a different salon. I usually go to d’luxe nails but saw this one had really good reviews & stopped in. They took me immediately & they were very friendly. Jesse did my nails and did a fantastic job. It was exactly what I wanted! The staff was very friendly and seemed to have many regulars. I will definitely be back!

Just walked out of the salon. When I got there it was fine until i realized how unsanitary the station was, there was stuff just laying all over the place including an old cotton ball. They didn’t use any any new or sanitized tools. It took two guys to choose a color like the picture I showed and nothing was close, but I settled. Then I when I walked out of the salon I realized just how horrible my manicure was, apart from super glue being all over the tips of my finger there was debris it something in the powder so the nails have bumps in them. I’ve included my expectation vs reality.

Was on vacation from PA so was referred to this shop and it did not disappoint. The service and work was just amazing. It was very clean and the staff was so nice. I will definitely be back every time I’m in town. 😊

My nail lady cancelled on me last minute so i called this place and they said they couldtake me right away for an acrylic fill-in and they did! most of the time places say this just to get business then you end up arriving and waiting a long time. this was not the case. my nail tech did an amazing job with really great ideas for my new set! very genuine nice attitudes in there!

I recently moved to this area and have been trying to find a good nail place. I was able to go in today in the afternoon so it was not very busy. They greeted me immediately and politely and took me right back. My station was neat and clean. My tech Natalie was excellent and friendly. My nails look great, she did exactly what I wanted. I was very happy with my service at Urban Escape and have Hopefully found my new nail salon.

I have been using this salon for four years. They are always professional and friendly. If I dont know what color I want, Tony always has a great suggestion for me. Everyone is pleasant and happy to help. A couple of weeks ago I was there when they had a client who was quite rude and they were still as pleasant and helpful as they could be. The chairs are super comfy, theyve made some recent updates and they have colors for days. I especially love the hot stones and hot wax with the pedicure. My best friend even goes with me whenever she is in town and has the time because she cannot get service this good and at a very reasonable rate back in Chattanooga. I know, because I once went to a salon there with her and was not impressed They could not compare to Urban Escape! I definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our pizza and had our pedicures and the staff was so friendly and kind they offered us a beverage. Our manicures came out so nice. We both decided we will be back! Came here with my mother in law for my birthday. We got dip nails and the deluxe pedicures. It was so relaxing. Such a great experience! I had been here one other time for a pedicure with Natalie and that pedicure was the best I have had in 25 years. After some detective work, I tracked down Natalie again and she gave the best foot massage as part of the deluxe pedicure. Her work is flawless. My mother in law had Donna do her mani pedi and it was beautiful as well. Highly recommend this nail salon. 💖💖

I just had Tony for a shellac polish change, and he was amazing!! My nails are beautiful and this color is one Ive never even seen before. Its so relaxing in here. This is my first time coming here, and its been great from start to finish. I used to work at a mega salon, and this one is in the same caliber even being so much smaller. Highly recommend! (Im still here, by the way. The picture doesnt even do this color justice.)

The nail tech was nice but my nails didn’t last more than 5 days. Cheap products. Not enough color options. I was charged extra because i had to get shellac when they didn’t have the exact color to match my fill. Also, I paid 45$ for a fill which is ridiculous. The work was mediocre. The nail that I had that was broken did not match any of my other nails. The paint job was trash. Will not be returning.

Urban Escape nails is the best nail place I’ve ever been to ! I have been to dozens of spas all around my area but they are by far the best. They always do such a great job and make my nails so beautiful everytime I go. Me and my friends always go together and we specifically love Jesse and Tina. If you want your nails to look great, request them !

As much as I enjoyed my service, I dont think I will be back. I thought it was extremely unprofessional for one of the older technicians to be loudly watching Fox News and trashing Biden and Obama while working on a client? It is a real shame. Guess I will have to keep looking for the right salon for me.

Jesse (fingernails - dipping) and Lisa (pedicure) regularly do my nails, and I am 100% happy with their service. I highly recommend them! I especially love Jesse’s arm massage after he finishes with my nails. Also, everything is super clean and sanitary.

A friend told me about this place when I was looking to get my nails done for my sons wedding. My profession does not allow long nails and, I never used to get my nails done on the regular. I have been getting my nails done at this salon for over two years. They welcomed me & made me feel comfortable from the start. They have a large range of colors to chose from. I have found an amazing place in Urban Escape. Tony is an absolute treasure and I love the way he has done my nails. I never would believe that I actually have longer, natural nails but he has done wonders :) I really enjoy knowing every few weeks I will get to visit Tony, have a genuine conversation, and leave one happy customer!

Clean, welcoming, very helpful (I was looking for a specific color and another technician took the time to find it for me while my pedicure was getting started), average prices, and right next to a cupcake shop! What more could you ask for? I only come about twice a year for a basic pedicure but I’ve been coming for 5+ years and have never had a bad experience.

I have been a customer of Urban Escape for the past 3 + years. The salon is always clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. Natalie is my nail technician and she is excellent! She goes above and beyond with exceptional service and an eye for detail. She stays on top of the nail design trends, always learning new techniques to add to her services, such as Ombré dip, which she recently did for me. Absolutely beautiful!! Lastly, I might add my nails not only look natural, ( no thick dip or rough edges at cuticle line), the dip stays looking fantastic for 3-4 weeks! Seriously.Highly Recommend!

I highly recommend Natalie, she does a fantastic job on nails I request her each time. Nails are even, and last for 3-4 months, they have tons of colors and even new polish techniques such as the dip polish. love this place, I won’t go anywhere else. Prices are good as well, especially for the quality your getting.

This is the most consistently good nail salon, and its not just because I get the best dip manicure every single time at a more-than-fair price (especially considering what some of their competition charges) and everything is always bright and clean and well organized! Tony, my manicurist, is so fun to visit with and I have come to think of him as a friend. And I love, Jade, my pedicurist. She does a great job, and I appreciate her attention to detail, plus shes also fun to talk to and has just the right touch on her leg and foot massage. Plus, everyone gets along so well in the shop ... not the tension or drama I have sensed at other salons. They also consistently treat their customers with warmth and respect, whether its their first time in the salon or have been coming long enough that all the technicians know their name! I wouldnt go anywhere else, and would hate to have to move someday and leave them behind. It would be HARD to replace them...
