I see Jessica Baughman to get my hair done. She is amazing. Ill just give an example of many reasons why shes so fabulous. I have a pregnancy condition that had kept me from seeing her for 7 months. I was STILL getting compliments on my hair like I had just got it done. She really talks to you about what you want. I have fine/ thin hair and she didnt push anything that would kill it for the sake of making more money. I could not recommend her enough!!!

The business have a system that automatic collects from my bank account a set amount of $100 every month. Since last March due to the pandemic I lost my job and immediately contacted the business to stop collecting those payments, they stop for few months and continue collecting payments. I sent several letters to get their attention and finally cancelled the account, but I have a credit amount of $485.00 that they need to refund back to me and they refused. They have no legal rights to keep the money that I have saved for future services. I want my money back

I absolutely loved the results of my lips. I am waiting for 9 o’clock so that I can get them re-done. I was very impressed with the staff and the outcome. Obviously, I am returning! I am from Cypress and it is definitely worth the drive.

I always go to radiance for a relaxing and most enjoyable couple hours out of my busy hectic day. I try to go every couple months or as often as I can. The minute I walk in the front door the ladies at the front desk make me feel welcome and walks me back to the dressing room. I usually sees Valarie for my massage which is a relaxing, heavenly experience!!! She is amazing and always makes me feel appreciated and treats me as if though I’m the most important client of the day. I always feel stress free on my way out the door.I leave thinking about my next visit every time. And will definitely not go anywhere else!!!!

Exceptional Service! Yesterday i went in for my first facial ever and i am hooked! From the moment i walked in i was greeted with such positive energy. My facial was with Dawn and it was literally the best experience ever.I received the Hydro Facial and today i feel amazing inside and out. Pure RELAXATION, She was so informative, personable, made me feel comfortable and just an overall sweet heart! They offer so many great services, I will definitely be back for more :)

I LOVE Radiance! Ive had facials there in the past and loved the experience and results. Ive had a basic facial as well as the all mighty Hydrafacial! The Hydrafacial is pricey but worth every penny! It cleans your skin out and makes you feel so refreshed and youthful afterwards. ✨They even have these comfy robes to put on before your treatment so you get the full luxury experience! I have been going to this spa for years but just experienced the hair salon and I’m so thankful I did! Hanna was great and did exactly what I asked! She took her time and explained everything, making sure I was comfortable with every step. I asked for a multi-color balayage with red, and I completely realize that’s not easy! I’ve asked for this at different salons in the past and walked out less than satisfied. I would recommend Hanna to anyone looking to get the best treatment and wonderful results. I was recommended to come here by my granddaughter, in my 81 years of life i would say hands down this is the best spa i have ever visited. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and the provider i met with was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She took her time with each concern i had and explained the benefits of each treatment all while making me a customized treatment plan. I will continue to refer all my friends and family here!

I wrote a negative review from my experience last week, but deleted it because there is enough hate in the world. a week later, I cannot remain silent. I have eyebrows that move up and a frozen forehead. It makes me look like a clown anytime I speak to anyone. ill be wearing hats for months. Im humiliated by the experience and have cried daily since having the botox injected thursday 7/23/20. they tried 3 days later after I posted the initial bad review to make it right but there is no way im letting this lady touch my face again. Happy to post pictures of the botched job.

I just moved here a few months ago. So happy I found Radiance! I was so nervous to try a new place. I was in desperate need of Botox. I got my Botox done with Ellen! She was great. I also got my hair and nails done and they turned out good too. I bought a gift card for a massage for my mom when checking out. The girls up front were super sweet.

I have been seeing Helena at Radiance since the beginning of this year for facials. I got married in March and she brightened up and refreshed my skin for my big day. We formed such a great relationship and Ive loved the results so much that I continue to see her once monthly. I can always make appointments when I call and theyve always been courteous. Would recommend Radiance to everyone!

This place is all about money! The worst part is you go in for a treatment you have been coming in for every three months and you go to check out after it is done and they have changed the price of the treatment and didnt even give you the courtesy of letting you know before hand or even before you go in that same day. I couldnt believe it! I checked out and it was so much more I had to ask why it was higher this time. Oh, it is this much now! Very unprofessional! Then Lauren says she will help with the points you accumulate because Radiance failed to inform me I have to schedule the treatment every 91 days. But she didnt do it! So they say they will take care of something and they dont and they hike prices without even the courtesy of letting you know!There are many spas in the area that are so much nicer and have specials all the time and care about their customers and treat them with respect! I would stay away from this one!Doesnt even rate one star

I really liked Lauren. Unfortunately - I came in for Voluma. I was quoted $900 and Lauren injected me without telling me the cost. When I came to the desk to pay it was $2300. When I told them how disappointed I was - they gave me a $200 discount. I was a regular customer - coming to them every 3 months for nearly two years. Unfortunately they chose one transaction over a long term relationship. I highly recommend Medical Aesthetics in The Woodlands. They don’t upsell and they are up front about cost. They even try to save you money if the procedure does not need to happen yet. Super disappointed this is how Radiance chose to handle this as I really liked going there. To top it off - my wedding was two months later and she knew it. Weddings are not cheap. They put me in a terrible place. Just be careful here and know they assume everyone in the woodlands is rich. Ask for cost before you let them do anything. Such a huge bummer and I won’t go back. Hope they will choose long term relationships versus one transaction in the future. If they made it right - I would still be a client.

I had 4 bridesmaids and myself to get hair and make-up done for my wedding at 2pm. The girls at Radiance Spa opened 30 minutes early for us and were so kind! Everyone looked and felt stunning!! I highly recommend Radiance over any health, wellness and beauty aesthetics related services. They have professional staff who are experienced and very educated. I recently went on a tour at this location and found it to be one of the nicest spas in Tomball/Magnolia/ The Woodlands area. All of the staff talked about how happy they were and were treated so well. If they were hiring- this is where I would go!! Everyone I have spoken to about Randiance has had nothing but great things to say! They deserve every star on this review!! Karleigh is one of the best, and they are lucky to have her on their team!!

She does an excellent job and I recommend her to everyone. She has done both gels and regular manicure and pedicure for me.She gives A++++++++++++service.

I love going to Radiance!! Ive done most of the services here and I highly recommend. The facials are amazing. I did my first ever chemical peel and I frequently get hydrafacials. Kristen is awesome! CoolSculpting is also one of my favorite treatments.

Whoever the owner is to this place should pretty much fire everyone especially karini or karimi whatever her name is. So unprofessional!

This facility has horrible customer service. I could never get the doctor nurse to give me a straight answer about the cost of the treatment. I was using insurance from a wreck I was in t0 fix a scar on my face. I tried to contact them for several months and just kept getting a response that was always several weeks later that said, I will forward this email to the doctor. I would never trust anyone or any facility that cant even have to decency to have the doctor call and explain to me if there was a reason that I cant get a price for the procedure. I will never go to this facility again and will make sure if anyone I know is looking to have any procedure done here I will let them know my horrible experience with the facility.

I did it anyway since it just $1800. Went to paid money, omg customer service made face when I said cash! After did service for a month realize nothing better at all. Not going back there again. Dr Comeauxs staff is the best, there is a personal touch with elegance mixed with caring one on one attention. Dr Comeaux is an expert on hormone replacement as well as many other anti aging and wellness techniques. She has an M.D. and a N.D. (naturopath doctorate ) and is uniquely suited to her profession. If 10 stars were an option Id choose that one!
