LOVE Natalie! I bounced around between different people for a while, but Natalie is the ONLY person I will see! She is super sweet, makes sure you’re comfortable, and honest to goodness does the best job of anyone I’ve ever seen! I’ve moved closer to a different EWC and still drive here specifically to see Natalie. She’s amazing, the staff are all helpful and sweet, and I always feel important.

Been coming here for a few months and love it! I was so nervous at my first appointment and Cassandra was fabulous! I literally cannot speak any higher about her! She was calming and explained what was happening. Each visit with her has been great! She gets my sense of humor and I just love coming in to see her! This was my first time using European Wax Center and I had a great experience at this location! Cassia did my waxing and she did a fabulous job! The front receptionists were super nice and helpful as soon as I entered! Cassia explained everything and did a great job! It was way less painful then I thought it would be! Omg as a first timer Shyanne upfront was so sweet and caring. Really put me at ease. Cassandra my waxer was amazing. I was talking so much because I was so nervous, she just explained everything as she did it but i could tell she was paying attention to everything i was saying because she made it a two way conversation. I used this location and had a fantastic experience with Cassandra and I would use her againHowever I had a very unpleasant experience with Cassia as Cassandra was not in.My eyebrows were waxed and not even. She then tried to fix it with a tweezer that did not work.She was young lacked the necessary skill and probably needs more training and practice.I asked for a more experienced technician and was told that I would need to book again.I was really disappointed as I don’t think anyone would want to leave a place with uneven eyebrows.Unfortunately the manager was not in to assist further and I was told that I would get a response in 24-48 hours. Very poor customer service.

Natalie was the best! I have a really low pain tolerance and she made my wax as painless as possible. Natalie was super friendly and didn’t make the wax awkward at all. If you’re looking for a great waxer in the Woodlands, definitely go to Natalie. She’s also a perfectionist so you will not have a piece of hair left:)

I really enjoy how professional they are and the amount they charge for the services is definitely reasonable. I dont really like the fact that Im required to wear a mask still even though Ive been vaccinated, because that makes no sense to me, but otherwise I really enjoy this place.

I arrived to my appointment, according to the receptionist, ONE minute later than their 9 minute grace period allows. Instead of trying to work something out I was rudely told that my appointment had been canceled and there was “nothing I can do about it.” When I called the manager after leaving I was informed that there was actually an opening for the same service I needed available 5 minutes later... Instead of trying to get an angry customer back into the door of their business the manager chose instead to read me their policy about being late about three times in a row. I have been a long time customer here but am no longer interested in ever returning.

Highly recommend Natalie! She is the only person ever to get my eyebrows right! Love our chats and my eyebrows...finally!

Makenzie does a great job. The wax is much more gentle on your skin than nail salons. The calming cream is lucious and helps reduce the redness after a wax treatment.

This was an epic experience I had. Savannah was amazing she made me feel so comfortable especially since this was my first time .. she has such a super chill Auora about her you just want to continue talking... with her talking I could barely feel the pain as she ripped away the hair. I visited this specific European Wax Center on 8/12/20. They have specific procedures for Covid-19 such as taking your temperature and requiring masks, which is something I appreciate.My assistant was Miranda, who was very kind and helpful. I remember also talking to her on the phone earlier. She answered my questions accurately, professionally and kindly before I made my appointment.My waxer was Kristen, who was extremely kind and professional as I was getting a full bikini. It wasn’t my first bikini wax, but Kristen made me feel comfortable and let me talk her ear off during. As with all bikinis, there was some pain but it was significantly less than places I had been to before. The waxing of my brows and lip was near painless, as they use hard wax ( different from nail salons ) and she knew what she was doing.I will be coming here again not only for bikini, but for any of my waxing needs. I can not recommend this place enough, and anticipate my next appointment.

UPDATE: The manager reached out to me the same day, offered me full size products to help with healing and was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. She also refunded me. I will consider returning one day with an experienced waxer.My FIRST WAX EVER was the WORST experience!! i think her name was Victoria but will clarify when I call tomorrow for my full refund. I had the worst pain and she kept going over the same spots like 6 times now I have whelps and irritation. I have so many missed hairs and wax left on me I’m BAWLING my eyes out. She RUINED waxing for me. I hate it and I feel terrible. Front desk girls were great and super sweet but that’s not enough to make me EVER go back.

I had an appointment during the covid pandemic. They require face masks that they provide and take your temperature. Glad to see business taking action.

Horrible horrible customer service at the Woodlands location. I called and said I would be running a little late, and the lady said no problem there is a 9 min grade period. The lady at the front saw me get out and called another customer to the back. I get inside within the 9 min grace period and the same lady at the front said its too late you have to be inside within 9min. Plus we just called the last person to the back. I told her I am inside and looked at my watch and it just turned 9 min after. She then said oh well actually we have to a pretest due to COVID and it takes a while. So I inquired why it wasnt stated when I called and she said I dont know because I didnt answer the phone...it was you because I recognize your voice. I waited to see how extensive this pretest was...it was a temperature check....Apparently my dark melanin skin tone was the problem that I wasnt welcomed into the establishment because I saw you look at me and immediately questioned my name..yes I know they dont match my appearance.
