We had the best experience with Floor Coverings International Plano! Our old floor was 10+ years old, and we had dragged our feet replacing it because we knew it would be a huge project. I also dreaded having to find a trustworthy and affordable company.Our first consultation with Ryan convinced us that we chose the right company. He was so patient and honest with us about what flooring would best serve our needs. He worked with us on price, and I was pleasantly surprised that we would be able to replace more of our flooring than previously expected.The install crew was AMAZING! They were very efficient, tidy, and courteous. While install was taking place, both Ryan (our salesman) and John (the owner) stopped by to check on progress and to make sure we were happy with the job. There were a couple of things that needed changing, and the crew handled it very professionally and swiftly.I also cant say enough great things about the customer service experience we received with Floor Coverings International Plano. From sales to scheduling and finally installation, every person we spoke to exemplified professionalism and high quality work. They seem to really care about the customers happiness with not only the finished product but the entire process. We will definitely use them for our future flooring needs.

As a preface to this review John and his team at Floor Coverings International has previously done the tile in our entre home. When we bought our house, we knew many projects would need to be completed, and one of the first was our flooring! We unfortunately met John after another contractor had performed a subpar job. John and his team swiftly came in, removed all of the bad tile and material, and laid the new tile with meticulous and fantastic workmanship. There was no doubt when it came time to have our master shower done that John would be the first to call! Within 3 days his team removed our old 80s/90s 4x4 white tiles, the shower pan, replaced our plumbing, framed us a shampoo nook, and completed the job! They were courteous to the fact that our personal belongings were still present by covering our things, and cleaning up after themselves. He assisted us in picking out the perfect tile to complement our style, and budget. This team is worth every penny. We look forward to keeping Floor Coverings International on speed dial for our future personal homes, and investment properties. I have taken the liberty in posting before, during, and after photos. I worked with Ryan to install replacement hardwood floors for our flood-damaged property.I was out of state and Ryan worked seamlessly with me using, text and video conference to help me select a beautiful floor in my budget.Ryan kept me informed of the progress the entire time and was very easy to contact and communicate with. Floor Coverings International Plano installed new kitchen and bathroom floors (luxury vinyl) in my home last week and I am a very satisfied customer. My salesman was Ryan Thielemann and he provided excellent customer service. He made about 10 trips to my home before, during and after installation. His attention to detail and knowledge about the products is extremely impressive. The 4 man installation crew was friendly, courteous and very professional. They cleaned up after installation and left the house as clean as they found it. I plan to install the same flooring in the rest of the house in the next 6 months and will hire FCI for the job. As a home owner, hiring a company for remodeling and renovation is always a gamble. Not this time. We are pleased and completely satisfied with our decision. It started with a phone call to Tracy (who was very helpful and pleasant from minute 1) who sent Ben for consultation. Ben was thorough and professional. He walked us through the process from A-Z. We initially interviewed 4 companies. I admit that I didnt go with the cheapest one as my decision was based on quality, CS, flexibility and a very detailed proposal. Luis and Alex showed up to my house as promised on starting date. I had to place my three big dogs in a kennel while the remodeling is taking place so it was crucial to be done on the promised day and time. Luis and Alex walked through the house and made a plan. They executed the plan flawlessly. They were done on the date and time we originally selected. The workmanship was that of a perfectionist. They were courteous and professional, clean and on time, polite and pleasant. Ben was here on the starting day and stopped by two other times during the renovation. The owner (John) stopped by on the last day and thanked me for my business and asked if there is anything he can help with. The whole experience was wonderful and pleasant. It is worth every penny we paid. I would recommend FCI Plano to any of my friends and family. As I said before, Ben walked us through the process from A-Z. The most impressive part is that they didnt miss any letters. Just as promised. Kudos.

We are very pleased with our new wood flooring. We wanted to finish our bedrooms with wood flooring that was similar to the other flooring in our home. Ben was very helpful and courteous. After finishing the bedrooms I wanted a few pieces in the kitchen taken out and replaced because I had noticed some water damage. Having a new puppy I thought it was from her water bowl. Much to our surprise when the wood was removed we found a water leak in the slab. A plumber had to be called and then the wood taken up and redone. Again, Ben was very helpful in getting the new floor installed in a timely manner. It blends nicely with the older floor. We are very pleased and would use them again if needed.

John was so helpful throughout the whole project. His knowledge and insight helped us pick out the perfect tile for our home and the installation team did a great job. We couldn’t be happier. This is the second project that John has done for us and we will definitely call on him in the future.

We had quotes from several flooring companies. Replacing the tile flooring was a tough decision because it is such a permanent change. From their first visit, we saw that Floor Coverings International was a professionally run company. Ultimately, though, we made our decision based on the high quality Interceramic tile they use. The work was completed in just one week, and the result was flawless. Everyone who worked on our home was helpful throughout the process, and they took excellent care of our home while installing the new tile. Great job!

Ryan came out and was professional from the beginning. He entered our house with shoe coverings, this usually is never the case. Very thorough on what they would do in regards to putting up new backer board and tile for our kitchen backsplash. He got us scheduled ASAP and had a crew in and out in just over 4 hours a few days later. Ryan was there at the start of the project to make sure everything started off right, popped in and checked progress half way through and then back out after everything was done to make sure we were happy. So far, everything looks good and would recommend using them for any flooring/tile project.

Ben H and his entire team were professional and courteous. The communications were on point. The floor guys were extremely skilled. They worked fast and the results were spectacular. I had hand scraped hardwood floors installed and they look like a work of art. When the floors were done all the trim was reinstalled perfectly and the house was cleaned. We couldnt have been more pleased with the effort and the results.

Recently had carpet installed from FCI-P and must say, they are top notch. They were very communicative and made sure we had exactly what we wanted. The were willing to come by our home when it was convenient for us, and made sure we were happy. The owner stopped by after we had the carpets installed to make sure we were happy. Hands down will use Floor Coverings Company again and again. They made an appointment that fit MY schedule. I was able to pick out carpet that would already look amazing in my home because I got to take the sample and lay it up again my wall and fire place to ensure it was the perfect color to go with the room. The installers were so nice and really took care of my home and belongings, they even helped move furniture out of the way and place it all back when they finished. They clean up too. So once they were done I just got to enjoy my carpet. Can not wait to move on to the next project in my house.

I had not one, but two representatives from your company come to my home to prepare a quote. After making a lot of promises, including to under-promise and over-deliver, they NEVER contacted me back. I called numerous times over two weeks and NEVER had a call back. I was eventually told 2.5 weeks later that the representative was on vacation and the owner was busy. When asked if I still, at the two and a half week mark wanted them to prepare a quote, which they could have ready in a couple of days, suggested a dark, damp, spot where they could send their quote. They UNDER somethinged for certain.

Floor Coverings International Plano, did an outstanding job on every project in my house! They replaced my carpet on the stairs with hardwood, replaced carpet in my family room, and redid my fireplace. John was onsite everyday to supervise the work being done and his contractors were on time and professional!

From the first visit at my office in March, to the completion of the project in May, John has been the paramount professional but with a twist. His service is that of a personal friend. My project at my 1600 sq office included carpet and paint... and a lot of equipment. He coordinated the project with the painting company. He went beyond the scope of his service, condensed his days to work to provide an extra day for the painter, who had changed the scope from 1 1/2 days to 2 days, cutting into the carpet installation by a 1/2 day. Im a physical therapist. Being closed a week for this job is tough. I had a day on either end to pack and unpack. Johns crew worked a very long day to get the carpet installed. Above that, when I returned to the office on Memorial Day, to prepare it for work on Tuesday, I had a lot of work to be done by me and my staff to be open the next day. My phone was not plugged in behind an enormous desk with a hutch. John and his wife came to my rescue. John moved my desk such that I could plug in my phone, correctly feed a cord from my computer through the hole in the back of the desk, and moved the furniture back. On a holiday evening he did this. Now, I must mention that choosing the carpet was a breeze. The installation looks amazing and I cannot see a single seam. The seam design program is worth any extra cost. Im extremely pleased with my clinic and his customer service.

We have used FCI to replace carpeting in our family room, bedroom, and steps. All were done so well and with 100% satisfaction.....HOWEVER, the real test came when we decided to install new wood floors in our loft. FCIs team led by John Conroy were the consummate professionals. They were patient with us as we labored over decisions, even delaying the schedule by a couple days! None of that mattered! They wanted us completely happy and satisfied with our choices, and we were! The loft is transformed and guests over the Thanksgiving weekend commented that it looked like a new house!! After frequent calls (over twelve day period) to CIP, the owner finally called to tell me they were too booked up to even consider the job. Poor excuse. Should not have wasted my time. Was I a victim of discrimination?
