This store has their own installers and Jonathan gave me a much better price than Floor & Decor and Nebraska Furniture.Their installer (Josh) was very meticulous about details and didnt cut any corners. My wife and I are very pleased with our new floors and I am happy to recommend them because they did an outstanding job on our home (see photos).

I was very pleased with Jonathan and his crew at S&H Flooring (Dallas Flooring Warehouse). We came home from vacation to find our hot water heater busted and ruined our living room and hallway hardwoods, our girls bedroom floors and their bathroom floor. I found Jonathan via our neighborhood website so I gave him a call. He was very responsive and was at my house within a couple of days measuring and answering questions. I even had questions at night and he responded very quickly via email. He and his crew are professional and showed up on time and when they told me they would. We have dealt with several flooring stores and crews in the past and our experience with S&H was by far the the best. Jonathan floor manager was able to match our hardwoods and the work got started promptly. The crew that installed our hardwoods and tile were professional and on time. We appreciated the quality of work and attention to detail as well. Jonathan and his crew made the entire process painless for us. This was an absolutely flawless execution of a carpeting installation! Being an investor for more than thirty years, its rare to find a company that scores high throughout the entire process. The sales person/decorator, the young ladies doing the scheduling, and then, the installer, all were so professional and punctual. I even had a follow-up call from the head boss man within the same hour of the installation! I dont think that has EVER happened to me before. Im very impressed with these people! Cant wait to use them again.

We used Dallas Flooring Warehouse (also known as S&H Flooring) and were very satisfied. Their installers were polite, professional and efficient. They moved my furniture for no additional cost and did an excellent job laying down hardwood floor and an area rug on top. They put down carpet to protect my floor as they walked in and out and even cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. Im a very picky person and was very satisfied with this experience. I highly recommend.

This was the best experience my wife and I have ever had with a housing contractor. They were not only the best price we could find, but we liked their product the best. Dallas Flooring Warehouse has installed the hardwoods and tile in our current home and done an outstanding job! We installed the hardwoods room by room over time, and they were able to match flooring when some products were discontinued, and they laced the boards in so the entire house looks seemless. The new tile they installed most recently looks gorgeous in our bathroom. They are on top of their game--- the scheduling is quick and easy, they show up on time, they complete on time, and invoicing is easy. Overall buying experience was fantastic! Help within the store was great, viewed about 10-15 different hardwood flooring samples. Prices were better than competitors quotes including labor for install. Installation was fantastic as well, no complaints and overall customer satisfaction was amazing as they followed up before, during, and after the installation for progress and my satisfaction. Will only buy from S&H Flooring in the future as I have my upstairs carpet to do next!

We needed new flooring after our house flooded on January 5th. We searched around for a flooring company and Picked S&H Flooring strictly based on the reviews we read. We dealt with Waylon and Ray throughout the process. They helped us pick beautiful and durable laminate flooring while helping us stay within the budget for insurance payment. They hired GREAT contractors who completed carpet demo, leveled our floors, and installed the laminate flooring in two days. Waylon was available for questions during the install project and even helped with the contractors to make a last minute change in the flooring plan. They were great!

I would like to take a minute to let you know what an outstanding job S&H Flooring did. My wife and I shopped around for quite sometime. One afternoon we decided to stop at S&H Flooring in The Colony. We were greeted by Waylon. Called to see if they were open at 2:45.. Get to the store at 3:15 and there is a sign on their door saying they are closed. Called the number back and the same girl says they close at 3. Lost a customer here.
