Nice place, but the nails suck. I just paid $165 for the worst toe nail polish (pedicure was fine, polish is embarrassing) and horrible dip (was supposed to be a manicure but the guy clearly had no idea what a manicure is.

The people were friendly. The pedicure turned out great. The manicure hurt like crazy. She was very rough and when she filed the sides she made me bleed on four fingers. She kept apologizing and said she would tell her manager for me. But that did not happen. I now have to go to my doctor as I developed and infection on one of my fingers and it’s very painful to touch.

This is by far my favorite place to get my nails done. They’re always helpful and I never feel rushed. Today I showed up 10 minutes before they closed for a dip manicure and they didn’t make me feel bad at all. Tin was super helpful - he even said, I don’t mind staying late - what a guy! Their prices are extremely reasonable and the quality is never off.

First visit to this salon, going to get my nails done for my birthday. Walked in and one person looked at me walking in and never said a word just went back to working. Nobody acknowledged my presence and nobody came to help me. After 5 minutes of waiting I left because I was clearly not even appreciated for walking in. 4 people were doing services on 3 people. Couldn’t even ask what I needed or provide a wait time. Definitely won’t be back to try.

I have been coming here for a little while because it’s close to where I live. I always book with NiNi because she always does a good job - this last time, the gentleman at front suggested that anyone could do it so I agreed. Wrong decision! The person doing my nails was obviously in training because he did the most horrible job I’ve ever seen. When I complained and went back to just have them removed, I was told they would “fix it”. I allowed this. Yes, it looked slightly better but they still looked bad. Instead of just being honest and admitting it was a bad job, they did everything else. I got my nails redone today at Royal Luxe Nail Spa In Lewisville and my nails have never looked better! And they were cheaper. I will not be going back to Nails Makeover ever again. Good riddance!

Went in to get dips and pedicure . Was a very rough service my foot got a cut, my finger got a cut, and nothing was done about it. My nail color was so different than my toe color, went in to get it changed again same day and they charged additional $20 for doing that.. I have never spent this much anywhere else on these services .No cocktails serviced as said in website either! So came home with 2 cuts that hurt!

Did not have a good experience at all. The pcitures and website make this place seem like a nice place but its just the same as everywhere else. Not worth the money at all. The ladies that did our nails rushed the entire process. So many of the nails arent even fully painted and I did not get the design I asked for. They couldnt even understand the color or the design we were requesting. When I got in my car I looked at my feet and noticed that my nail polish was all messed up, so my nails werent even dry but the lady rushed us to leave. Very disappointed, their prices are higher than other places but their quality and service is even worse! Never coming back.

Unfortunately, me and my two friends had the worse service at this place. The ladies were rude and it just felt like they didn’t want to serve us even though we were paying them to do so. The nail tech that worked on my feet wasn’t as great as I thought she would be and when she put on my flip flops, two of my nails messed up, instead of repolishing, she just put another layer of polish, and didn’t even put the top coat. Then the lady that did my Nexgen, she was sweet but the quality of my nails came out horrible. It’s bumpy and one nail doesn’t even have a top coat, I did that at home on my own. My other two friends experienced the same quality. We will not be coming back.

Went in for my first post covid pedicure. They have remodeled the inside and have a new menu of options. Its really beautiful on the inside. Great options for paint colors as well. Check them out!

Got dip powder and they are extremely thin and cracked in two days. Dip from other places can last me upwards of 3-4 weeks. Nail tech seemed to do a different application than what I normally get. Sad to see my nails crack after two days, probably won’t be returning :(

I love Nails Makeover. I decided to write a review after their great job with my bridal party. They fit our group in right before the wedding and were super accommodating. I’ve been coming here for about a year now and really like that they’re so clean and punctual. I feel like I never have to wait a long time for service like some other salons. You can tell they’re much more sanitary than other salons too. They do a really great job on nails – I love my NexGen super thin and they never disappoint.

Awesome! They are super friendly and the nail tech knew exactly what I wanted and delivered with great skill. (I needed short nails as I use gloves all day at work.) I had acrylic nails many years ago and I remember the bleeding and sore cuticles with each fill but this time, non of that! He was very gentle and my fingers came away unscathed. The facility is very clean and tidy. They greeted me with a smile and were very helpful about explaining the NexGen nail process. I was overwhelmed by the color options, so many beautiful colors! For my first time I chose a natural color. I will definitely be going back when Im ready for the next set.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new place to get my nails done. They did such a wonderful job and pricing was great. They also had TONS of nexgen/dip nail colors! Going back for my wedding in a few weeks 👍

I started going to Nails makeover November 2017 . I had their new CBD pedicure today and wow! What an amazing product to have as as pedicure!No better way than to have my pedicure with Tyson! He is available on the weekends... ok back to the Pedi! I havent been to a CBD store but Ive looked into it... my stepmom uses the CBD oil for after her workouts... and lot of ppl have said its a really great product to use for pain and soreness. I workout this morning at Orange Theory Fitness Castle Hills, plus had to clean my entire house today, so I figured why not try CBD for the first time as a pedicure and Im glad I choose this! I recommend Nails Makeover and their techs!!! Most of their tech do a wonderful job and Ive never had a bad experience! Please try their new Pedicure options and their new pedi products... which can also be used for manicures!!! Enjoy!!!!

The pedi was nice but they dont sanitize to my expectations and their pricing is highway robbery for the service. DO NOT GET ACRYLICS HERE! Tech is either so out of practice or she needs to retire. SHE USED A VISIBLY USED E FILE BIT ON ME! Her application was terrible, she cant shape, and my nails were not prepped correctly. So I just paid to have my nails fall off because then I would have to come back sooner. Also she filled into my natural nail and through her acrylic.... so now my sidewall is bare..... skip this place.

By far the worst walk-in manicure Ive ever gotten - and Ive been to several salons over the years. Picture attached is after paying $65 for SIGNATURE mani/pedi. They did redo the manicure after I complained and asked for a gel french manicure because I was hopeful it would be better. They did charge me extra for the gel after.. was surprised by that.. especially after being there for 3 hours and having an initially horrible experience. I will not be going back.

This place is AMAZING. The staff is very friendly, the color selection is beautiful and so is the atmosphere. I selected nextgen for my nails and the technician, Kim, was great and very careful about a sensitive spot on my thumb. Also the pedicure treatments are luxurious and relaxing. Cherry was awesome! I thoroughly enjoyed my visits to Nails Makeover and definitely will be going back.

I occasionally have to deal with ingrown toenails and anyone who has had these knows that they can be rather uncomfortable. Got a pedicure here to help alleviate the pain and they did a great job! Staff was great and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful at setting up an appointment. Will be going back in the future.

They took care of us real well. Wide range of options and prices. Both my hubby and I got mani pedis in the perfect amount of time. They served us promptly even tho we got there a little earlier than our appointment. All the ladies made us laugh!

I’m not happy about their service at all. I’ve been a “regular” at this nail salon, and I’ve never had any issues with quality. The last full set of nails I had put on continuously started to break. I understand one, even two; however, five??? I was told it’s because it has almost been two weeks, but I never even get a fill until at least 3-4 weeks. I have been getting artificial nails for over 20 years, and my nails no longer grow. Anyway, when I returned this last time with the final three broken nails, I was told they would give me a 30% discount. They repaired one at no charge, the second one they charge me for, and now they’re telling me they’ll give me a 30% discount off as a full set? Unacceptable!

The service was overall ok. However, I didnt like that they demanded more tip at the end because they thought it was not enough. I liked if for a one time visit but definitely not going back.

Had a very painful callus and it was either a trip to the podiatrist or a pedicure. Kathy did an amazing job and for a decent price. Clean shop with a quiet athmosphere. I definitely will be back.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Ive been to five nail salons in this area in the last 6 months trying to find a great one. I found it! The place is immaculate, the staff is incredibly friendly, and Choi is a nail and wax master! She made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and checked in with me throughout. Of the five salons she was the only one to compare the lengths of my nails on both hands to make sure they matched.I dont understand the previous posts about limited polish colors - the place has lots, both regular and NexGen. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be back!

I love this place! After moving to the area about 5 years ago, I went from nail salon to nail salon trying to find one that consistently did a good job. Nails Makeover opened up and I thought I would try them out shortly after they opened. I was extremely happy with my mani/pedi and decided to try them out again. A few years later, I still going back!

WOW. I was so blindsided by all of these good reviews. I came in today and asked for a removal of my nexgen and for a basic nail polish. Not only did the lady not shape or trim my nails AT ALL but she also butchered my cuticles. Then, when I looked at the polish, there are bumps EVERYWHERE from excess polish and some parts are so thin you can see my actual nail. If that wasn’t bad enough, there are hairs and black things attached to my nails from the polish. She didn’t rush, and it was very slow, so u really don’t understand why such a poor job was done, I do agree this place looks very pleasing and the staff were relatively nice. HOWEVER, unfortunately what really matters most is the quality of the product I came for and I was VERY VERY upset.

It was a great experience. Tom did my nails and he did great. Everyone was friendly and very respectful.They made sure to make conversation and made sure i was comfortable. I recommend this location it was worth every cent.

The worst place I’ve ever been. Not only did the powder crack after 2 days. When I went in to have them fix it they passed me to three different people and made me wait an hour.

My wife and sent had the signature pedicure done. As a guy I’ve only had about 5 pedi done. This place blew the others away. So so relaxing and enjoyable. They were very detailed and thorough with my gnarly man feet. My wife was equally satisfied.

Im do love this nail salon. I had one issue with my jewls I had put on which turned into having to redo the whole set... A few times. But the manager handled immediately and was so sweet. I couldnt hold against them. And, yes plan on going back still! The nails last a long time and my natural nails have been growing faster.

I am very picky with my nails and how thin i like my Nexgen. This place has been my go to since moving here to The Colony. Everyone is super friendly and the manager Quan is awesome! It’s super clean, peaceful, and i never really have to wait long if i am just a walk in. Another plus is they close at 7 vs other nail salons that close at 6.

I cant quite give the establishment 5 stars. My appointments are never on time and I hate the music they play- not relaxing at all. I can give Tom 5 stars though. Man is like a surgeon. Super precise. Dont book with anyone else. This is my fourth visit and I waited to post purposefully to gage consistency. I had a lady the first time and it was awful. She got no where near my cuticles. But to end on a high note, Tom Tom Tom!

I suggest making an appointment (they make it super easy to book online at their website) because anytime Ive scheduled ahead of time, Ive been seen immediately. Saturday mornings are great around 9 to 9:30 because theres absolutely no wait whatsoever.I cant recommend Cindy highly enough; shes amazing and so sweet. Her skill and artistry are apparent in the quality of my nails... Theyre impeccable. Great prices, awesome atmosphere, complimentary drinks, friendly faces and consistently beautiful nails -- you cant ask for more!

The customer service was great. I was greeted upon entry & almost everything ran smoothly. My reason for only giving 2 stars is the sense of urgency & the skill level of my nail tech. I came in for a pedicure & they took me back quickly. However, I waited in the pedi chair for at least 15-20 min before someone came over to do my service. The pedi water, “hot” towels & paraffin wax were cool by the time it came for my tech to use them. The nail tech was super sweet & polite, but I’m uncertain if he was comfortable performing a pedi service just yet. My cuticles are still pretty thick & the filing is a bit off. The polish is super thick and uneven & there is very little to no shine. I’d possibly try them again & choose a different tech.

Walked in for nexgens and a brow wax with my sister, got started almost right away and super happy with the results! Friendly, fast, clean and efficient!

My first visit was ok, my second visit was horrible! Paid for $29 pedi and a $45 pedi and we both finished at the same time so that speaks volumes. To top that off, the lady doing my nails finished, said thank you, grabbed her purse and left, while I remained at the pedicure seat with toe separators still on. She didn’t bother to move me to dry under the fans or nothing. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is a great moderately priced, local salon. I cant attest to the issues with NexGen but I got Gel polish early last week, its now Tuesday and still now cracks or knicks in sight. Experience was great, and the eyebrow wax I had after my manicure was quick and relatively painless.

Cindy was the best! She took her time to do my nails evenly and was so sweet! She made it a point to make conversation! Been coming here since they opened and Cindy just put the cherry on the top of the cake!

Im not happy with what happened here. My daughter and I took a chance they would have an opening for walk-ins at 5:30 for nexgen and pedicures. They seemed unsure but did it anyway. We were extremely rushed, my nexgen is really dull, inconsistent and thick, already grown out 5 days later. There is no rush discount by the way, so why even take us?Also this couple, I guess theyre the owners, kept walking a big barking dog through the salon the whole time. I spent $120 for 45 minutes of rush jobs and I wont be back.Im amazed at the great reviews.PS OSHA WILL TAKE YOUR LICENSE FOR THE DOG, BEWARE.

I had my nails done here for the first time on Wednesday night. I showed up an hour before they closed to see if they could fit me in for a mani- pedi, and they said yes!!! They were great, and everything was very clean and professional. May did my nails, and they look FANTASTIC. She even stayed a few minutes late, and made sure they were done right. 100% WOULD RECOMMEND!

I will NEVER come here again. The reasons are as follows:1) the lady doing my feet was rude, had a poor attitude and seemed bothered the entire time. She told me several times that my toenails were flaking and she tried to talk me into gel. Ive never gotten gel on my toes bc it has made my fingernails flake. Why would she recommend gel? She said it was because I waited too long? It was 3 wks since my last pedi. I kept asking her what else could cause it because Ive never had that happen. She wasnt clear at all.. i mean if its fungus or something they need to let me know.2) I wore a dress. Every place Ive been to will give you a towel to make sure youre covered and not flashing anyone. They did not. She kept positioning my legs into positions that people could see my underwear if they looked. I was trying to keep my legs closed like a LADY.3) I was charged extra for callous removal? Ive never been charged for that. EVER.4) again the lady on my feet - she was rough with the scraper, and I bled a little bit. She was rough on the massage part on the bottom of my feet - ummm, hello - thats bone.5) The flowers on my toes are completely different than the flowers on my hands.. and ugly. She didnt even look to see what the design on my fingers was, just did her own thing without conferring. I couldnt see bc of the pillow. I assumed they would be the same. When I said they dont match she looked at me like it was my fault. I will go back to my reg place tmrw and have then do it different.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND OVERCHARGE YOU

This salon is OK. It is not very clean and the staff is not efficient or professional. There are really only two good nail technicians. The others are rough & talk too much in doing your services. The regular pedicure is just ok with a mediocre massage. They just dont put the effort into making the whole experience worth the cost.

I spent 2 and a half hours here for nexgen I get all the time and it doesnt take this long. Idk if maybe I got the wrong person or what, but I think Im going to keep going to my original spot. They didnt do a bad job, just my other place does it better!

I have mixed feelings for this place. It is new and pretty clean! The manager always makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Vi did a great job on my mani/pedi both times I went to her. BUT.... BIG BUT... my pedicure only lasted a max of 2 weeks before the polish started to chip. Ive been told they may not be using the best top coat, as it can be expensive. Unfortunately, I will not be able to return, due to this. My pedicures usually go 6-8 weeks before chipping... Another disappointment I have is the small selection of regular polish. If you want Nexgen nails, they have plenty of colors to choose from, but regular polish is scarce.

I have only had nails and toes done here once, but they were great! After one of my nails broke, I came back and they fixed it without a problem.

This is only my second time here---but it is amazing. Im here today in Memorial Day and they couldnt be more busy! However the staff has made me feel so special and prioritized no matter how busy they are and I see them do this with every customer. Jessica is amazing Ive had had her do my mani-pedi both times and Quan is amazing as well!! He is a total sweetheart! Always checking to be sure that everyone has a full drink and is having a nice and relaxing time. Ive been to plenty of nail salons before and this is by far the best. I will become a regular here in no time! :)

I got a fill with 1 nail replaced and paid $28 -- and a full set there is $30 -- and on top of that it took them 1hr and 30min just to do a fill -- thats really slow -- and way to high for a fill -- they shouldve just offered me a full set -- then tried to charge me and extra $5 for a gel coat that i didnt ask for -- but the man took it off when i told him that -- my nails did come out ok, the replacement nail they did was to wide and doesnt match the others but its not that noticable -- i can live with that -- but i cant live with my time and money being taken -- My fault though i shouldnt have asked how much the fill was before i sat down i know next time -- but it still shouldnt have taken no 1hr and 30min to complete - They can do good nails just check the prices and ask how long it will take to complete the services
