Gene is a former Nortel Engineer and knows his stuff. It took me two different companies that tried to fix our wireless speed and reach issues before I found Gene - and the Network he provided me throughout my home I could not be more happier with. I would thoroughly recommend ONT for anyone wanting a professional network for their home or work office.

Since we had Gene Ruble with Onsite Network Tech working on our computers we havent had any of the problems that we experienced almost daily before he went thru our system.He checked and made sure that we are up to date on all our soft wares and they worked well together. Gene is a true problem solver. I was having major speed and connectivity issues in my home, and I had about given up hope of having a high speed reliable network, and then Gene came over and quickly diagnosed the problems (many) and had them all fixed in little time. He was friendly, prompt and I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family with similar needs.
