Other than absolutely horrible hours for Saturday, plus being closed both Sunday AND Monday, its a good place. Have gone to both barbers there and they both did a good job. Just wish I could come in on a Saturday afternoon to get a haircut instead of waiting until Tuesday.

Came here on a weekday morning and a young gentleman cut my hair. He didnt even introduce himself and immediately asked what I wanted. Was very slow to cut my hair and overall I felt he did a poor job. It seemed like he just started cutting hair recently. I was pretty disappointed with the cut and had my wife fix it when I got home. Haircut was affordable but definitely not quality. I thought it was ironic they had a sign saying they fix bad haircuts.

Started going here since its close to where i live..Cristy just gave my son the best bald fade haircut he has had since moving to Texas!! We have tried other barbers in the Frisco area and she is the best hands down.. we now live in McKinney but we will make the drive to see her its worth it

Chris is a fantastic craftsman! Best haircut I’ve ever had!!! I am particularly peculiar when it comes to the way my hair is groomed. Consequently, I believe I always have a hard time finding a competent barber. I’ve been rotating between a few the last few years, until I discovered this shop and Chris. His attention to detail and perfectionist attitude for his craft match my own... and I have an almost schizophrenic level of attention to detail. I am honestly happy to declare he has easily and effortlessly established himself as my personal permanent barber. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing haircut that happens to be more than fairly priced!

Moved back to this area in 2012. Found Colony Barber Shop and have been a loyal customer ever since. It was just what I was looking for, an old style barber shop. Great people and great haircuts at a reasonable price.

Good haircuts, but fyi they close at 540pm on weekdays, not 6pm. That is the time I walked in and they informed me that by the time they were done with the cuts in the chairs, it would be 6 and they would be closed then...and then they asked me to return at 9am the next day, because we all have plenty of free time. Ive also Ive been charged $19 for a haircut, and $16 another time. Same barber, same cut...and no reason for the difference when I asked.

Super down to earth place staff is always nice. My barber, Chris is the man to go to. He always pays attention to what you tell him and is super detailed in his cuts, always fades me up nice. He is a cool guy to talk to as well so if you are looking for a barber who knows what he is doing hes your man.

I went to Colony Barbershop on a whim as I was not satisfied with the haircuts I had gotten at other shops. I was welcomed in the shop like I had been a long time customer. I have gone back for haircuts since and have gotten the same terrific, quality haircut and will go again next week. Chris and Christie are amiable, professional, and talented. I wont be shopping around for haircuts anymore. Colony Barbershop is my go to for haircuts.

Recently moving to Frisco wanted to find a good place to get my hair cut that was easy to get in and out of and was a pleasant experience. I walked in and met the owner first thing. It was a great experience in a cool atmosphere. It was quick, easy, and painless at the right price which is just what I was looking for. I recommend this barber shop if youre a simple man wanting a good haircut.Update: I continued going to this barber until I went in one day and got a haircut from a new employee the owner had hired. I can cut hair better than this guy and I cant cut hair. It was a bad experience so I never went back. My wife cuts my hair now.

Quality haircut from skilled barbers. All three are good, although Id give a slight edge to Chris. May not be the cheapest, and may not be the quickest, but you will get a high quality haircut from someone who cares about their job. Good conversation too. WIll remember you too after a few times.

Went in a while ago looking to get the same experience as the others who have posted reviews below, but was disappointed. It seemed like it was the ladys first time giving someone a haircut, and the price wasnt great either. Not trying to be overly mean or critical, but I have had a better experience getting my hair cut at Great Clips.

StAY AWAY! Went in as a first time customer based on reviews. There were 2 customers ahead of me, and the barber was cutting someone else’s hair, but said he had “called another barber” into help. Five minutes later, she blew in the door like a mad hornet, carrying a fast food bag, and asked “who’s next”?! By that time, one customer had tired of waiting and left, so I said “I guess I am”, and her response was “I guess so!”. Not the friendliest greeting, and clearly angry about being called in. I should have left, but sat down and she started working. She dragged that comb across my scalp while cutting with the scissors like she had a point to prove, and it was not pleasant. I have a “Dr. Phil” hairstyle, so there’s not much to get wrong, but she managed to butcher it on the sides. Uneven, and irregular. Will not return.
