Hands down best haircut I’ve had in over 8 years. Very friendly and professional staff made it money well spent to say the least. Complimentary glass of scotch beforehand at the in-house bar was impeccable. Hairdresser was very attentive and actually suggested the haircut I received. Best experience I’ve had from a men’s grooming business. You will not regret scheduling an appointment, I’ll be back in a month.

I had an incredible experience. A delicious cocktail (Charcoal Lemonade), great conversation, and a stylish haircut. I loved it. My stylist was Patrick, and he was awesome! We had a great conversation, he listened to what I wanted, even though I wasn’t quite sure myself, and was patient and knowledgeable, and my hair came out looking great. I have been trying out all the latest in men’s haircut places for the last couple of years. Scissors and Scotch by far surpasses all the others. It has the largest selection of drinks, it is the biggest space and most importantly everyone was awesome! Amanda G. took my long hair cut it off, at my request of course, and shaped my new hair cut that I was trying to explain. I am now sold and won’t go anywhere else. This was my first time at Scissors & Scotch, and it had been my first haircut in about 9 months. I was a bit nervous going in since it had been so long, but the service was fantastic and the quick trim came out great! The facial, massage, and styling were all great services. The drink was also very good! I dont get my hair cut often, but I will definitely be coming back here!!

Excellent spot.. I found about this place because my guy Patrick started working here. The place has a nice large lounge area, and very good drink choices. Patrick has been making me look good for a long time now, and I will be going here from now on.

The place is really cool - they have a great scotch and bourbon selection, and my barber did an excellent job. I got the 25 year and a beard trim, and between the shampoo and the hand/arm/neck massage, I almost went to sleep in the chair. If you want a knowledgeable and professional stylist who knows a lot about barbering too, ask for Amanda G. - she also knows a lot about beard care, and recommended some great products.

The storefront was a bit hard to locate, but once I got there, it was all great! Brittney gave me my first great haircut in months! They were polite, very punctual, and skilled!

Everything that I experienced at this location was excellent they are fully stocked bar along with fully licensed bartenders along with professional hair stylus. This was my first time going to Scissors & Scotch. I have been trying to maintain my beard on my own using cheap equipment and YouTube videos, but I wanted something better. I found S&S at Grandscape in The Colony. The atmosphere is awesome, the service was great, and the result was just what I was looking for! I am thoroughly impressed and will be using S&S again! Next time I will come early to enjoy my complementary beer!!!

Having a cocktail while you wait for a haircut has to be the best personal grooming experience I can think of. It was easy to book online, and the stylists are great. London gave me the best haircut Ive had in a good long while. Clean facilities, and a separate bar area make for a pretty stellar ambiance. Parking can be a bit of a hassle (youll likely have a bit of a walk in), but come early and youll be fine. You will want some extra time to sip your drink anyway!

London did an incredible job with my haircut and was extremely personable. The overall deal with their package definitely offers more than some of their competitors. Will definitely return!

Love this place. After growing my hair out for a year, I decided I wanted to try a new place (I normally use Great Clips) and see if they could pull off a hairstyle I was looking for. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. She got us checked in quickly and professionally. Even after the appointment, she made sure to clarify our experience went well. The facility itself is very clean and has a casual vibe to it, from the set up of the chairs to the bar present in the waiting lobby. For my first visit, I got Patrick. I showed him/told him the look I was going for, and from there he worked his magic. The whole session overall was relaxing and enjoyable, something I wouldn’t expect a haircut to be. Patrick also maintained a good conversation and was super friendly as he fixed my hair. His knowledge of what looked good (haircut and suggested products) really impressed me. My hair turned out amazing afterwards, and I can’t thank Patrick enough for taking the time to prepare and fix it in this visit. You guys have earned my five stars, great job. I’ll be returning soon!

I just went for the first time and it was everything expected and then some. With atmosphere and a friendly staff I was able to get to my appointment, have a drink (just water, but an awesome selection for when you don’t need to re-hydrate.) Amanda G.was my stylist and she did a phenomenal job, my hair can be unruly and hard to manage, but she knew what she wanted to do and brought her vision to life. The whole process was refreshing and revitalizing, a must try experience if you’ve only ever done a regular cut. In the words of Arnold; “I’ll be back.”

I went to Scissors & Scotch for my first time yesterday and will definitely be back. The staff there was friendly, professional, and I loved the overall atmosphere of the facility. Also, the Old Fashioned I ordered was amazing and the haircut came out perfect.

Right off the bat, the place looks up-scale. Price is reasonable too. But the quality of service the best. They check you in first, offer you drinks (I did not get any so not really sure if its complimentary or not). Either way you are not here for that. Amanda did my haircut. I showed her the hair style from google just once and she got it. I was really happy with the service and the end result. She will engage you in conversation so thats a plus in my book. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone anytime. It is that good.

My former stylist changed careers and I was left wondering what to do next. I stumbled on S&S and loved the concept and decided to give it a try. Their website was intuitive and easy to use, and my stylist took pride in her work and showed herself to be meticulous and thorough (as well as kind and engaging!). I took the first appointment available for my first visit, but Ill be back to see Amanda next time!

Great experience! Loved walking in, being handed a drink, and starting an hour of relaxing treatments. I bought an hour, 25 year, with facial and it seemed like my haircut was a little rushed. Less facial, more haircut. I need a few more trips to break someone in on cutting my hair. Like having dinner with my movie, this is now definitely my favorite way to get a haircut.

This was my first visit and the place blew me away. It’s a very comfortable and inviting space with a well stocked bar on the right and stations set to the left for haircuts and such. In the bar they offer leather couches and chairs perfect for wrapping up emails or just sipping on a cocktail...but there is also bar seating where a few gents were obviously meeting for the first time and swapping stories of scotch and whiskey as they sampled. Many of the bottles offered are not easy to find so it’s a great chance to have an old favorite or try something new. There are 2 good sized TV’s in the room for you to keep up with what’s going on, restrooms at the back. They don’t only have scotch and whiskey...there are about 5-6 beers I noticed and wine. Also a pretty good mixed drink menu is provided as well.As for the haircut, unique techniques and small extras made this place pop. You don’t hear a lot of Clippers with guards going (but they have em) as the stylists are just that...stylists. They’re trained with different techniques and the results are great. After a relaxing shampoo I was headed to the gents chair and before long he had the idea of what I desired and was off to cutting. Suffice it to say he nailed it and I couldn’t be happier with the results.I’ll definitely be back and encourage anyone to do the same. It’s at the back of Grandscape so walk through a beautiful center to find your way.

Highly recommend, for years I would just find a budget haircut. With the lock down and now working from home, I get less haircuts, so I thought I would splurge a little bit. I didnt realize I was missing out on an experience. I checked out a few places around but my absolute favorite is s&s. Kim always does a great cut and I feel very at home when in here. I feel like a million bucks when I leave! Did you know you get a free drink, the old fashion is my go to.
