Phone (new) kept saying nice had no Sim card at least on and off. I assumed it was not making good contact. Nor so the tech told me. The card was going out. He promptly replaced the card and no more problems. He was fast getting it all done and very friendly as well as very competent.. Visit to AT&T was short and phone works great now. Very pleased.

John Gray has helped me a few times, set me up with just the plan I needed, was super nice to deal with. Hes my go-to guy forevermore! He also says that his coworkers are equally good. I will just trust him on that ! Highly recommend this store over any other in the area.

Jonathan Justice always goes above and beyond anytime I need a new phone or have questions about new features or plans. He is very informative and takes the time to make sure I have everything I need and not just a generic transaction. He is always the person I refer friends and family to for any phone or tv service, and one of the reasons why I’ve exclusively used AT&T for my cell phone service since 2002.

I changed my prepaid plan and discovered my phone had been turned off because I had to pay for the new plan immediately. I called customer support about this and asked Let me get this straight, I lose 2 days on the plan I paid for and have to pay 2 days earlier to get my phone turned back on? I was told yes. When I got to the AT&T store to pay the bill I explained I had pay early because of the change in my plan and all the representative seemed interested in was getting the money. This is completely unacceptable. I did not even get a text letting me know what was going to happen.

Guy told me I had to pay full price for a tablet that the seller on the phone on a promotional deal said just pay the sellers taxes I just went home got on the phone and got what I needed so the beat way to go is my phone. Great overall service. I was hesitant to switch back to AT&T due to a bad experience years ago. Each employee at this location went above and beyond to ensure my kids and I got to keep our same numbers and we’re working 100% before we left. Had terrible service and was unhappy with the service at one store. When I walked into the Summerhill store, I was waited on by Zack. He was amazing, did a wonderful job, took care of every need that we had and made sure we were happy with our products. I will ALWAYS go to this store because they have great customer service skills. We went to this location today and the service was absolutely awesome. Jonathan worked with us for about 3 hrs today getting the best deal we could get and also sold me on AT&T TV. Went to get a new phone. Had to check in and wait in my car for almost an hour. They text me to come in. I go in and when I said again, I was shopping for a new phone, was told they currently didnt have any and to go to either the other AT&T Store or to Walmart. Why couldnt they have told me that before having me wait in a hot car for an hour and waste all my lunch break? Not happy

We upgraded our phones tonight & we had a fantastic experience because of our sales associate, John Gray. He was beyond helpful & made sure we had everything taken care of before we left. We went to the store on Stateline and they didnt help me set my phone up but we went to the store on Summerhill and Lauren helped me set my phone.

Great overall experience even though I didn’t leave with a new phone. I went into the store yesterday and it was incredibly busy. I was acknowledged right away and the girl seemed excited I stopped in. She explained how I could watch TV or browse while I waited. She checked in on me often keeping me updated. Seeing how the large crowd of people waiting were being taken care of surprised me in such a good way. The guy who called my name also seemed excited to help me and thanked me for waiting! I don’t think I’ve ever been thanked for waiting in line somewhere to be helped and it was nice to hear! I came in to get my wife a new phone as a birthday gift and was told they didn’t have the one she wanted. It never crossed my mind that the store wouldn’t have it. They offered to have the device shipped to me but that wasn’t an option because we wanted it right then before we went on our trip. Even though I didn’t get the phone I went in for I left with a good experience. I will definitely visit again and hopefully they will have the phone she wants once we get back from our trip.

Several months ago I went into the store and bought the new Galaxy Note 20. Was told I qualified for the free phone. Four months later, and Im still getting billed. When I go into the store, they tap away on their tablet and tell me wait another month...???

First of all I must say how wonderful it is to have an establishment open the door for me! Carrying twins into any store is a hassle all in itself and by them simply opening the door made a huge difference. Michael was wonderful in getting my new phone activated and ready for me to use! Not friendly when you walk in the store

My visit with this store was great! I was able to get my problems resolved swiftly and left happy.

I stopped by to get clarification on my bill. I had recently made some changes to my plan at a different location and the charges were not what was explained to me. The nice young man was sympathetic and explained the charges. I will admit that I was not happy at first. He introduced his manager to me and she was very patient and understanding as well. The manager, unfortunately I don’t recall her name, completely took care of the problem. I left with my account cleared up and a new location to do business with from now on. AT&T you staffed this location well! Thanks.

Set my phone up for me was real nice people

I will drive over two hours just to visit this store. They are very helpful and kind. If I ever have a problem they will find a way to fix it! One of the managers is Tara and she is the sweetest sole you will ever meet. She is always more than happy to help me out!

Probably done using AT&T, how can you charge me for a phone and send me confirmation that it is there and I come to pick it up and you supposedly dont have it. Wow. $200 and all you can say is 3-5 business days. Doesnt work like that. If you pull money off my account then you can put it back the same way! Never again shouldve known going to the AT&T store or Summerhill road. What a mess. And the only way they could fix it was charge me again for a phone that was suppose to be mine

They wasted FOUR HOURS of my time. Samantha needs to be re trained OR FIRED. If the person coming in for an upgrade is an authorized user but not the account holder and you need the account holders SSN, maybe you should ask for it BEFORE you deactivate their device so they can call and get the necessary information. When I asked her to deactivate the device so I could call and get the account holders ssn she accused me of trying to commit fraud. MIND YOU, I’m an authorized user and it’s MY DEBIT CARD ON FILE that pays the bill every month. IM LIVID. Maybe Verizon would appreciate my $360/month because AT&T does not know how to treat their customers.

There are a few store in town but this is the only store I trust. They are always smiling and willing to help. Kristin the store manager has helped me throughout the years and is a real asset to the Summerhill location!
