Bought a house in Bloomburg, Internet/Phone is a must have in communication be it our cell phones have spotty service. Called S.W.A.T. and was directed to either over phone (what I would call paper work) or drive thru, lobby closed bc of Covid to establish service.Chose the drive thru option, was given prrfect (I have cats) direction of their location. Spoke with a very friendly woman behind glass, was given two sheets of paper in of which was simple and not bloated with a bunch of legal jargon etc.Simply filled it out, drove back to the window turned it in, paid for the service requirements, recieved additional tid bits of info along with a helpful card and was on my way.Later on recieved a call from another lovely lady, informing me of a necessary visit from a service tech and may need home entry, and that is when I met Joe.Joe was at the ready, kindly informed me to wear a mask around him in which was a proactive approach to safety that I appreciated.I tend to forget things, it is like walking in room and not remembering why, the only room that does not occur is the bathroom, but I digress.Joe was very informative and entertained my curious questions in which he probably gets all the time.I was amazed to see the hair like fiber that carries all the information, that is just so epic to have the ability through light.Joe found where the line was cut, possibly by the new water ran through by the road, so another work order and scheduled event to repair and we shall have the world at our finger tips and be able to communicate to our house and children while away.Thanks so much for making it this easy, in such a stressful world of today, this has been a relief.
