Brittany was very professional and I will tell others too go to that location. I was told about offers, which I was not told about the day before at the St.Michael Dr store. I was told that I didnt have a choice of any phones that were less than $600. Once again, they never mentioned any offers They are so rude and unprofessional . Twice I dealt with that location in 2 weeks and both times treated horrible. I was ready to change my phone carrier. Until my husband found out about the Verizon store on Walton Dr . BIG THUMBS-UP! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I had a delightful experience.

We first off went to the Verizon store on St. Michael Dr. We left there not wanting to stay with Verizon at all but I told my husband to go to the store over by Walmart on the Texas side. Mimi, the lady in the store was wonderful and so very friendly. She helped us and we bought our son a new phone thanks to her. SHE kept us with Verizon.The ones at the St Michael store has lost our business for good. We will from now on go to the Verizon over by Supercenter Walmart, Texas side location.

I have been to several stores far and wide had even tried another store on Arkansas side ~ not impressed I was a number on there computer Sorry I’m old school I have a voice and a personality~ my first experience was with another manager awesome experience (Brad) This time it was Meme and Bandy ~Meme was my representative she was went above and beyond ~ my phone was outdated it didn’t transfer so she took the time to help me. I was so amazed ~ also it was on My birthday so she really made brownie points. I will be back in the future. I really appreciate the extra time and care from all it makes the world a better place. I bought a phone and had to pay $500 to buy out my old one plus another $270 for the new one and $1000 over the next 36 months. What I didnt know is that this place is not Verizon, theyre an authorized dealer. I had to transfer everything by myself after I got home. The glass protector was not installed correctly and I pointed out that and showed everyone before I left that the bottom 2 corners were lifted and were not going to adhere to the screen. I came back twice to get it replaced but was told to fill out the warranty on the glass protector and file a claim, that the product was defective and not their fault. I am very sorry that I didnt go to a real Verizon store and get it done right by someone who knows the features of the phone. Very unhappy with how they made the sale and basically pushed me out the door and wont back up their products and workmanship.

Terrible service....was told that I could return a phone within 14 days and they wouldnt do it. They said there was a scratch on there and so did their coworker and when myself and my husband looked at it, there is no scratch!!!! Nothing is there! They just come up with a loophole and they said a manager would have to look at it. I was with another carrier for over 30 years and now I am so sorry I ever left them. One star is too much to rate them! Beware!

Very disappointed with these people. Buyer beware! This is not a corporate store, so they charge a set up fee of 35 dollars per phone, but didnt tell us until the end of the process. We got 4 new phones, so we paid 140 in undisclosed charges and left feeling like we had just gotten screwed completely. I will never, ever use this place again, and I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone! Be careful if you do, and make them give you a total before you hand them your phone, because once they start changing it over, as far as they are convened, you owe them.

The best store in the area! Much easier to get in and out and the customer service is outstanding! Highly recommend this location over the rest. Will shop here forever!

New Update. Finally they got back with me. Told me they could do nothing because I ended the contract. I went there first before ending my contract and was told they would do nothing. In other words, get a phone from these people and you are screwed. No help, just them saying how sorry they are. Sorry does not fix it.Update. I was told they would not do anything about the phones and I will owe over $1000. I responded to the response from the owner and have yet to get a response back. In other words, just more lip service and more runaround.Scammers. They have a sister store in New Boston that screwed me and my family over. This store said that they would help me and for me to come in. I do and they give me the run around and said for me to call them back to see if I can get a full refund on my phones. I waited several days and have called back. Hunter, the one I talked to, is never in. Jazmen was snippy to me and told me that I could drive in to see him if I wanted.See the other review to see how the first store ripped me off., their address is 700 Davey Crockett Drive Suite 100, New Boston, TX 75570. I even was told by Hunter that everyone at the other store was fired or moved on due to scamming a lot of people. You would think that if the sister store scammed a lot of people that maybe this sister store would make amends and fix stuff up. Instead, no help, just given the run around, and told how sorry they are that it happened in the first.While writing this Hunter called me back. He had to get the number off the hotspot, again, and sent it in, again. A number that they already have on file. I first went in on Monday and this is Friday and they are having to send in the number again. I think I am just getting more runaround from this store.

If I could give a zero for customer service I would. Charged $40.00 for phone setup and the phone isnt setup.
