Ms Eva is a wonderful landlord I rented a house for 4yrs from them. I just moved out in Aug 2012 In my opinion she is the best landlord in Texarkana. If I had any kind of problem it was fixed immediately. Ms Eva and Paul are very good people I would definitely rent from her again.Tristin Kirby
