This was the worst experience I have ever had and the Management has no people skills I took my car to get a diagnostic test ran on it to see what the problem was and to have it fixed, to my understanding when you take your car to a high tech place like this they should have the tools to go straight to the source instead of creating a list of possibilities they was fixing the small things instead of the problem and charging me $1000s. I call management hoping that I could get help with this and The Sales Manager Jeremy J. the GM Mr. Wishard was very rude and was speaking on the terms as if I was trying to get an Attorney involved. I sure hope Gregg Orr takes the time out to read these review
I bought my car in Dallas but it was time for the scheduled maintenance service also needed a battery Rocky in the service department he was excellent they provided me with first class service the work was excellent they were very timely and got to work done fast they kept me informed of the progress of what was going on no one but them will be working on my Mercedes and I highly recommend them they are excellent thank you Rocky for the Superior service.

I call this place and then receptionist was clueless. Kept sending my call to someone who had been on vacation for several days already.

I didnt have an appointment and they fixed me today. How cool is that. Also to know you havent arrived they have a 120,000 s class. Wont be getting that anytime soon.
My experience with the service department was not good.Rocky Gray provided me with false information for months, stating that my Mercedes Benz would require very expensive service maintenance to be performed at 50k miles, so with this information I purchased a 2 year service contract on May 08, 2020 and took my vehicle in a few days later to have all of the major service maintenance requirements performed.When I picked my vehicle up I noticed they only changed the oil, and Rocky admitted that he made a mistake, and that my vehicle only needed an oil change at 50k miles.I informed him that I purchased the 2 year service contract based on the false information he gave me related to my vehicle needing major service at 50k miles, and now hes telling me it only needed an oil change at 50k miles.Jeremy Juster is the General Manager, and I was informed that he would call me, but he never did, so I had to call him. Still waiting on resolution, but the false information provided by Rocky Gray is very concerning.
Everyone was very nice.I had coffee when i was waiting for the parts guy helping another customer.
Although I have purchased five vehicles from Orr, this was my first experience with Rocky Gray and his team at Orr Mercedes Service. I purchased my current Acura at Orr Shreveport; and it needed its first service.The service was a first-rate experience; Rocky went above-and-beyond and is an asset to Orr.Mr. Gregg Orr, if you read these reviews, that man has earned a bonus!

The woman who has been helping me has been unprofessional from the beginning. From greeting, to asking me which packages included what on the cars, which is her job to know, to referring to me by different names, even in an email response. My name is in my email and my email address. The beginning of her words are capitalized in her email. She told me several times that she has 7 clients and forgets which one is which. This is just not what I would expect from a luxury dealership which stands on a luxury experience.Additionally, the dealership is requesting a credit application, which is unnecessary because I am not financing through the dealership. This seems completely unethical, like they are trying to sway me into financing through them.It feels more like a used Honda experience. For this reason, I rate my experience here at one star.
