My AC has been out since Friday. I called on Sunday and they came right out, diagnosed the issue and returned promptly on Monday to fix it. Very professional, timely and top notch service. Both technicians were great! Our AC needs will go to Air Now!

This company is a life saver! We have a contract through a home warranty company and I told them our AC needed to be repaired. They sent out a technician from a different company TWICE who was unable to fix our issue. I called Air Now at 9PM and they had someone out the next morning. Brandon was our technician and he literally walked in and automatically knew what the issue was. He fixed it quickly and we even signed up for their maintenance program so he also did full maintenance on our unit. Our AC is now working great. I couldnt be happier with this company.

Neil Gerrald stopped by to be sure nothing had been missed in the installation. He explained all the five print of the warranty, answered all our questions. Good experience. They we’re running behind schedule due to the season. At 4 pm the service man had to leave to get a part. He could have put the service off until the next day, but he came back got our air conditioner running cool. We were are very thankful!!

Brandon was very professional. Checked both the inside and outside unit because of the problem I explained to him. Our units are both older and parts are no longer in production for them, so there’s no way for them to be repaired. But Brandon gave us options and prices on a couple different ways we could go.

I had a unit installed a few yrs ago by Assurance Air. We’ve had problems since then. I called Air Now. They always returned my calls, always showed up on time, and they had a huge job repairing the mess Assurance had made. They worked until they got it done...uninstalled/reinstalled the unit, repaired the drain lines and duct work. They were professional and knowledgeable. I will always use Air Now!

I am satisfied with the service I received, however, I assumed that the technician would change the filter, or at least check to see if it needed changing. However, I asked him after payment if it was changed, and he replied no. I supplied a filter I had on hand and he did change it for me. I was surprised that was not part of normal maintenance.

Summer check up under maintenance contract. They are alway punctual and well versed in their field. They check and clean the outdoor compressor and clean and check the condenser inside and make sure everything is functioning to manufacturers specifications. I highly recommend their service and service contract.

AC went out on the hottest week of the year so far. Called Air Now at 8 am and an appointment was for 1pm but the technician Kyle texted he was on his way and was on site early...very welcome change from other companies. He diagnosed the problem, gave a quote, and then once it was complete, it was less than the quote. I would recommend Kyle, and Air Now to everyone.

This is the best heat and air company. The employees are on time, neat, and efficient. They text reminders for appointments and text when they are on the way. They even came out at night on a weekend when the air went out back in July. No one else would even consider helping us until Monday. We signed up for the twice yearly heat and air check up and were glad to finally have a dependable company.

Technician showed up early and was very professional. Answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about what I needed and wanted done. Installed a WiFi thermostat and looked over my heating and cooling system for less than $100. Can’t beat the service!

Air Now is my go-to when my AC or heater have stopped working. I get a call back almost immediately, and they show up when they say theyre going to. When entering the home, they wear protection over their shoes to protect my floor and clean up afterwards. I even had a technician show up at 7:30PM to work on my AC because my overflow tray was leaking water all over my brand new floors. I use them for both my commercial and personal property. I highly recommend Air Now. They are fair, efficient and reasonably priced. They say you get what you pay for, but with Air Now, I feel like I get more than I pay for.
