A&E repairmen were very nice, respectful and professional as they worked on my microwave.
Always Great Service same guy fixed my washer fast but I do have one issue they said 70.00 to come out but I was charged 110.00 for them to come out and about 40.00 for parts. Something wasnt right and parts werent that high for the microwave but it is working.
Called several times and never answered. I called throughout the week with no luck.
The repair man Sears sent to determine and fix the problem was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He determined in a few minutes the mower/tractor has a faulty/defective coil which he replaced. When he replaced the blades on the mower/tractor, he had all of the equipment needed to get the mower in place to do this safely. As he was changing the oil and filters and greasing it, he was careful to keep the oil/grease from getting on the machine. His name was Dennis and I sincerely appreciated the job he did with a smile on his face. It was evident he truly enjoyed what he was doing. I am confident my mower/tractor was in good hands that day. Thank you for making what could have been a difficult situation very easy. I truly appreciate that. My husband recently died, but all of our married life, which was almost 50 years, when we purchased riding mowers, he insisted we always get one from Sears. After this experience of having to get it repaired without his help, I plan to continue that tradition.
I received great customer service today. I wanted an oil change. They also fixed something which was rattling under my car(I believe) because it didnt rattle afterward. I am so thankful for that and the good service at a good price...it was like 33 dollars. Thank you Sears workers!

Called to have my blades changed on my Craftsman riding mower. Paid $189.00. Ask for a receipt which I didnt get. Blades were not changed and my mower wouldnt even start. Set up another appt which they cancelled. The same techinician came out and all he did was start the mower and leave. He said I didnt pay for blades and still did not give me a receipt or tell me what he did. I had to put the battery charger on my mower to start it after he was there the 1st time. The lady at the store said my battery was still under warranty and he should have checked it or changed it. The warranty I paid over $300 is worthless and I paid another $189 for naught. So so sad.
Sears service continues to be excellent. The repair person is always here when he says he will be, he does a great job, explaining what the problem is and what hes doing to fix it. I couldnt be happier and the fact that I get the same serviceman whenever I call them, rarely I might add, enhances my experience.
The tech they sent out was great. But we had to wait almost a month with a broken washing machine because they did not properly order the part.

Once the service tech gets to you, all is well. Getting the tech there is the problem. The service window is 8am-5pm which makes planning anything else that day impossible. I made my appointment two weeks in advance because I was having other work done and only wanted to take one day off work. I waited around all day and at 2:30 finally got a call to tell me that my service appointment was cancelled. They wanted to reschedule it for the next day, but I couldnt take off work again. Instead I gave up my weekend plans so I could have the repair done on Saturday (at least that was an option).The tech was very nice and was able to fix the problem (oh, and its a problem they had already fixed once before). The tech said it is a design flaw and it is likely to break again. He showed me how to fix it (pretty easy) and ordered a part for me since my warranty was about to expire.
Well to be honest my original service date was almost 2 months ago at the end of July. The technician (Dennis) showed up and asked what the problem was. I told him that the engine was making a grinding noise like this and stick the key in and turned it over. The engine then made a grinding noise and he said yep thats the starter. He then went back to his truck said he had one on his truck but couldnt find it. He then proceeded to order the part and it showed up a couple weeks later by UPS. When I called to let them know that the part had showed up they didnt schedule me a new appointment for another technician to come out 2 weeks later. Once he showed up he said it was the wrong part and Not only was the starter bad but I needed a valve kit and a rocker arm. So the new technician had to order more parts because the first technician didnt even open the hood. So whats waiting 2 more weeks for those parts to show up and then another two weeks to reschedule the appointment they were the wrong parts as well. So the day that everything was supposed to be fixed in the correct Parts was supposed to be in whats September 10th but that day was overbooked so they changed it to the 14th. When he did show up on the 14th he said that he could no longer fix it and then just left. Once I spent another two days on the phone with Sears 1-800 number they finally sent someone back out to fix the mower with the correct parts. This whole time I was having to pay to have my yard done and Sears sent me a $50 check to reimburse me for my yard expense which didnt even cover an eighth of it.
The repairman was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about his work. The repair was very well done.

The service men that have come to work on our refrigerator numerous times are always professional, polite, and friendly. I appreciated their hard work and determination to find a cause for our problem.

They dont even deserve one star. They guy turned the oven on, took some temps, then left. The oven is still not working right. We paid a lot of money for this stove and it burns everything.
They have a large selection of most everything but shoes and boots
Only been to this location once but it seems just like all the rest. Clean and lots of toys to play with in the tools.. Not as much as they use to have but its always nice
Horrible. Not even worth one star. Called for repairs the first week of June, first visit was in July, a part was ordered, next repair appointment was in August. The freezer is still not fixed. There was also cancelled and missed appointments.
