WARNING ****DO NOT Use this company. If I could give a 0 star I would. Called today for a service and the account was marked as Do Not Service. I asked to settle or resolve the issue and the service representative said there is nothing I can do. They are turning away a 10 year service / part warranty down. I plan on calling and notifying the Better Business Bureau to see if they can help settle the dispute. No person with a warranty should have to go through this.

The service was quick and they fully checked my AC unit and identified all its problems. Even when the workload ended up lore than double they were polite, to the point, and had everything fixed as quickly as possible! Will definitely call Plunk for any problems in the future.
