I absolutely love this subdivision and the neighbors in it. We have a little family and the kids also love the neighborhood, they have made a lot of other friends besides just at school.

We lived at Wilshire West complex for 5 years. This place is very family friendly, safe and out in the outskirts of town. It is away from the hussle and bussle of town. However, when it came to move out time, we gave our month notice, cleaned the house and left it as we had found it. We requested John the Co-owner to come and do a walk thru the house before handing him the keys. He refused to come do the walk thru and just asked us to leave the keys on the counter. He had the nerve though to refuse to give us the $1500 deposit. We called him and John yelled at us and in his own words said,I am not going to give you the money back. You guys are moving out of town anyways. What are the chances that I will meet you again, very slim to none. I dont care what you think of me and I am not going to give you any of your monies back. The whole time we had lived at this complex, John had come across as a friendly person. But he sure lacks intergrity. One word of advise to all when its moving out time. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CLEANING THE HOME, BECAUSE JOHN WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT MONIES ANYWAY. Its sad to say, Money is the root of all evil. John - greed gives rise to selfish or wicked actions. I pray God will change your heart. I have forgiven the man. My $1500 deposit wont make him any richer. Vingeance is mine says the Lord. God is no fool.

My wife and I have lived in Wilshire West Subdivision since 2003. We left June of 2008 then came back in 2009 and we are still tenants as of 2017. You couldnt ask for a better place to live.

Very nice
