Thought it was a fuse that burned out. Couldnt see gas gauge or mileage on my dash. Young man took his time and checked fuses, etc. All were fine. Chevy wanted me to come on for appointment. He took my keys, reset the car and all was well. Computer had a brain fart due to the cold. As soon as he did a re-set every thing worked. This courtesy call on his part made me a believer and I would be honored to support small business. Temple kindness is alive and well. Support them. I appreciate their service.
I landed upon this shop AFTER a quite disappointing experience at a well-known muffler shop from earlier in the day. I called in advance and inquired as to whether or not they repaired mufflers. The young man on the phone was upfront and honest in his response. To sum up his answer...this particular auto shop does not have a welder on the payroll. He said that they werent very busy and could check out the issue. At the end of the day, the mechanic was open with everything and showed me the issue. Like physically took me to the car and showed me! I dont remember his name but he walked around cutting off lights...hahaha... literally. He worked diligently to ensure I didnt receive the same experience I had at the other shop and this is greatly appreciated. I say that because still in this day and age mechanics and dealers will attempt to get over on female customers. The part was ordered and he guaranteed that as soon as it came in, theyd get me back to the bay to fix it. I received a call this morning that my part was in. I took the car to the shop and, although 3 other customers showed up, I was out of there in no time. The service was definitely worth passing on. Kudos to you all!
My only positive outcome of this visit was the friendliness of the workers. I went here because of a positive experience in the past for an oil change and a state inspection. Our car was high mileage and just needed to routine care. I called to make an appointment for a transmission fluid service and whatever else was listed for a 90k mile service. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was done in the afternoon. They were super busy that day, but everyone was friendly.Shorty after dropping the car off, they called with recommended service items and said that they didn’t have (and couldn’t get) what they needed for the transmission service. That was the main thing I wanted when I scheduled, but oh well — nothing I could do about it.I called to see when it would be ready, and made my way back to get the car at that time. It took about another 30-40 minutes at that point. As I drove away, I noticed a new rattling sound when driving at low speeds. I turned around and asked them to see what they thought. They admitted that there was a sound but couldn’t tell what it was. They asked me to bring it back the next morning so they could investigate. They had the car for several hours the next day, and here’s where I was annoyed: they couldn’t identify or fix the sound (though they tried telling me that it was better and likely coming from an area they never worked on), they threw everything from the glove box onto the floorboard without putting it back, the car smelled terribly of smoke, and they didn’t do anything to protect the upholstery (it’s a light grey cloth interior), so both front seats were covered in black grease. I pointed that out to them, and the guy apologized and said he’d been asking for them to get seat covers but management wouldn’t do it. We cleaned most of it out ourselves, but one of the seats is permanently stained from their mechanics. They offered to try again since they didn’t fix the problem they created, but after two full days leaving the car with them, we decided instead to choose someone else.We contacted the corporate office with our complaints about the upholstery, but they never responded. I’d recommend looking for other auto care centers in the area before coming here. If you do go here, maybe wrap your seats in garbage bags to protect them and throw all your glove box items in a messy pile on the floor so they don’t have to do it.

Said theyd have my car up and looked at shortly. We walk WALKED to Walmart shopped around a bit let an hour plus pass and called they said oh we gonna put it up on the rack any minute. I said oh ok.... We went and ate lunch and had a friend drive us back to their shop. My truck still sat in the same spot I parked it. I got his keys and took my business elsewhere. Its not that I couldnt wait... Hell all day if thats what it took. But communication rules the nation so if its gonna take all day. Say that. Dont keep telling me in just a few. I could have gotten a ride home and let them call me when they were done.
Did a excellent job. Will be going back there for all my car needs. Great mechanic.
Place used to be good, but the last thing they did on our vehicle was just shoddy work, timing system should fall apart after 18000 miles
I go here because its very close to my house. Usually transactions are very quick and prices are fair. Ive had 1 or 2 subpar experiences there, but overall they are pretty professional and reliable.
Great customer service they spelt out everything that was wrong with it didn’t hide anything they were completely transparent and a great price. will definitely be coming back.

Brandon is so amazing! I had been over quoted at 2 different places. Brandon was my last hope to get me moving before the holidays. I was in and out in a matter of a hour. What I was told was wrong with my car wasnt even the case. I will definitely be coming back when needed. Brandon and his team are amazing.
Zero Stars.. I went to get my Water Housing replaced they gave me a price of $429. Then, they called me saying that I had a leak on my coolant tank they charged me an extra $181, then they called me again saying that they flushed the system and they found that my Thermostat is messed up and had to replace that and the total cost was $840. I spoke to the mechanic to see how much psi did he flush the car and he said 18psi but the guy at the counter said they did it at 16psi. I spoke to my brother that is a Auto Mechanic in Waco and he states that there is no way I had so many issues with leaks all at one time, and that the mechanic must have flushed it more than 18psi to make it have so many issues. I paid the $749 due to military discount but now my water pump is damaged and so is my radiator. This place is a rip off and they should have took responsibility of their mess up. I paid all that money and my car is still not driveable. Instead of the mechanic and the front desk guy trying to work out a deal they just continued to argue with me. Customer service is horrible and the mechanic is rude. My dad had to see if they could at least give us a military discount do to overpriced. I will never go back. Legal action should be done for them damaging vehicles and over pricing a job they mess up. My vehicle did not have any leaks when I took it in.
The best auto store in temple. Since under new management I can tell that this place is all about customer service. The new manager Brandon is very cordial, easy to work with and is all about keeping the customer happy. Not many auto shops would be this truthful to their clients. I have personally wittiness a customer come in to get an oil change and Brandon checked out the car and told the lady that she doesnt need a oil change at the moment, she can just get a change at her during her next routine maintenance at the dealer ship. He could have easily told her that she needed an $110 oil change but he let her go about her day. These are the time of people we need in our world. Honest hard working people like Brandon.I will recommend this place to anyone!
Quoted a price then when time to pay they had a higher price talked to the manager twice on the phone wasnt even there when I had to pay. The manager Randy is a LIER i dont recommend this shop.
I recently visited Precision for the first time. I scheduled an appointment at 4:30 and they promptly started evaluation at the scheduled time. They needed to order a belt which they had delivered and completed the repair by the 6:00 closing time. I left and came back to get my car. I arrived at about 6:10 and staff was still very nice, professional and did not make me feel rushed. Their price was very reasonable as well. I will be taking my car back to Precision next week to complete the recommended maintenance needed.
Brandon and his crew did a wonderful job of going above and beyond the expectations. I will always refer clients to them and continue my service as long as he is there! Thanks again for the friendly atmosphere and fine work.

They take the time to look at your car thoroughly and explain everything to you they find. I appreciate that. They explained what I should get done first and what I can wait on, based off of time and my budget. They are very trust worthy and dependable. The customer service is also great and would defiantly recommend them to everyone I know.

I called on Friday to have my rack and pinion replaced in my 2007 Nissan Maxima, and they told me that if I drop it off in the afternoon it would be done by noon on Saturday. This turned into being 8 PM on Saturday, 2 hours after close which is 6 PM. When they called to tell me it was finished, they told me that the steering was very stiff and that the new rack and pinion could be bad. When I went to pick up the car, I got in to drive and there was absolutely no power steering. So I had to drive it home with no power steering. When I got home, I checked the fluid level, and there was no power steering fluid and the reservoir was completely empty. They were also supposed to do an alignment after the rack and pinion replacement, but now my car feels significantly out of alignment in comparison to before. So the mechanic must have only replaced the rack and pinion, didnt put in any power steering fluid, and didnt do an alignment since he must have been in a rush being that it was so late. All around this is seriously unacceptable and I will not be returning, and will recommend to everyone that I know to avoid this place.

Zero stars. Bad service. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. They will mess your car up. Went 3 times to get an alignment and each time screwed it up more. Had my tire blow out on the highway because of them and my tires were less than a year old. Go elsewhere. You’ve been warned.
Came in for an alignment at the recommendation of the staff at Discount Tire. I was not disappointed! The work took under an hour - which flew by due to the banter with the garage manager, whom is a riot! Very friendly staff, very quick service, and a discount due to the recommendation - cant go wrong!And when it did (my card didnt go through), a very courteous call from the manager and a nip into the garage got it taken care of.

The guys have bent over backwards to get my truck up and running. I came in late on a Saturday expexting them just to check it out and set an appointment, but they got me in and got it fixed that eve. Everyone is super nice and know their stuff.
Had to wait over an hour for a 20m oil change, as well as make an appointment two days before. I wont be going back there again, Id rather do it myself.
My grandmother took her car to them once, and that one time started a chain of visits to the garage. They stole a tool from her tool bag in the glove box and hid another tool from the same bag another time. They told her she had a transmission leak but didnt fix it and made her come back another time and pay a separate fee to have it fixed. Then they put a new cap on her oil reserve that only they had a tool for and turned it too tight so that only they could be the ones to continue to take care of the issue. They tore up her car which was in good shape until its first trip to their shop. They have over charged her for services they basically have not provided. Basically, theyve been stealing from a feeble old lady who has nothing but a social security income check. We found this out upon a trip to Greens Auto Care. A very trustworthy mechanic that my family has gone to for years. He wrote down everything Precision did to my grandmothers car that was not right and told her to take it back. I would not suggest this place to anybody, not even a person I dislike.
The loves of my life my children and there mother was in temple as I was out of town stuck at work over an hour away when they had tire problems I called and asked Brandon if she come there can I pay with my credit card and he said yes he would do it over the phone when she arrived with the babys in the car he fixed the tire free of charge to get her and the kids home safely

The employees were very courtious and they explained everything what was wrong with my car. They fixed the problem and didnt charge me for any other services that werent necessary. I was even able to get to work on time! I will definitely be back!!

Had my vehicle worked on here. they took 2 1/2 days for a 5hr job. in turn putting the spark plug wires on backwards. causing my vehicle to dump fuel into the exhaust system causing my catilatic converters to be ruined and all 4 of my o2 sensors junk. so took it to another garage for the replacement of the catilatic converters and o2 sensors. and this so called garage did not want to back up their work. so beware.

Almost $1400.00 bill check engine light comes on same day after tune up and other repairs get told it would be another $108.00 for them to rediagnose why to stand behind your work
They charged $700 to replace brake pads on my granddaughters car. They took advantage of a young college girl !! Then they failed to tighten the front wheel and she couldve had an accident!!
