Im so impressed with Brewers all the way through. They answered the phone at 7am, in the middle of summer, and had a tech to my house within two hours. Our unit was 15 years old and shot, so they had to fully replace it. And I cant believe how fast and efficient they took care of that. The very next day, they had a crane at my door, even earlier than they said (which I love), and within hours I was chillin in my house recording a podcast. They were professional, courteous, and sensitive to these pandemic times. Ill never use a different company again. These guys are now my go-to for all things heating and AC!

Alex, the repairman was excellent. They responded very fast. It was the hottest day of the year. 3 oclock in afternoon. He identified the issue and repaired it within an hour. The temperature was over 100 degrees and my air conditioning went out.I called Brewers and they said they could get someone out in about 3 hours.The technician actually arrived early and the repair was completed in 4 hours after calling. That was truly great service!

Jarred came out to give us an estimate on an HVAC replacement system. His professionalism and care to detail and excellence was very refreshing in the HVAC world. We are still looking through options on a replacement, but will keep Brewers as a top choice. He was awesome!

Joseph came out as a second opinion after our warranty company denied our ac repair. He was professional and helpful in explaining what needs to be done. We may end up needing to replace the unit, but his report will hopefully help to get reimbursed by the warranty company. Highly recommend.

My AC stopped working, fortunately on a day with temperatures in the 90s instead of the 100s. It was too late unless I wanted to pay an after hours charge so I scheduled Brewers for the next day between 10 and 2. They showed up ahead of 8 and identified the problem, made a temporary fix, and taught me how to do ongoing maintenance to prevent it in the future. Not the heat pump nor the air handler directly, but the drainage from the air handler was blocked. So, armed with knowledge I know what to do to fix it for now and for once a year maintenance. Very professional and fast service.

AC went out on Saturday, July 3. Called Brewers and they were out within 2 hours to diagnose and fix the problem. Joseph was very knowledgeable with my 17 year old Trane and presented options for another more efficient 16 SEER Trane unit. The price was right and decided to go with a new unit with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor (12 years compressor) and even includes 3 years with service calls. Sealed the deal with owner Mark who explained everything in even more detail. Ill follow-up on the installation process in a couple of weeks, but am fully confident of the Brewers team to perform great work and stand by it.

Tech arrived same day within day, 2 hours earlier than expected. Identified the issue and resolved it. He could have tried to upsell me by hundreds of dollars, but he didn’t. He gave play by play commentary of what he found, how to prevent it in the future and gave me photos of the entire attic unit and a long term plan for the unit. Guillermo was great. Thank you.

I have a platinum membership with Brewers and Mario was here to perform my maintenance to my 2 units. He discovered that the unit for the upstairs was not working properly and the capacitor was not working. He replaced the capacitor on the upstairs unit and continued with the maintenance for both units. He was very professional and explained what he found and reviewed my options and what the life expectancy was for the upstairs unit. He was efficient and I felt comfortable with his explanations. The workmanship was good but the price was not. Cameron, the technician, after diagnosing my broken AC unit, quoted me $200 for the repair. Then halfway through the repair, he changed it to $400. He called it an honest mistake, but the question is, who should pay for that mistake—the customer or the company rep who made it?

I had used Brewers for installation of heating / cooling unit and they have done our annual maintenance for over 10 years. Tru was our technician today. We were notified when he was on his way with an attached photo for identification. He arrived promptly as scheduled and was very thorough and efficient.

So, I sell you a Cadillac and on the delivery date I deliver a Buick. You ask where your Cadillac is and I tell you this is just like it, theyre both made by GM. Well, thats what Jared did to me! He sold me a Trane and delivered a Run Tru. And, he told me they are both made by Trane. You know your Buick wont sell like your Caddy would have. Same here. I know this Run Tru wont sell like a Trane does. And, one more thing: if I ever find out that a Run Tru sells for less than a comparable Trane, Im going to Three on Your Side and hope to find you on TV.

Brewer’s came out to service our A/C. Their technician dropped a PVC elbow down our vent line. He did not tell us that he did this. We realized our plumbing wasn’t working roughly 24 hours after Brewer’s came to our home. Brewer’s agreed to pay for resulting damages until they realized how expensive it was. My husband was able to speak with the owner, Mark Ybarra, who agreed to pay for the cost. The cost ended up being more expensive- as plumbing usually does - so they then filed an insurance claim. I am currently battling with the insurance company about what is owed. We will never use this company again.

These folks came highly recommended. I do a whole lot of my own work on everything, except installing an AC unit. So I know what quality workmanship vs shoemaker workmanship is. It’s obvious that this company instills a philosophy of pride in what they do. I would easily recommend this company to anyone. And when doing their preventative maintenance, they give you a real document of the essential items that they check with a quantitative assessment. That’s good technical know how.

He serviced our condenser and after he finished, returned the hose to the other side of our yard where we store it. I didn’t ask him to do that but he just did it. I am so thankful he did that because,I just had rotator cuff surgery and I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself for months later.He serviced our air handler in our attic, and changed our air filter. One of our Trane heat pump units stopped working over night. Brewers had installed it in 2004, and our other Trane unit in 2013. We have used Brewers since we moved to Phoenix in 1986. Great company have been using Brewers for over thirty years

I purchased an air conditioning unit from Brewers Air Conditioning a couple of weeks ago and Im happy with the results and installation. The new unit is much quieter than the previous unit and that was my goal. Im also happy with my salesman, Raud. He was he only one that noted the size, location and exposure of windows and sliding doors and asked whether they were single, double or triple pane. He also noted the vaulted living room ceiling. No other salesman was as through.

Our tech, Joseph, was very professional not to mention thorough! He completed all work in a timely manner and cleans up! It was already into the early evening and Joseph didn’t rush to just get the work finished. I would recommend Brewer’s to anyone who needs their air conditioning serviced. The friendly office staff, Kathy and Jennifer make it a joy to call and schedule an appointment too.

Finally a HVAC company that can, with knowledge, work on and repair a TRANE AC. .We had a Home Warranty through SELECT HOME and thy mopsent out a company who did not know how to work on our TRANE so they sent in a report stating the problem was caused by a dirty condenser coils. That was a lie. We had just 2 month prior had Mason Mechanical do our bi annual inspection. SELECT HOME WARRANTY denied our claim. Big thank you to RAY with 911 Air Conditioning. Ray sent us to Brewers who figured out what the problem was and fixed it. This problem actually started last year when our TRANE was still under warranty. Now I need to contact TRA TO E to see if they will reimburse us the labor cost. Parts were covered by the TRANE warranty. THANK YOU BREWER AND THEIR TECH JOSEPH!!!

Had an awful noise from the air handler. Hired Brewers to diagnose problem. Tech told me the handler needed a new motor. Got another opinion and the other ac company solved the problem by repairing a broken fan blade. Asked Brewers to reimburse the $99 service call for a wrong diagnosis and they refused.

Absolutely phenomenal service and staff. James was my technician and he took care of the problem for me extensively. Poor guy had to be up on my roof in 115+ heat, that takes dedication to the job! And the office administrators, Rosie and Cathy, were both extremely pleasant and helpful. I had no issues communicating my (somewhat complicated) situation to them and we were able to work out a solution that was acted upon immediately. Much more kind words than I have for ACE, who jerked me around the entire time I was trying to deal with them.

It was great that the tech showed up before the schedule time. Didn’t want to be on site had zero communication skills. Had no knowledge of the the systems control boards. No refrigerant discipline with taking his gauges on and off the unit. Will not ever use this company for any HVAC needs in the future.The $99 I spent was the best money ever adds a name to my never call list.

Orangutan Home Services told us we needed a new condenser Motor because it was failing but could not replace the part which was on the manufactures warranty until it failed. I called Brewers and they said they could replace the part under warranty if it was failing. Brewers came out within a day for a second opinion and determined the part was not failing and did not need to be replaced. We wish we had bought our unit and labor warranty from Brewers. We would recommend this company with out question.

Scheduling an appointment is a breeze and they are always lovely to speak to. Technician arrived at the top of the time frame given, was thorough in completing the visit in a timely manner and attentively answered our question. It’s so nice not having to wait around all day and love the text message updates.

They were able to get a consultant out to my home the same day.
