Bought my first house last December and of course the A/C goes out my first summer. Scheduled a same day appointment and had a tech out right on time. Once on the roof I got a call from the tech to explain what was needed and the cost. All my parts we on the truck and the ac was blowing cold in about an hour and a half. Having no A/C is no fun but service pros got me cool asap.

Had our AC fixed the same morning, before we even got call backs from other companies. Had problem explained to me, and technician worked extra to ensure it wouldnt happen again. Two thumbs up!

We use Service Pros at our school for air conditioning and plumbing needs as they do it all. The technicians are professional and willing to explain what they are doing. Based on this experience, I asked them to perform seasonal maintenance on my two home units. Rodney checked everything with recommendations of what else would need done. Only one unit needed cleaning but it sits under an ash tree. The other unit was in great shape. Not bad for 10 years. HVAC A/C repair on my 28 year old system. Ok ya it is old but till this year the hottest in Arizona history my A/C worked great. I have had two other companys out and my unit work for a bit but down again. I called service pros to really get a second opinion. Bob knew what he was doing, took my outside unit completely apart and cleand the coils on the outside. Replace a part that had been replaced two weeks before and was the wrong size for my old A/C unit. Bob put in correct part and my air has never run this cool. I mean the air would come down but not like this. Outside temp over 110F air flowing outside out of air handler was 61F Wow cooled down my house fast. Thanks Bob! Other place wanted 3000 to move forward, Bob did it all for under 600. Sometime you just need somebody to tell you the truth and not what they can sell you. Service pros from now on. Thats my story! Its all true. Ask Bob!Update! April 2021. Service Pros is back. Replaced both 28 year old A/C units in Main house with a 5 ton split unit and one in my small casita guest house with a 2.5 ton split unit. Out with the old in with the new. Service Pros does it all! They Poured a new concrete pad for the main house A/C unit, they used 17 bags of concrete. In addition to that they upgraded my duct work where needed. After 28 years it was needed and they did it. In the casita the insulation was very thin so yes, they blow in bags and bags of new insulation. Service Pros can do it all! I did not need 3 or 4 companies to do this, they had the people and know how to get the job done right. These guys are unbelievably! and at a very fair price. They kept me in the loop on everything, ever step of the way. Thanks Service Pros for everything you have done for me! My new Trane A/C units, both rated at 18 seer, and whisper quiet both indoors and out, with a 10 year warranty coverage. Wow, who today does all that? For me that is Service Pros. I can not thank you enough.

Weve asked Service Pros for help on two occasions recently. Once was for a check up and the second was for an emergency repair on a relatives home.For the check up Rodney, the service technician, only recommended things that needed to be done vs. a run up laundry list of very inflated services from other businesses weve gotten recently.For the emergency service Rodney arrived in a timely manner, accurately diagnosed the problem, and provided a fix with recommendations within two hours. Again - I highly recommend this company.

During the worst of last summer our AC went out and the Warranty companys HVAC company left us hanging. I contacted Service Pros and they replaced both of our AC units and did it in ONE day.....They offered a great price and they were so professional and made changes in scheduling to help us out as we had gone 5 days in 115 degree heat....NOT FUN....cant thank them enough and Cole at Service Pros was GREAT.

This company is incredibly professional. They sent the owner out and he was attentive and thorough. Initially, I used him for plumbing for my business and then ac for my house. He saved me a ton of money by fixing my issues properly the first time rather than many would do a partial fix which would require a whole other service call in the future. We needed a new hot water heater and Bob walked us through all of our options. There was no pressure to buy or sign on the dotted line. Once we made our choice, we booked the appointment. Our Tech, Tony, arrived an hour early. He worked efficiently and had our new hot water heater installed in an hour! I called Service Pros to fix a bathroom exhaust fan installation I botched. I received email and text notifications when the technician was coming. He came during the window expected. The work took a little longer than I expected, but the fee was fair.

If you are in need of an honest, efficient and knowledgeable AC repair company, look no further. I cannot say enough good things about Service Pros. We have a very old unit that stopped working in the middle of a heat advisory in Phoenix. Service Pros sent out a tech immediately (it was in the evening on a Friday) and he was determined to fix the unit; I was so worried I was going to have to buy a new one. He took it apart and rebuilt a lot of it. It took him a couple hours but he in the end, it was working again. I suspect other companies would have told me it was hopeless and would have tried to sell me another unit. I am so glad I called Service Pros.*update* I continue to use this company for all my AC and my plumbing needs on both our home and our rental property. They keep fixing both of my old AC units, saving me from having to purchase a new one. I don’t even think twice about who I’m going call when I have an AC or plumbing problem. Be careful if you hire these people. I needed RO filters under kitchen sink replaced. Nothing major complex but I am an older female or I would do it myself. I have the filters so just need the labor. I have been quoted $150 & $125 by 2 other plumbing companies. I have lived here for 14 yrs and have had them replaced many times and it has taken well under an hour for those doing it. This company wants $350! I had to repeat what I wanted done because I was in shock. But he kept saying, well so much can go wrong, etc... I told him what I have been quoted and he is like, well we are comparable to other companies. BS!!!! NOT COMPARABLE! Get estimates because this company will rip you off.

Five stars! We are new homeowners and had a plumbing issue. We contacted Service Pros and what we thought was a simple fix was actually a much more severe plumbing problem. We had roots growing into our pipes. Luckily Service Pros was able to identify where the issue was coming from, they sent out a couple of their plumbers to do the extensive work, and fixed the issue.We had a great experience with the staff - Samantha, Dave, Tony, Travis, and Bob (owner) were all very professional, courteous, and empathetic.  We appreciate the honesty and integrity of Service Pros and their staff. They stand behind their work. We would absolutely use Service Pros again if future work is needed.

Ive lived in Tempe, AZ for close to 40 years and have never had a great experience with a plumber. Ive resorted in using my Handy man John Austin, Whose been great but a slab leak needed an expert and Mike @ ServPro(the team that dried my house up) told be about Bob Newsome and hes company Service Pros. How hed been in the business for 30 years and ALWAYS took great care in making the homeowner happy (fair price). Since I had to pay for the Plumbing repairs and Mike spoke so highly of them, I called them and Tony was out that afternoon and told that a re-piping needed to be done on my Hot water line.. He would not repair a weak line under my concrete slab because it would FAIL again somewhere else.. He was direct with me..Stating that it was going to be a lot of work. Hed cut into the wall, locate the Loop, and find the next Loop in the house..under the Kitchen cabinet or the Hall Bath wall or Cabinet.cut all the lines in both Areas and the one that drained would need to be Re-piped ..It took me a couple of hours to mentally see the process.. I begrudgingly agreed to getting a quote..As Tony was leaving he took pictures of the entire house..About an hour later I received an itemized quote for re-piping with PEX. Work started 2 days later and Tony was here @ 8AM. I forgot to mention that I have a Flat Roof and its August and 115 is about right..Tony is a very exceptional individual. Hes wicked smart and a hard worker..He assist each step to minimise opening up walls and avoid damaging anything. Cleaned as he worked..Laid down tarps over where he needed to cut ceiling holes..(4 in total) Fed the PEX lines carefully fished through the ceiling joust, which is no more than 30 ins.wide with all that blown-in insulation.. By 5 pm I had Hot water and no leaks..Everything was cleaned up and dry..Bob followed up to be sure all was great. Every contractor ive had work on my home has left some sort of Mess.. Tony left my place a little cleaner!! Nice!

It was nice to see the business owner come and access my situation for how to either fix my AC unit or give me some quotes for a complete new unit. Got the quotes promptly. Would recommend them

These guys are great! My main drainage line backed-up one evening. I called Service Pros and got the after hours answering service. Told her about my issue and she had the plumber call me directly within a few minutes. The plumber (Darren) told me what to do to get us through the night and be able to use the toilets and water. He was at my home the very next morning at 6am to snake the line and replace the gasket on the toilet. I have used Service Pros a few times and you can tell that they really care about their customers and providing great service. I highly recommend them.

After having 2 other companies quote me way too much for a new A/C we contacted Bob with Service Pros. Could not have gone any smoother. Saved a few thousand dollars with a much better unit. I called to inquire about how to obtain some information for a family member whom used to work there, and possibly some services for another family member and the person whom answered the phone was not helpful at all, and was very unprofessional with her responses. i have worked in many positions and not one time do i tell a former employee or customer im sorry i cant do that or i wont do that or we dont do that and and numerous calls to attempt to verify pre employment or verification gained not a single reply. i will not refer this company again.

Dean, the General Manager, at Service Pros came to my rescue after another well-know valley AC company gave me false information about what my AC unit needed to start working and then tried to sell me a brand new unit for a horrendous price.Service Pros is a small company with integrity.Dean came right out to my house and assured me that I did not need a new unit and explained how everything worked.I was impressed by his professionalism and will call him first next time for any AC or plumbing issues.

Bob, one of the owner’s, came into my business to purchase a product. We began speaking and right away you can tell he is an honest, straight forward and very respectful person…that is when I started asking questions about heating and plumbing issues my mother was having! Within an hour of just meeting he had called his office, helped setup a consultation and had someone at her home inspecting the problem. (This is a problem that another company had been “waiting” on a part for almost 2 or 3 weeks). The next morning we got a phone call back, the price was more than fair and by early afternoon there was a technician installing a new (very complex) water heater. To say he went above and beyond would not be doing it justice. An overall positive experience all away around and my mother mentioned how nice, friendly and punctual the service technician(s) have been. We will be using them for all of our personal and business related issues and highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Service Pros!

Called Apache Junction Plumbing which is actually Service Pros. My mom needed a few plumbing issues fixed to include a toilet and washer not draining. Washer was backing up into the sink. Kitchen sink also had a leak. Darren the technician called me early and arrived early. He was courteous, professional, and worked to fix all three problems. All were fixed after three hours. I was expecting to pay allot more than what was charged. The price was very reasonable considering the work done, and the work wasnt easy by no means. All in all, on time, professional, fixed all issues and very well priced. Definitely would call again.

It was a hot September afternoon, when we noticed the temperature rising in our house. We called Service Pros, and Royal come out to do the work, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced the fan motor, and within a couple hours, the house was cooling down again. Definitely would recommend Serivce Pros, to family and friends.

We are so grateful to have used Service Pros for plumbing and AC over the last 10 years – the service is prompt and professional, and they are always willing to answer questions and let me watch what they are doing. When we bought a fixer-upper, we trusted Service Pros to do the major repair work – weve had our water heater replaced, our home completely re-plumbed, two new roof-mount air conditioners installed, new hookup to city water and sewer (converting from hauled water and septic tank) . . . they did it all!

Monday: 07/09I was referred to SPPHC by a friend of mine Larry B, he spoke highly of you and said I would not be sorry.Larry contacted Dean T. on Monday and setup an appointment for Tuesday.Tuesday: 07/10Travis G. arrived on site and was very pleasant, I asked him how much experience he had and it was minimal but he assured me that he had a great team behind him.Travis took a look and told me I needed a new capacitor (cap). He quoted me $340 for the total job and I explained that the unit was under warranty and told me it would be less expensive to purchase the part from him then for him to get a warrantied part. Hmmm, I was going to decline service and he told me his fee for a house call was $149, well the house was pretty warm so I told him to go ahead and replace the cap and return the old one to me. He completed the task and the AC was blowing cold air long enough for him to load his tools and drive off. The unit then shut down and I called Samantha and ask her to have him come back. Travis spent another 4 hours on the roof and could not find the problem. He made arrangements for Dean T. to come out later that afternoon to see what was going on.Dean T. arrived and took a look and after a few trips up and down the ladder told me that the fan motor needed to be replaced also. So far to me this was not an issue, and gave Dean T. the old cap and asked him to get it replaced and return the new one to me when the new fan motor was installed, ( since it was under warranty and cost me $191, I figured I would keep it as a spare.)Wednesday: 07/11Royal L. arrived on site and went on the roof and pretty much started from scratch trying to figure out what was going on. I asked him if he had the replacement fan motor and was not aware that the fan motor needed to be replaced, a little lack of communication I guess, I figured everyone is busy and that fan motor slipped through the crack. This conversation took place after he had come down from the roof because it was starting to rain. Well the rain came down harder and then the wind picked up and next thing you know the wind blew his ladder over and it hit my truck, the wind also blew the AC cover off the roof and about 45 minutes later we found it a couple of houses north of my house in the neighbors front yard. A little dented but we recovered it. Royal left and said he would return the next day to install the fan motor.Thursday: 07/12Royal returned with a fan motor and I would say the job took him less than 30 minutes to install and my AC has been working great ever since.Still got a dent in my truck and have not received the $191 or the replacement cap I paid for. I have sent this info to the company and have yet to hear back from them.

The plumber was scheduled to arrive from about 12-2. He arrived a little after 12. I tried to wait but had to run a quick errand. He arrived when my wife was home. She called me and said it cost $304. This didnt make sense to me as it was a minor water running, but not overflowing issue with the toilet. She said he told her it needed a new part, etc. I figured the part had to be around $100 or so, and about an hour of labor to charge that much. When I got home he was headed out the door. She told me she asked about the breakdown but he didnt provide it. We looked up the exact same part online - $13 bucks. The work took him about fifteen minutes to complete. So $290 for labor? I have a call into the manager as to how a company can legitimately charge $304 for a $13 part and 15 minutes of labor. Too bad she already paid but unless something changes I may need to take further action on this.

We have used Service Pros for years and have no reason to stop. Excellent, prompt and knowledgeable service. I trust them 100%

Service Pros has handled several emergencies for as as well as routine maintenance of our AC for several years. Their technicians are great and always solve the problem.
