She even communicated with me via text -(after hours)-to get the ball rolling after my warranty company dropped the ball.Shawn diagnosed the problem and ultimately installed a new unit after TWO MONTHS of failed attempts with my warranty company.Honest, reliable, friendly, down to earth people who really care! This was my first encounter with Accurate Air and it was very positive, from setting the appointment to the actual service provided by Ethan. I was notified the day before of the scheduled time frame (3 hrs). Ethan was on time pleasant and professional. No attempt to provide unnecessary services. I feel like this is a company I can trust when not if future AC service is required.

We called Accurate Air based on a neighbor’s recommendation at 8AM. They oromised a technician would be at our home that day and that happened. With outdoor temperatures in the 114 range, and a hotel as our only housing option, we were thrilled to hear that. Ethan arrived around 2PM. He explained the problem to me and started the repair. Around 3PM our AC was functional again. They were prompt, courteous and they seemed to be jureasonably priced (I didn’t have time to comparison shop). . I will definitely call them again when the next inevitable summer failure happens.

They came out promptly and got my AC working quickly. Much appreciated in July in Phoenix.

We have had our HVAC systems serviced and repaired by the Accurate Air team for several years now. (We had used others before that, and have been much happier with Accurate on both pricing and apparent quality.) The technical staff explain things well, and offer clear information about whats recommended and whats necessary. I understand they are not compensated on commission, which helps explain why—relative to some other companies—its never felt like were being pushed to do anything unnecessary. I appreciate the friend who referred us to Accurate, and have referred other friends to them too.

Tom and his crew arrived right on time and had both the air handler and new AC unit installed within 4 hours time. The crew was very responsive and courteous, I just stayed out of their way. The new unit works great, just as the weather is getting hot. Accurate Air was recommended to me by a construction engineer I have known for 40 years and they held true to every aspect of his comments. I had other choices, but I am more than pleased with the outcome, the price, and their post installation follow-up. I would recommend AAC to anyone!

Ive been a customer of Accurate Air Conditioning/Tempe, AZ since 1993. They began service my a/c units in my Tempe condo and then when I moved to my little Chandler house, and now my home in Sun Lakes. This company is honest, trustworthy and very competent. We have been using Accurate Air for many years. The service plan they offer has been particularity helpful not simply for the check ups and filter replacement, but they have gone out of their way on a number of instances when we had an issue with a few of our older units. In the middle of the summer, most companies are swamped with service calls, but Accurate has always somehow managed to take care of the situation in less than a day. 1st time customers of Accurate Air, I signed up with SRP to have our heat pump inspected. Within 10 minutes of hanging up from SRP I received a call from Accurate Air to schedule my appointment, fast! Service was completed on what I now know is the my heat strip unit, all in good order. The service person went above and beyond by helping me find a covered over heat/ac vent in our park model as well, crawled under our unit and found it! Thank you, we now have heat/ac to the front half of our unit. Well done folks!
