Gina is very meticulous and does an excellent job! She helped me find the perfect color and took care of my long nails. I had three nails with acrylics due to breakage and she was able to handle the natural ones carefully :) Really enjoyed the appointment and outcome :)

I have been going here for about 2 years now and its ALWAYS spot on. They are very nice and accommodating as to what youd like and what fits your schedule. They do care about there clients and even offer a reward system every time you go in. They give great pedicures and nails. Maria is my go to even though, all the girls are very taleneted in their own way. Cant wait to go back soon!

This place has gone down hill!!! I have been going here on and off for about 14 years. The last 2 times have been not so great. This last appointment was a mess! The nail technicians they have working there are so bad, my nails look absolutely horrible! I will NOT be returning. Very sad. Diane and her husband have always been nice. But they need to replenish their technicians, and businesd plan.

If I could give them no stars I would. My friend had a groupon for them and called - they had us scheduled for 5 and 6pm tonight and then called my friend at 4:15 to tell her someone called out sick so they couldn’t do it... I then called them and miraculously they had availability at 5pm. I will never go to this salon or recommend this salon based on how they treat people. By the way the reason my friend wanted to get me a pedicure is because i am going in for back surgery tomorrow (which she relayed to them). Shame on them!!!

Tanya Martin is my favorite Stylist. She was great each time I visited her. She did a great job for my haircut and coloring.

Although I’ve read several bad reviews- two of my friends included, my experience was pretty good. My only complaint is that I feel as though I was charged too much for the service I had done on my nails. I needed to have someone fix my nails because the person at the last salon didn’t do a good job. The woman that did my nails at Bel Mondo re-shaped my nails from almond to coffin, evened out (filed) the acrylic because some of the nails had an uneven surface, polished my nails with gel polish and did a silver French tip. She charged me $30 but since I didn’t have any acrylic added to my nail I feel that the amount was a bit much for what she did. It’s my fault for not agreeing on a price before we started, but I trusted that it would be reasonable (I was expecting something more like $20), so I didn’t think it was necessary. I may return in the future. Aside from the cost discrepancy, the nails looked OK and if I’m wiser about what I’m paying in the future I shouldn’t have any problem. I contacted them about it and their response was to tell me that gel fill is normally $30 and regular fill $16 if that helps. But I didnt get a fill, she just filed my nails so no, that doesnt help. :(

I Called and asked if I can do a walk in because I didnt want to wait and they said yes come now. So I walked 10min in the hot sun and the lady said they are booked for the whole day. Told me to turn around and go home. Awesome. Thanks...Quite ridiculous since I called and asked specifically if I can walk in and have a manicure done and they told me yes and then right when I arrive be told me sorry nevermind go home...

Used a Groupon for gel manicure and deluxe pedicure for my daughter and myself. We received excellent service, the people were nice. Unfortunately, the gel manicure was not painted to the edges of my fingers so it looked like they were done over a week ago. My daughters gel manicure started chipping the next day, and now is starting to peel up.

This is probably one of a few salons that speak and understand English. I found the people who work here friendly and professional. They even found time to fit me and my friend in at the last minute, and did a great job! So dont take my word only, go and see for yourself!

I used a groupon for a pedicure and I got 5 star treatment. The staff was extremely nice to me and my 3 year old. I was afraid after reading bad reviews but I would definitely come back.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE. The manager Sean is the rudest manager to have worked in a Salon. I had to call back TWICE just to get his name, and he REFUSED to give me the name and information of his supervisor. I use to come here with my girlfriends a lot, so naturally I got a $200 gift card for a gift, I am moving and wanted to redeem the remaining $8 for cash per CA LAW!!! And he completely dismissed me accusing me of stealing the gift card?!?!?! Even tho Jenni does a great cut, I hope everyone thinks twice before supporting a salon who employs managers that make people feel less than a person. I received a groupon deluxe mani & pedi as a gift and I was really happy with my experience until 12 days after I had my mani & pedi that I noticed the nail polish lifting off my nails. I phoned to tell them my polish was lifting off 3 of my nails and I was told pedicures won’t last more than 2 weeks, i told him I’ve had other pedicures last 4 weeks and he told me that no pedicure last more than two weeks which is ridiculous!!! I asked him what if they do anything about it and was told that I could come in and they would redo the nails that are lifting but if I didn’t come in the next two days he won’t do anything. Would this be a place I would recommend on go back to....? Definetly NOT! I’ll go where the pedicure actually lasts 4 weeks like it should.

I used to go there long time ago. Recently i went back to do a new set and Kiki was the person that took care of me. She was so sweet and she put flowers in four of my nails. Really nice job! She is fast and she actually talk to you during the service and she also make sure that you are happy with your service before you go. Kiki takes her jobs really seriously and her customer concern. Thank you Kiki you did gain a new customer.

Ive had 3-4 gel manicures from here. I always love how they look, but I find the gel chips a lot sooner than it should (like in less than 2 weeks). Gel manicures from other salons Ive visited have lasted 3-4 weeks.

Made my appt in person 7 days in advance, due to overhearing another customer heated by management/scheduler. Upon arrival on scheduled day, i only had to wait a couple minutes for my girl to arrive and prep chair. I was scheduled with 2 seperate girls, but only 1 remained for my appt. She was excellent but after pedicure, the Asian guy told her to start on another customer and for me just to wait for a running late employee. After a few choice words, (Im Asian as well) i made it clear under no circumstance was I waiting, and got my way. But this seems regular at this great little spa, so i dont think its gonna be a regular spot for me. Sorry Alia.

First let me say that this I just the 2nd or 3rd time I have done this. I have been coming to Bel Mondo for some time. I used to take anyone who was not busy. However .. a couple of years ago Mahera cut my hair. I simply said you see my face is round? I want you to cut my hair the way you think is best. (I have never said this to any hair stylist that has worked on me). WOW. She cut it perfectly. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair. I have now been with her for 2-3 years and I call to make sure she is the only one who touches my hair. I used to fret about my hair all the time. I am a woman (older now) who wants to look great. Who knew that the right haircut was so important. Thank You MAHERA.

Went in for a Groupon and sat with jeni and Tanya. Probably the best experience at a salon Ive ever had. They were so friendly, personable, and professional. I will certainly be back and already booked a hair appointment with Tanya. I highly recommend requesting this duo for Mani and pedis!

I saw them on Groupon. Called a few days ahead and asked if I could just pay the same price to them since I know they usually take a portion of the payment. The lady said yes that’s fine so I scheduled my appt for 2 days later. The day of the appt came and I had my mother in law and baby going with me to drop me off while she went grocery shopping. I was running late so I called them while I was on my way and it kept ringing and ringing. So I hung up. Then I get a call a few mins later and the manager asked if I was on my way and I said I was. He was super cool about it and said he would see me when I got there. My mother in law dropped me off in front of the salon. I was about 10 mins late. A hair stylist (her name was Nahera I think) led me to her chair and asked what i was getting done. I told her about the groupon and she said it’s gonna be extra bc that Groupon is only for shoulder length hair. I said I didnt see that anywhere on the Groupon and she said it was there. So I said Whatever about it and asked how much extra it was going to be. She said let’s see so I took my hair down out of my bun. And she says “and it’s curly?” With an attitude and she says it will be an extra $10. I said Ok that’s fine since it’s just $10. So she says ok let’s get you to the other chair to start washing your hair so I go and sit and she says “and your 10, no 15 minutes late.” And I told her I called ahead to say I was going to be late and she said “yeah well I have other clients” I was done after that. I got up and told her I can’t do this. I shouldn’t even be having to hear all this from an employee. I wouldnt go here ever again honestly.

I have been getting my nails done here for the past 3 months and I love it here. Clean and friendly service. They also carry my favorite Harmony Gelish which is the best gel nail polish. I moved to Temecula from OC about a year ago and it took me over 8 months to find a great nail place. Love this place.

This place is rude made our friend upset.She was on time to her spot today.Got a sitter, and is going away for the weekend never gets any time to her self.And when she gets there he says he can’t keep her appt sorryWhat why did you make the spot then if you couldn’t keep it jerks!

I just called to book an appointment for me and two of my girlfriends. We each bought the groupon but they said they only allow 2 groupons a day. They even suggested having the birthday girl pay full price for hers. I said that would be sad, I will just go another day. Rude!
