Just finished a cut with Kaidyn. She did great and was really friendly. Ive been looking for a regular stylist since I moved to the area and I believe Ive found her. Will be back here for my next cut.

This is the second time I have been to this super cuts and they have yet to disappoint. I took my Boys there this time and there hair looks good. I think I found them a new barber

Ive never been disappointed coming here. Pleasant stylists, very quick which I appreciate really have no complaints here ever. Oh and the remodel looks great.

Great haircut once you can actually get in. Made a reservation for 2:30pm. Got there and still had to wait another 20 minutes. Only one stylist working at a time. Not a great place if you have other things to do in the day

Linda cut my hair and did a fabulous job...perfect length with layers.

This place offered my daughter and partner the worst experience. First they cut my daughters and partners hair. They gave my 7 year old bangs and layered her hair. The bangs were uneven and looked very strange. My partner got her hair layered which came out fine. They charged 45 dollars and told her to come back the next day for the color for my partner. She went to the appointment I sent her with 140$ to get it colored thinking that would be fine for the color and the tip. My partner gets home and said it costed 220$ just to color her hair. So in total for 2 haircuts and one color it came out to 260$ for a basic salon doing mediocre work. Take your business else wear. For that price. Horrible experience we will never go there again!

Not sure what the point is for online check in if you get there and still you still wait. I checked in for a.3:15 appointment and a 3:30 appointment got in before I did. Not sure what happened.

2 girls one with blue hair did awesome!and I have long hair ..and the petite dark hair girl I think kianna did magnificent. And the gentleman with the blue hair is very nice and friendly.

Got excited when I walked in and only saw one person waiting before me. One hour later I was finally called to get my haircut. I realize appointments have priority, but shouldnt they at least rotate with walk ins. On the positive side they apologized, and were very friendly, giving me a decent haircut.

I went in yesterday and Theresa did a not so well job on my long layers nor the middle parted bangs, And I can say Im very disappointed and when I told her what I wanted she low key made an ugly face and rushed my haircut. Didnt want to say anything to be rude but.... for anyone thats thinking about coming here :/

I could throw this franchise into the rest of the affordable haircut places, but the combination of fairly short wait times, decent haircuts, and their app to book your seat time make this 5 stars.

A great place to get a fast and good looking haircut. The women that work here are great stylist that are respectful to everyone and overall fun to be around with. I usually come here twice a month and ask for KRISTEN. Kristen is quick and accurate everytime I get a haircut (never been disappointed). You can also ask for MADI and TATIANA for a great new look. I went in asking for a trim and told my stylist to cut off the split ends and Im pretty diligent about making sure its not too much, so she even showed me and it was about an inch and a half in length. My hair went down to my tail bone and now it barely touches my bra...four to five inches I have to re-grow.

They had better service and better prices just 6 months ago. Unfortunately I have a limit for haircuts and they just went over it🙁

This is the best of all the Supercuts in the Temecula/Murrieta area. Madison and the rest of the stylist do an excellent job at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the Rancho Califonia Supercuts for your net haircut! You will not be disappointed!

Definitely the better store of the three in the area. It really doesnt matter which stylist you get; all of the ladies are talented stylists.

As a customer who has frequented this location over the last few years with my sons, Ive noticed a steady decline in both service and quality of haircuts over the last year. In that time weve had a few bad haircuts but it was always manageable, as we are all guys and just deal with it. My most recent experience was terrible and has helped me to decide never to return.I took in my 9 year old and before the cut began, told the stylist what we were looking for and even showed her a picture for reference - what we got was a hack job. The stylist was less than gracious in owning up to the poor job she had just done and tried telling me that is just the way his hair is and eventually, blaming me for not telling her how to cut it. (really?)The back was cut way too short, resulting in a big uneven poof on the back of his head, as well as a very uneven hard-part. In all fairness, they did offer to rectify the situation by offering a $2 off coupon on my next visit! Yeeeeeaaah, you just go ahead and keep that, we wont be coming back. If you are looking for a clean cut for your boys, I would recommend you look elsewhere.

I came in for Madison to do a balayage ombre and showed her a picture of how I wanted it to look. The picture was a caramel honey color and my hair ended up a orange color that was super brassy. When she first lifted it, Madison said it would be like 15 minutes but she was busy with other customers and it was left on way too long. It came out super blond...same thing happened with the toner which turned it an orange brassy color because it was left on too long while she was working on other people. I gave it a week since she said it would rinse out but the brassy color stayed. I came back for a refund and to show her how horrible it looked. She refused to give me one even though she had just refunded another unhappy customer who didnt like how she did his color. I had to go get it redone somewhere else and spend additional money.

Rachelle is my favorite! Shes been doing my hair now for 6 years and I found her luckily by chance when stews royally destroyed my hair!!!!! Everyone should go there
