Absolutely the best haircut experience and is worth every penny! Seriously, dont mess with the walk-in barber shops who are just hustling to do as many haircuts in a day as possible and leave you walking out with missed hairs and a dirty shirt. RMB barbers are appointment only so they take their time to give you time to relax and enjoy the experience. Every haircut comes with a wash, styling and warm tea tree steam towel treatment. They also do straight razor shaves which honestly feels like a facial treatment, highly recommend it. Both Eddie and Michael have cut my hair and both are awesome. Michael has also done a full hair treatment (bleaching) which came out as a super dope platinum blonde with a silver tone. They also have a gal in their that braided my hair, super tight rows that kept for over a week. Hands down best barber shop around, in fact I drive up from Vista. As they like to say, Guys deserve to be pampered too!

What a wonderful experience. My sweetheart had not had his hair cut in over six years. It was long and really curly. Not easy to cut. We arrived with a picture in hand as an idea of what we wanted and Michael nailed it. We went to Wilson Creek winery yesterday to meet up some friends and everywhere we went people were complimenting him on his drastic new look. Michael really listened and did an amazing job. The shop was clean, inviting, and we would absolutely refer our friends. Thank you for making it such a fun experience.

So this was my first time coming here & getting my beard shaped. I booked an appointment with Eddie who did a FANTASTIC JOB taking care of me, I swear it was like I was at a damn spa. He not only trimmed up my beard but he helped keep the length and really cleaned it up. I highly recommend coming here, it’s a wonderful establishment!!! Hands down the best straight edge shave I have ever had! Issac was meticulous in his details and did an excellent job. All the other barbers took time to greet me, shake my hand, and introduce themselves and inquire if I needed anything to make my shave and experience any better. These guys are awesome. I was in on July 3rd and had a haircut and facial trim by Eddie. He did an excellent job and went over with me each product that he was using in my hair as we went. I had to fly back out of town that weekend so I got all of the product info and ordered it all online. By no fault of RMB, the package was lost and delayed for 25 days. I just received the products today. I reached out to the owner, Michael on about July 14th and let him know that the order was potentially lost and that I may have to cancel the order. He was on the phone with USPS immediately and helped move my case along faster. I was already impressed by this level of customer service so I decided to stick it out and not cancel the order just yet. For my trouble, Michael sent me two complimentary gifts, the 3-in-1 shampoo/body wash and a pomade and 30% off of my next order. He made sure to send the new package through a different service. I received both packages today and I am more than satisfied. These guys are awesome at what they do and they really do care about their customers. They will continue to receive my business and support for as long as they are in business. Could not be happier with the level of customer care. Great place. Ive been coming here since this place opened. I have a pretty long beard and getting someone that knows how to do a beard is pretty difficult. Mad an appointment with Roberto and never went anywhere else. All the guys in there are great. You wont be disappointed. Now we are moving and I have to start all over again. Oh, did I mention the hot towels, cold beer and other beverages? Worth every penny. Haircut and beard trim will take a couple hours so dont be in a hurry. I absolutely love this place. I discovered it before they moved into their current location. Theyre one of the few barber shops that actually perform like a barber shop with razor shaves and things like that. It simply just to have that you have to have specific certifications and so it makes it really hard because a lot of the barber shops that exists are purely for haircuts so theyre like half breeds. I was looking for the full thing and I found these guys.When you go in there you just.. you get that feeling that youre always looking for. You see something in the movies or on the show and you wish that it existed in real life and so you go hunting for it... well you find it here - everything from the atmosphere, to the services perform, to just the personalities of their amazing barbers. I remember taking great pride the first time I left their place when I texted my best friend just to let him know that I got a shaving and a haircut... Yes I finally got to use the expression and mean it!Definitely get off your butt and go here. Realize that there is more to a haircut than 5 minutes sitting in front of someone as they buzz your head and thinking that you just had a quality and stylish experience. You will not know that until you go here. My experience is perfect... I went here initially just for a beard shave, like I mentioned above. I didnt actually get my haircut until my last trip there yesterday. I was secretly wondering what difference was between a normal haircut place and from them. I dont have that wonder anymore... I know the answer... Im not going to share it with you... Go in there and find out for yourself!

Eddie offered his recommendation for my haircut, after first asking several meaningful questions to understand my preferences.From the consultation to the shave, I was there for about 2 hours, which could have meant plenty of awkward silence. I have been to many Barbers to have my beard trimmed. I have never had a Barber explain how to take care of it, until I went to RMB. They explained how to style my beard ncluding using a blow dryer on it. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I live about 2 hours away and will be making the trip again to have my beard trimmed.

I needed a haircut badly and didn’t know where to go. Often times, I end up going to a barber where, yes I like my haircut, but do not love it. I came to RMB Shave Parlor and Michael made me fall in love with my haircut. I have always wanted to change my hairstyle, but was hesitant because I didn’t know how it would look. Michael took his time, explained to me all the reasons why/how it would look good so I trusted him. I left the shop feeling great with my new haircut. All the barbers seemed nice and professional. It was probably one of the cleanest shops I’ve seen. I will definitely be coming back to this shop for my next cut!! Btw my beard got a nice trim too!

I went there for a haircut just before my USMLE CS exam - excellent place, very friendly and caring barber - each steps of hair-cutting mutually agreed and at the end you will get hair wash with head massage and hot menthol towel over your face - 1-2 minutes of relaxation. On top of all, you can get a free-cold fresh water, or beer depend on what you want. Certainly recommend it.PS. If on wait then there is billiard table too. Price is 18$ but added 2$ tips. Really worth it, I wish if could add more. Thanks!
