Great with my boys (one of my sons is on the Autism Spectrum and they were very considerate of his sensory issues). Cuts looked great!

All staff are very welcoming and pleasant. My son tends to have a hard time wanting to cut his hair. Staff always makes sure hes comfortable. would highly recommend this hair solan for your little ones.

This place has always been our go-to to take our lil’ guy for hair cuts. I aporeciate all the ladies that are there. They all seem to genuinely like kids which is super important for a situation that can be stressful to some sensory sensitive kids. Sadly found out yesterday that our favorite, Ms Tammy, no longer works there.

Older lady does not know how to cut hair at all!!!! When arrived a little one was crying and once they left she was making comments like o was about to refuse service . I told her she left my daughter hair uneven and kept cutting. I told her to stop before she Keeps messing it up and she wouldnt listen. On top of that she didn’t even know how to part my daughter hair down the middle !!!! So I parted it for her... Shes so inpatient telling the kids to look down then up then down then has them stand for the longest time. Dont go there unless you want to pay more to fix your childrens hair elsewhere. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Never will I ever go again.

I have taken my son here a couple times and every single time the staff is amazing! So caring and patient with kids. They let him pick his favorite car to sit in, put his favorite show on and take their time cutting his hair. Today we saw Liz and she was absolutely amazing! She did just a great job. We will definitely continue to use this establishment.

The ladies who cut my sons hair are patient and provide exceptional service. The facility has a play area with toys, an xbox and a nintendo for the kids to play while getting hair cuts. My kids love it!

Clean, friendly, and fast clean, everything you need for a place that cuts kids hair. Oh well O guess I should also mention that the haircut came out really well too! Fast isnt good if it looks terrible lol!

New state regulations mandates mask but what is a mom with an autistic child that has a hard time puting on a mask for the whole duration of the hair cut due to a disability. Only one parent allowed in when you have two active little ones under 5. Not a childen friendly with disabilitys kind of place 😪

5 stars for Cool Cuts 4 Kids!!Brought our 7-year-old son, who has autism, in to hopefully get a nice haircut for his School Photo. The young lady who helped us, Jenna, was wonderful with our little boy, who has a hard time with haircuts. But she was very patient and gracious with him and was able to give him a great haircut! We are very pleased, and will be back again. :)Told them they need to advertise more that they work with children with Special Needs. Such a blessing to find a place that understands. :)

Movies and games definitely help my little ones sit still for their Cuts. Staff is incredibly patient and great with the kids. on our last visit the stylist even took the time to help my five-year-old learn the Batman Lego video game... Too cute!

This was a great experience for my son. The staff here is very professional and they really put the kids at ease while getting their hair cut especially if it is their first time receiving a haircut. The wait wasnt bad, we were walk ins, they do appointments as well, theres activities to keep the children busy while waiting. They have toys, videos game systems and multiple monitors at each station with kids friendly shows. My son really loved his haircut and the experience.

Miss Jaki is the best! She gave my son the best first haircut. I live a couple hours away but shes worth the drive.

I took my 4 year old grandson in for a hair cut today. He has Down Syndrome and he just will not let anyone touch his hair so I was so happy to find this place. They were amazing with him and were able to give him a nice hair cut. Which is a first. Thanks to the 2 awesome ladies who took great care of my grandson Silas.

I brought my son in for a haircut today. It was our first time here but definitely not the last. We were greeted right away by Elisa upon walking in and although we didnt have an appointment we didnt have to wait too long.The waiting area has a play area with toys and a chalkboard and there are video games that the kids can play with too. (My son really enjoyed this)Although it is a few dollars more than say a Supercuts or Great Clips, I would be willing to pay more for the wonderful experience we had. We didnt feel rushed during my sons haircut and Yvette our stylist engaged with my son. My son is already looking forward to his next haircut.

My son always gets his haircut here and loves it. All of ladies who work there are so patient and nice.

Tami gave my 5 yr old her first haircut. My wife asked for her baby curls to be put in a bag to take home. When my wife went to pay she said she had put them in a bag. When we got outside my wife looked in the bag and there wasnt any hair. Wife went back and asked her about it. Tami accuse my wife of dropping the hair in the parking lot, which she didnt. Thanks Tami for throwing away a keepsake that I will never get back. I will NEVER darken the doors of this place ever again. I will make sure plenty of people know how I feel about this place for years to come.

If you have a child that doesnt like getting haircuts this is the place to take them. Video games chairs that are made out of cars and TVs with all the latest and greatest kid shows.

Made an appointment at 2:00 to have my daughters hair braided for a party. I arrived there at 2:08 due to Friday traffic. Walked in and the cake faced winch told me: Well since you missed your appointment, I now have 2 walk-ins in front of you and another appointment as well. so it will be about 45 min to 1 hour for you. I asked could she fit me in front of the walk-ins and she said NO. So I left.I might have been 8 min late, but that was the last time I will ever darken their door for anything.Found a great place called Toon Cuts off Winchester that did a great job on my kids hair. Friendly people and great customer service.

Always every busy, its difficult to get an appointment of you dont call early in the morning. Love them and how quickly they cut my kids hair. Also, they have movies, video games, and cute chairs for the kids while they get their hair done.

My kids love getting their haircuts here. They have games and movies for their wait and while they are getting their hair done. There is also a princess chair and they have flowers and stuff to put in little girls hair.

My 21 month old daughter had her first hair cut today.. Aamie cut her hair and was absolutely amazing with her!! I wasnt really expecting that good of a cut because I figured because it was my daughters first time she would be all over the place, but to my amazement Aamie did a fantastic job.. it looks great! Thank you for the great experience for an important milestone for my daughter and I!! :)

Total junk. Made an appointment online, showed up, and they told me that I did NOT make an appointment, but instead I added myself to the waitlist. Girl was a total brat to me as well. Will not be going here. Avoid it if you can.

Your (and you childs) experience here will depend heavily upon the particular staff member that you are working with. We have never had a bad experience, but we have had some that were very so-so. It seems like the store has declined info quality over the past few years. It also seems that they are understaffed so are times the waits are excessive.

Great place, wonderful hairstylists, but it is kind of pricey.
