I had brought for the second time my son for a hair cut and once again Yasmin messed up my sons hair. Not how I expected to be. The owner goes to fix my son lineup, but he ends up shaving my son half eyebrow! He said it was an accident and that he stumbled a little and laughed! Like if it was funny! Really? How long have you been cutting hair? And for you to stumble? Really? Unacceptable! He said I going to get back a refund but he didn’t! Horrible service!

I have been coming here for about a year. I always go to Angela. She is super friendly and does a great job. I bring my daughter here for haircuts too. Much cheaper and faster than taking her to a salon.

I went to the basic chain haircut joints for a long time. Superb Cuts and the like. As I grew my beard out and wanted to change my hair style a bit, I chose Ritecut based off of a few great reviews I had read. Several cuts later for me and my boy and Im impressed. Very impressed. Each barber has the chops to do an amazing job on anyone. Ive had my beard trimmed and new hair style for a while now, and Ive been extremely happy with the skill of everyone there!

Love this place. Always easy going for the kiddos. My 3 boys and husband all come to get their haircut here. All ages are serviced here.12 and under haircuts are $14.00.Staff are very friendly and good at their jobs.The waiting chairs are really beat up, but I dont mind...my kids cant hurt them anymore than they are. Haha

Came in on a Wednesday afternoon, had no trouble getting a haircut as a walk-in. Place is well kept and has plenty of great barbers. Looking forward to coming back for my next cut.

Ive had both Kelly and Lauren cut my hair and they both do fantastic jobs. Lauren is my go-to now though. They can get a bit busy, so I recommend checking the website to see what their wait time is.

I know the appointment aspect is for constant business throughout the day but when you waiting and constantly being skipped because you dont have an appointment and told that youre 6th inline but actually 12th.

Bad customer service very rude .You walk in and they ignore you socially occward low quality haircuts.The owner carlos I believe was harrassing a young women and she looked very uncomfortable.Bad vibes wont be back ever.

Been going here for almost 3 years. It was great in the beginning, and well worth the 45 minute wait. But in the past year or so, almost everytime I show up, put my name on the list, go to the bathroom IMMEDIATELY after I get there, and then wait 45 minutes, my name is somehow skipped over. Maybe they called my name while I was in the bathroom for the 25 seconds I was in there, but not once was I even talked to, to see if I was waiting for a particular barber in the entire 45 minutes. By the way, there were 2 people in front of me with 4 barbers in shop. Any of my fellow military members who don’t have too much time in the day to get a haircut, please don’t waste your time.

Best barbers in SoCal hands down!

Several months and visits ago atmosphere became tarnished when the owner of the shop decided to talk about his wife in a degrading manner, plans on leaving her, concerns of child support, etc. Taking longer cutting hair by stopping, standing in front of person and rant, followed by mocking laughs (which left a sour taste in my mouth.) I heard him, my wife heard him and im very positive others did plus their kids. Now he’s trying to block my reviews on something he brought on. I thought he valued family but with these rants to other men is he trying to wreack havoc on their families too?!?! My guess him trying to block me will justify his cruel acts and redeem himself “professional.”Like i said, Owner man up and fix your issues at home. She aint there to defend herself or your kids.

Less than average cut. Stylists without courtesy or personality

Ritecut is supposed to open at 900am. These guys always show up late. Today they opened the doors at 910 and after getting setup it was 920 by the time they actually started to cut hair. I asked how come you guys always open late. One smart ass barber asked why was I so early. This is not the way you treat paying customers by having them wait when you should be open. I have been coming here since they opened. I have waited as long as 930 for them too open. He lost my buisness today.
